I had the medium size which was perfect as it was well packed full of deli meats, quite efficiently prepared and seasoned and some very pleasant servers who took almost no time in an assembly line fashion, preparing and serving me which is always a pleasure for a 'fast food' experience and this particular Potbelly has a bonus which is an expansive shaded patio that provides a wonderful ambiance on this particular day. I typically do not offer a review of such establishments (and typically do not even go to be quite frank) however this particular Potbelly in the LaCentera area of Katy, TX would be an exception to my self-imposed rule.

Literally, there was another guy getting out of that restroom too, and when I went inside, he hadn't even flushed the toilet. So I had to go back to the first restroom, clean the toilet myself so I could use it, and then go back to my food. Honestly, it was very unpleasant and disturbing, and I felt nauseous afterward. I understand that restroom cleanliness depends on the people using them, but I really wish they would consider having one restroom for women and one for men. It would make the experience much more comfortable and hygienic for everyone. The food and customer service are wonderful, and I truly hope they address this issue because I would love to continue coming back.

I made the drive from Sugar Land and was happy to see the familiar yellow and silver-colored design that I've always loved. I ordered my usual krab salad on wheat with veggies, heated, and it tasted just as good as I remembered: hot, fresh, and satisfying. These sandwiches are highly customizable! I also noticed they now offer gelato, which was new to me--maybe a newer concept and why not? I had a chance to chat with Julio, who I believe is the owner, and shared my long history and love for Which Wich. He confirmed that several locations have closed, including the Katy Freeway one earlier this year. Unfortunate, but I'm glad this location is still going strong. Great sandwich, friendly people, and a nostalgic experience overall. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

Culver's fries 3/5 needed salt but the Cole Slaw 4/5 has a good flavor but was drowned in dressing. I would recommend Culver's but my future visits will be for menu items other the burger.
