Both sides were flavorful, with the Detroit-style crust really standing out--crispy on the edges and soft inside. Our order took about 12 minutes to be completed and they called our number and we picked it up. We did have to ask for a fork and napkins as they were not out or available for us. At first look, everything looked really good so I was really excited to try this. Unfortunately, the burgers were super greasy. I personally do not enjoy eating a burger and grease running down my arms. That is just my personal opinion, but the burgers were really greasy. The french fries tasted stale and not very fresh. They were edible, but I would've liked to have had fresher french fries that were really fresh. The drink drinks were actually very good and very fresh and perfect on the combination of syrup and carbonation.
