Excellent! One of the best turkey subs I've had. Ordered the #7 Turkey & Provolone and added mayo. Everything tasted really fresh. The turkey, the veggies, and especially the red wine vinegar + olive oil combo with the mayo. The flavor was balanced and not dry at all, which is usually where turkey subs fall short. I went with a regular and honestly wish I had gotten the giant. That alone says a lot. Service was just as good. Both women working were efficient, focused, and kept things moving without feeling rushed. Bottom line: fresh ingredients, great flavor, and solid service. This location sucks, I have tried so hard and have gone so many times. I've waited over an hour for pickup every time I've come in, like I've placed an order ahead and sat in there for an hour waiting for an order. Today we were in and out in 5 minutes, I should've known it was suspicious. How do you forget the cheese on a veggie sub? We like Jersey Mike's, but boy oh boy do they need to work on their customer service skills. Put in an order for sandwiches through UberEats and they proceeded to accept the order. We then went ahead and waited, watching as our order passed from one driver... to another... to another. Our final driver told us that they had been in contact with the store and had been told it was a half-hour wait for fresh bread. They asked again after the half-hour and said they were told that they'd need to wait an hour and a half because there was no bread in the store, before dropping the order. Noticably irked, we called the store, thinking our driver was feeding us a line- but got confirmation that no, the store had no bread at all! Why not close to online orders if you can't fulfill them? Why let this drag out for an hour? Now we're irritated and hungry and going elsewhere, and in the future we'll be questioning if Jersey Mike's even has the bread and sandwich supplies for any order we put in. Overall, if you want to online order, call the location first and doublecheck that they have extra bread or just go elsewhere to save yourself the trouble. read more

What's the point of mobile order if it's not remotely close to being ready on the time it said it would be. Wasted a lot of my night, won't waste more of my money here! This shop is solidly middle-of-the-road - their sandwiches are made with decent ingredients and are filling enough, but nothing about them particularly stands out or leaves a lasting impression. If you're in the area and craving a sub, it'll do the trick, but it's not worth going out of your way for. 3/5 stars read more

Waited for 25 minutes for the subs after the promised time only to be told that there was no gluten free bread for two of the subs. Cancelled the order, was told we would be refunded, only to be called later and told there would be no refund because we used points and that they would "put us down for a free sub". Ordered club subs with spicy relish added. No bacon no relish. Soggy on the bottom hard as a rock on top. No care put into it.

This location does not handle special instructions. This time the sub was not even made properly as it was missing a couple of items. First of all, I have had much better food from other Jersey mikes, and since all franchises import the same ingredients presumably, that means this location does not produce as good of food. Secondly, this location says they are open until 9 pm, DO NOT TRUST THIS! This location is absolutely unreliable and disappointing. I have showed up at 8:15 or so on TWO separate occasions, and both times I have been met with locked doors and employees who are still inside denying me service. I'm not sure why so many sandwich shops have "Jersey" in the name, but I've been to New Jersey several times and never noticed these sandwiches as unique to that state. This is a sandwich shop. And not even a very unique sandwich shop. It's the type of sandwich, or submarine, or hoagie that you can find at any number of places (where they slice the meat fresh for your sandwich). But, Jersey Mike's puts their own spin on the sub by adding things like bacon (forbidden at traditional "Jersey" sandwich shops). The employees at this location are very friendly and the food is good, but MAN! are they pricey. My 6" sub was $8.25! Maybe we've been spoiled by $5 footlongs, but that seemed a bit ridiculous to me. read more

The rosemary parm bread was fresh, the meat was SO good, and all of the toppings brought their A game. My gosh I was full after my Stickball sub but I swear I wanted to order a new one. Wow! This is the best sub shop I have ever been to. I came here with a colleague for lunch and absolutely can't wait to get back. First they start with a fresh loaf of bread and you pick your order from the menu overhead. I ordered the #13 The Original Italian. This classic sub has provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Wait! The best part of this sub is that they hand cut the deli meats and cheese right in front of you while preparing your sub! This is the key. Everything is fresh. They offer to prepare it "Mike's Way" which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices. I added the Cherry Pepper Relish. This is, simply, perfection! Listen guys, you know I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews unless the experience and restaurant is top-notch. I would gladly give 6 stars if possible! Go try Jersey Mike's subs! I recommend highly. I'm from the east coast and I was a Jersey Giant fan since I moved here in '88. But since Jersey Mikes came to town...move over Giant, there's a new kid in town and he rocks!! The bread is always fresh and perfect, the cold cuts are fresh and delicious and the steak subs are phenomenal!!! Their red pepper relish is perfect. And did I mention the employees...soooooo nice and polite and helpful! (I stopped at the Jersey Giant in Williamston one night and the girl behind the counter was soooo rude, I literally left with my mouth open! Just saying ) And not just in the location near me on West Saginaw in Lansing but my daughter and I take the grandkids to the Novi store and the employees are so sweet to the kids!! I travel around the US for business and I love JM. I stop anytime I see one. This is probably the worst location I've ever been to. (Aside from the location in Pigeon Forge TN). First day I got a regular numb 7 and got on the road. Old bread sandwich was completely inedible had to throw out. Went back the second day I'm in town and they still weren't open 10 min after their opening time. Waited, finally let me in. Girls cell phone rang and she ACTUALLY took the call and talked the entire time she made my sandwich. I told her my concern from yesterday's with the bread being old. Absolutely no apologies or attempt to make anything right. I said I want fresh bread this time and she actually had to dig through the bread to find one that wasn't old!! Inexcusable. I went their when they first opened because someone came around to our business and gave us cards for a "free sub". After looking at the menu I ordered 3 subs. The person working the counter (management from the looks of it) cut three 1/2 sub buns up. I told him I wanted them all to be full sized (he never asked me what size I wanted when I ordered) Strike 1 Then it was time to tell them what I wanted on my sub. I told them the toppings and was then prompted to the cashier to pay. After giving them the card I received for a "free sub" the person said that the card was only good for a free 1/2 sub. But they said they would take 1/2 off of one sub. So two full priced subs and the 3rd one 1/2 off still came to $36.00 Hmmmmm OK? Strike 2 After getting home one of the subs that I asked for mild pepper didn't have any peppers and the other sub that I wanted mayo on didn't have mayo. This location has really gone downhill. The last few times I have been in my order has been wrong. If you order online, there's no charge for extra toppings like pickles, banana peppers, etc., but if you order in the store there is an upcharge. The most recent time I was in the bread was hard and the order was wrong (again) -- I had to call to get a refund and the woman hung up on me. First off the bread was not as good as it usually is - it was crusty & over done but what really got me was that I ordered my sub plain, add pickles & I was charged $0.75 for 3 pickles. Had an incredible experience tonight at Jersey Mikes! Brandon, the General manager, was working alone., which is unusual from what I've experienced before. It definitely didn't stop him from making us feel welcome at his store though! He was genuinely happy about being there and it warmed my heart hearing about how much he enjoys "making good subs for good people." We ordered a number 13 and a 9 and he made it for and topped it just the way we like it all in 2 minutes or maybe even less.
