I would at least supply enough meat, cheese,to make it a sandwich. this was extra meat and extra cheese

I normally love this place. They usually do everything right. But this is my extra meat and extra cheese

Stop patronizing the Jersey Mike's in Laurel because they do not want or need your business!!! I just experienced the most rude and disrespectful customer service at the Jersey Mike's located at 13600 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel MD 20707, managed by Zoyla. I walked in and was stared down ... no greeting, just energy so negative that you could feel it. The person that took my order was hoping that I would take the bad vibes as an indication to leave, but I was asked to grab a sandwich for someone that was bedridden and unable to provide for themselves, so I did my best to ignore it. On ticket #03588, I ordered a regular size #16 (chicken cheesesteak) and asked for it to be topped with lettuce, mustard and pickles, in addition to a regular size #17 (cheesesteak). At no time was I asked about bread or toppings, so I asked, "are you going to ask what type of bread that I wanted or were you just going to decide for me?" The order taker responded by saying, "I asked and you said white" but that was a lie because I don't even eat white bread. I also noticed that as we were discussing bread, another worker was quickly trying to walk away with a container of bread. I am glad that I saw that, because it allowed me to see that they serve bread that is not fresh. I realize that I walked in at 8:50 and the location closes at 9:00, so maybe it's me, but shouldn't you be able to order during business hours? As a matter-of-fact, the person prearing the sandwiches told me that I was only going to be able to get white bread because they close at 9. Prior to preparing the sandwich, the cook let out a loud sigh, because she was mad that I was placing an order, which really baffles me. If I was the manager, I would fire all three of the ladies that were working, because they are a terrible reflection of the brand and clearly do not care about generating money for the company. But anyway, back to the garbage that I picked up. The chicken cheesesteak looked like some mashed up meat, swimming in mustard, with 3 pickles and no lettuce, on bread that was not toasted or cut. And the other sandwich was no better. While waiting for the sandwiches, I asked for the managers name because I let them know that I had every intention of posting a review, so to think that they purposely put together some garbage, let's me know that they want the location to lose enough business that it will eventually close. Why should anyone continue to support a franchise with that type of staff? I work in sales so I understand the need for customer excellence, along with meeting daily financial goals and quotas, so I feel bad for whomever owns that location, because those three ladies are a bad investment. Prior to walking out of the store, I said to the three ladies, "I don't understand your attitude because if people didn't shop here, you wouldn't have a job." By no means was it a statement to make myself seem superior. It was more of a reality check. A thriving business needs the manpower to operate it, but an empty one doesn't. I will not ever patronize that location or recommend it to anyone. Sadly, this is not my first bad experience at that location but it is definitely the last. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. By the way, my order was paid for with loyalty points, so I have spent plenty of money with this company and have enough points left to continue to eat without money for a very long time. I just won't use them at the Laurel location.

Not sure why this location gets so many negative reviews. I come here about twice a month, placing my order online. It's always ready, fresh and correct. Delicious subs.

We were pretty hungry so we stopped to get sandwiches. Big mistake. I don't know if the people working there now are totally inexperienced with making hot & cold subs but this was a huge disappointment. The sandwiches cost way too much money to be this sloppy. I wish I saw it before I walked out bcuz I would've requested a new one. I was only 5 mins away from my friends house so there's no way it should've looked like this. Pls do better JM!

Supposedly a giant Italian with extra meat. Hmm don't look like it to me

I wish I caught the young man's name, who was the cashier, but he was great! He was very friendly, just seemed like a good, hardworking kid. I wanted a classic so I just got the gyro platter, the Greek fries and the soup. The soup is so good and reminds me of my favorite Greek place back home in chicago, I used to eat this type of soup every weekend with my family. Ingredients are fresh here and quality is always A1. The Greek fries are my favorite and a guilty pleasure. They are so flavorful and have the best texture. The gyro was also very filling and they really don't skimp out here with their toppings. "How do we stop [Saya,] who summoned the Jai-Li, from trapping Cindy "in her dreamscape forever?" Albert asks. It was an impromptu visit, so I did not purchase much. I really wanted to look around and select a few items while doing so. At first glance, the organization, flow and cleanliness of the produce department captured my attention. All of the produce presented nicely and it looked fresh. The prices appeared a little high for some items, but as the adage says, "You get what you pay for". I purchased mostly produce. The navel oranges and pink grapefruit were huge. They were also deliciously sweet and juicy. Before going to the checkout area, I moved along to other areas of the store and found consistency with the level of cleanliness. I ended the visit in the area with health supplements. In my opinion, the selection was relatively extensive for a grocery store. I was able to find what I needed and then walked to the checkout lane. Many of the items purchased were either on sale or discounted with the store's rewards member card. Since this was my first visit, I did not have a card, so the cashier used the complimentary store card. She informed me that I could sign up for a card at the customer service desk. The checkout process was fast. Finally, I walked over to the customer service desk to apply for a store card. The customer service supervisor/manager was nice. While processing the card, she made friendly, small talk, which was pleasant. The reward's card process seemed a little extensive unlike many other stores, but it was fine. Overall, I had a good shopping experience here and I will definitely return.

When i did, the line was organized and flowed well. Normally they have kiosks, which are a bonus for any place. But they weren't quite working as they should, so all ordering had to be done in person. They acknowledged a slow wait time, which I appreciated, though it didn't feel that bad. In the soft opening phase I understand it's for working the kinks out. I decided to try the sando, tenders, and fries. I tried the mild and hot sauces, skipped the medium (buffalo didn't excite me). The sando was surprisingly large. On an empty stomach it was hard to finish half! It as delicious though -- I loved the slaw and pickles on it. I preferred it over the tenders, which I thought were small, and only the sauce saved it in my opinion. Otherwise, I was delighted to see the fries are waffle fries... first fast food ones I've had since Chick Fil A... but these are noticeably more seasoned. I also had boba -- surprise! I was able to request it be less sweet, though it was still pretty sweet for my tastes haha. Overall I enjoyed and I'd be back to try more -- including the Angry Hot that you have to sign a waiver for. Challenge accepted, there's no sauce that I can't handle! I'm going to explore the other sauces as well. By the way, there's a spacious parking lot and they have a drive-thru.
