Only 1 star because I know the sandwich will be good and I love Jersey Mikes but that's the only star FOR THIS LOCATION. The customer service is poor and the workers don't know what they're doing. I got curbside and waiting in my car for over 10 minutes until I finally went in and even when I went in I got out 5 minutes later because they were confused. My order been ready I don't know why they didn't bring it out to me and when I went it to get it they were confused about looking me up. I will not be going to this location again. It was a first and last time. I've never had this problem tho so it wasn't the app. It was definitely the workers there. On top of that they don't even have a working number. Here waiting for 5 min.... one is counting the bank I believe at the front with all the cash out asking someone in the back if that's 50 in the bundle of ones. Another one with her hair hanging out while preparing what I assume is an online order. Another one talking about a poker table and just not doing anything. The guy at the grill asked what I would like and is working on my philly meat. There is no one In The lobby and I am still waiting here.... hopefully their customer service picks up and they get it together. I just received the rudest customer service ...I ordered 2 giants. While the server, young male, was cutting the bread I asked him for another bread because he cut the top bread extremely thin, who wants a sandwich when the bread falls apart?! His response to me was , "next time you get what you get" , wait what the what! I come here weekly. His customer service was so bad I told him you know what nevermind and walked out. I believe the employees of a business highly contributes to the overall success of a business. The staff at this location is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The quality of food is equally as delicious as other Jersey Mike's locations. Overall I really like this location. They only drawback is the outside seating. The outside seating area is a hit or miss with the respect to how clean it is. Some days it smells like urine and other unfavorable orders along with trash around the area. Other days it can appear to be fairly clean with no odors. However, I am never certain as to how clean the actual tables and chairs are. I wish this location would do more to keep the outside seating area clean, washed down with high pressure water and soap, so patrons can enjoy the eating area. Overall, you can't go wrong getting and eating, inside, your food at this location. One last word of caution, when the local school gets out, this place gets overran by kids. read more

I love jersey mikes. I'm from New Jersey and it always been my favorite. I won't be back to this location. The manager needs an attitude adjustment. I stood there for a while and wasn't spoken to. Then he asked if I had been helped and I replied no. After that I was rushed thru my order... there was no line. No one behind me. He basically yelled at me that he couldn't hear me and did this to several other customers as well. My sandwich was barley cut in half and I had to tear it by hand. There was no reason to rush me or be so impersonal. I People who buy sandwiches are why you exist. Update: I went back today because it's been a while and a figured I'd give them another shot. I've been in here more than once, more than twice more than three times. This is the first time I've actually experience a lackluster in customer service. There were two females, and one mail, in the mail probably had to be the worst of the customer service. It seems as if he really didn't want to be there I didn't want to do it. They threw my sandwich together and just handed it to me later on. I'm a little surprised because the place was a little untidy as well. Perhaps maybe the children were just overwhelmed. The only reason why I give it two stars and not one is because the two employees that were working very hard provided the best customer service. It was my first time going to a Jersey Mike's and it wasn't the best experience. I had several questions about the food products but because it was very busy I didn't want to waist the employees time. The management is not the best because they had only two employees working and they had several carry out orders and had several incoming customers. I felt so bad for these employees having to juggle all the customers. However, they were very professional and kept the best customer service attitude. This was my first time ever at a Jersey Mike's establishment and it was great. The customer service was amazing, right away the workers greeted me with smiles and positive attitudes. They were glad to help and let us know about the most popular items and answered questions we had. The product was great, and their soda machines gives you endless choices of drinks. Shame on the leadership of this business. Horrible service! This is probably the worst service I've had at a Jersey Mikes. Been to a lot of locations and always they have well trained friendly people behind the counter. Don't know what the deal was with this place. It started at dinner time by waiting for 20 minutes with only two people ahead of me placing orders for a total of 3 sandwiches . Mind you, there were only two people behind the counter who looked stressed out and flustered. I waited and placed my order for two sandwiches. Then I waited another 20 minutes while they checked out and made sandwiches for the 3 people who ordered after me. When they called me up to pay they had only made one of my sandwiches and forgot the other one. The worker apologized and instead of making my sandwich he proceeded to clean the grill. After commuting for an hour and a halfI and waiting 40 minutes for one sandwich I wasn't about to wait another 20 for the second one. I told them to forget the other sandwich and I left. On my way out I was offered a cookie. I don't completely blame the people behind the counter. They were doing what they could given whatever training they had and during a dinner rush while being understaffed. Whoever the scheduling and training manager is should really learn how to do their job correctly and if it's the franchise owner who is keeping this place understaffed and ill-trained they should really consider if they are seriously committed to having a successful business. This location has lower ratings than most Jersey Mike's for a reason. P.s I went next door to L&L Hawaiian BBQ instead and ordered a bbq mix plate and got it in less than 10 minutes. I came in today and asked for a star employee that makes the best sandwiches. Her attention to detail is beyond the standards. I asked for her but I'm assuming she was on her break. Creepy manager proceeds to tell me that she was in her car and proceeded to point out her car.Excuse me, but I don't need to know the car of your employee. That's just creepy and an invasion of privacy to his employees. The staff is usally lively and energetic. Ever since this manager took over their sandwiches got rushed and under quality. I am so glad to have one in the neighborhood. My favorites are the #17 Mikes Famous Philly and the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. I have only tried cold subs from catering, not sure what I even had but they were also delicious. Make sure you enter your phone number so your 13th Sub is free. I went to this location for the first time today and the first time I had a JM sub was two weeks ago while in MN. The store was busy but neat and clean and the staff was extremely nice and accommodated my picky ways. I hate a soggy sub so they put it in a tub for me and wrapped the bread separate so it didn't get soggy. I got the chicken cheese steak which was absolutely amazing. I love Jersey Mike's and have given this location two chances for my business and they have failed. The first time, towards the end of my sandwich, I found a long black curly hair in it. Threw the rest away and tried not to throw up. The second and last time, I ended up in sandwich making limbo. My order was started by a young man, who just stopped making my sandwich, while his coworker started on the order for the person behind me. She was sure to finish the order for those people, while the young man continued to stand around, before she finished my order. This is the best Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. I order a lot of catering for my job and this was by far the easiest it has been to order for a large group. Jaime was so helpful and was able to do a last minute large order for me even though they were slammed with several other large orders. He was very pleasant and professional and everything turned out just how I asked. He also helped me put together a more cost effective meal package. Not to mention the place is super clean and all of the employees are very nice. My clients were very happy with their meals. I will be coming back. Great customer service makes all the difference.
