Jersey Mikes is my go-to sandwich stop. JM was having a few really good promos ($2 off any sub, Double Points Tuesday, AND 72 points if you purchase a sub in the app by the 29th) so I decided to take advantage!! I ordered in the app, ASAP selection would have it ready in around 15 minutes. I arrived at the store a bit early and they already had it made! One thing I suggest is if you're ordering in the app to use their promos, get to the store as early as you can so it's not waiting long! I got #13 Italian Mikes Way (which has the oil and vinegar) and it automatically gets soggy quick because of the juices! I customized mine and added pickles and added a special note "Extra Pickles please! Thank you so much" and I indeed got extra pickles! Nothing but good things to say about Jersey Mikes. Not one to leave a bad review and I usually love this location but I called today to place an order and was hung up on... oh well. Placed the order in person instead and saw the woman behind the counter refilling the bins of vegetables with her acrylic nail popped thru her glove... and then using the same gloves for opening doors and moving boxes and then going back to stocking produce? Disgusting. asked for my oil and vin on the side and had none when I got back to work.... If nothing else, the employees at least need a refresher on basic food handling safety. Been a customer here for quite some time, typically when you go to a sub place and there's one customer in front they will be making that customers sandwich and are able to start your order. However this place is run by young women who don't know how to multi task properly. They're always occupied doing other things every time. I went there the last time and I was the only customer and there were 3 employees and one is slicing meat, the other one in the back doing dishes or god knows what and the other girl making sandwiches for an online order for 12 minutes. I stood there for 12 minutes and got so aggravated that I walked out and didn't even order a sandwich. This place is improperly run by these young women who can't seem to grasp how to take care of their customers in person when they have an online order. Have the lady cutting meat make the online order or the girl in the back someone plz so I can get my sandwich and go home. Never coming here again. Switching to Jimmy John's way faster service. read more

Trash. First the girl working the counter charged me for a regular sub instead of a giant and then charged me the price of another regular sub to make up for the difference. This actually cost more than the price of a Giant sub even though she lied and said otherwise. The sub itself was saturated in chipotle mayo. Not going back to this location. read more

I give restaurants a lot of grace right now with staffing and supply issues, but a couple of small problems tonight with this location. They had attempted to section off the dining area to create an ordering line but had made it so that you can't actually get to the start of the line. I would also suggest that you don't put your employee that may have a hard time hearing as the person taking orders. Myself and other customers had to repeat orders multiple times as well as a couple orders were incorrect and had to be remade, all while we were waiting in line. read more

We went to this location with our granddaughter this evening. Around 6pm. The group of employees that were working were a great group and gave great service. They worked well as a team. We were happy with our sandwich's. It has been awhile since we have felt that way about them. The manager needs to keep this crew together, because it was pleasant for once. I have come here several times before and have had no issues. I came in today to pick up an online order the man behind the counter asked me my name I let him know he said they were working on it. I took a seat right next to the counter.I sat there for over 15 minutes and I guess they didn't think to tell me my food was all done. Very very poor customer service read more

Tonight we thought we would try Jersey Mike's. Drove to the Power and Southern location first where they said they were out of bread. Wow. At a sandwich shop. Might as well close your doors. Then we drive five miles to this location which is open until 9. We walk in at 8:30 to see one young employee on his phone, and an older gentleman cleaning the grill. They exchange looks like "oh great, someone coming in to order when we're cleaning up." Mind you again, it was 30 MINUTES before closing. Should have just walked out then. We go to order a hot sandwich and the three employees are looking at each other, like of course they would order a hot sandwich. I said, "do you not want us to order anything from the grill." They said we could but from the attitude and looks it was clear they did not want us to, we were bothering them and unwelcome. Unbelievably awful and awkward experience so we decided to just leave instead. We won't be returning. Both Jersey Mike's locations in East Mesa are beyond ridiculous and there is no other word to describe it. Too many other choices. I can see why the place was empty. We drove an extra 5 mi to go to the best sandwich shop in the area. which was Jersey Mike's, or so we thought.. When I got there a young man and a senior gentleman sitting at a table relaxing and they seemed a little bit of annoyed that I came in to do business. I ordered my sandwiches when was the cold Italian sandwich I think was number 16 in a hot chicken ranch sandwiches I think it was number 26. they didn't even ask me what I wanted on the sandwiches and they just did it Mike's way. I said no I can't have onions on the cold one and no lettuce and tomato or anything on the hot one. They didn't seem to care what I wanted and they just said it was finished near it's already baggged up and ready to go. When I got back home they close how much had lots of onions on it the hot sandwich had lots of tomatoes and lettuce. The employees were rude and not accommodating at all. All they had was white bread with no options for coming back later for different bread. So we tried to call them on the phone and see if they can fix it and their phone rings busy at all times. So much for ordering giant size sandwiches that need to go to the trash. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Called in several times for 25 mins trying to reach an associate and not once did anyone pickup the phone. I drove there from work on my way home (which was 30 mins away) and called once again when I parked in the parking lot. The two employees working were laughing amongst each other with no customers in the store. I watched as they ignored the phone ringing next to them, so walked in and asked if they had a working phone, since I'd been trying to get through. The associate "Dreven" was extremely rude! It was appalling that anyone would even allow him to work in the food industry with that lack of customer service and severe inability to communicate with others. The female working that shift was VERY helpful and her customer service skills were impeccable so I chose to talk to her. However, "Dreven" insisted on interrupting us and continued his condescending behavior towards me, even after I asked him to please stop talking to me in that manner. Dreven-you should consider a serious career change, because you just don't have what it takes. I've come here many times and it's always been clean and had great service. I don't know if today was an off day or what but it was quite the mess behind the counter. Where the condiments are was so messy and no attempt to even clean it up in between customers. There was just lettuce all over the place and the employees putting sandwiches right on top of the mess. There were 5 employees working and while I see this as possibly training new employees I feel as though that was a teaching moment on how to handle a rush while maintaining cleanliness standards, not to mention sandwiches were very sloppily made. As I said I kind of assumed they were training so I let it go because I get it, everyone starts somewhere but I definitely think the owners should be aware so that they can coach their employees on how to handle the busier times of day. read more
