Jersey Mike's is a newish favorite of mine for sandwiches and I was out running errands when I remembered that this location recently opened and I just happened to be in the area. So I placed an online order and headed that way. I arrived early and waited for just a little bit. They were super busy but they seemed to be moving pretty quickly. My order was completed right on time and it was accurate. I didn't interact with anyone because they have a shelf to pick up online orders from so it's pretty non contact. I ordered my usual: a regular #9 Club supreme on Rosemary Parmesan. The club supreme has Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. I like lettuce, tomato, oil, and vinegar. I did add pepperoni just to try it. There was honestly so much already going on in this sandwich and it didn't really add anything. The bread was delicious. The meat and cheese is all high quality and plentiful. And the veggies were fresh. I will definitely return and I recommend them! read more

This new location was already serving up delicious sandwiches and good service on opening day. The regular turkey and provolone sandwich on wheat ($9.50) was made to order quickly with fresh bread, plenty of turkey and fresh toppings. The bread did not overwhelm the sandwich, which let the meat and toppings shine. The menu included a good variety of hot and cold sandwiches, chips, cookies, brownies and meals for the kiddos. I found the service to be welcoming, friendly and efficient, while the dining area was clean and new with country background music. Very nice. read more

Awesome sandwiches, I made the mistake of ordering a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich in line, it took 15 minutes. It's advisable to order ahead on the app. The staff is very neat and clean, they change gloves often and sweep the floor of excess lettuce (lol). I'm switching from Jimmy Johns. read more

It is a Jersey Mike's. Hardly a better sub shop in the area. So, I have a habit of always getting the same sub... and this place delivers the super club to me with little variation. Which is exactly what I want! They are quick, and typically I order from the car... it is freshly made and being wrapped by the time I walk in the door. This is what a sub shop should be! I stopped in for the first time to try Jersey Mike's subs because I heard they had gluten free bread. The inside was a mess and all the tables were unkept. The line was longer and they had about 4 people working it. Some people had to wait quite a while for their orders they had ordered online and looked exasperated. I got in line with my son and granddaughter and he ordered and then I did. I asked for gluten free bread which they had and they were good about asking if the slicer needed to be wiped down but I had to ask for the bun to be placed in a paper wrap because he set it right on the same surface with other bread. He did that and then they moved it to another counter and finished it. The sandwich was generally fresh but they don't have many toppings it seemed compared to other delis. My sandwich was bland. My son said his was okay. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS! We both got a standard half sub and chips and a drink ( the granddaughter wasn't eating) and with tip for two meals it was $41.96! I discovered they charged me for the drink and chips even though I didn't get a fountain drink and got bottled water instead. They charged for both. I would never go again. read more

I came in for a small sandwich to go. I made my order and a young lady came in to help. I gave her what I wanted on my sandwich. I realize she didn't put any sauce on the sandwich and I asked her to please put vinegar and oil as a response. She poured so much vinegar and oil on it that my sandwich is soggy. I asked for a large Coke and she gave me a medium. She said we could bring up my order and charged me for a larger sandwich when I address this she was obviously irritated. With an irritated tone, She told me she was sorry I was having a bad day. As I continue to try and pay my card wouldn't work. Disrespectfully told me just tap it. In the end, she didn't complete the transaction for me to pay. Somebody else came in, hit a button and said I had to answer some questions. After that, we are able to finish the transaction. I have a large list of allergies and lettuce is one of those allergies. Sandwiches are my favorite food and having a shop make a sandwich for me is risky. But - JM has never done me wrong in being careful. They change their gloves for me, put a clean sheet down, and check every item they put on my sandwich and even picks off lettuce if they see any. I have never gotten sick off one of their sandwiches- and they are the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. This location is always clean and seems stocked. read more

This location is a complete disaster. First off, I can't tell you how many times they've messed up my to go order. Even worse, a couple weeks ago I placed an order over the phone, they took my debit card info and taped it to the side of the to go bag so any one who saw the bag had my personal financial information. I called and the manager was great, refunded my meal and said he would talk to staff and ensure that doesn't happen again. I called today to order food again and asked what they are going to do with my debit info after I ordered. The lady (Maria?) went on to say "I know you complained. No one saw your info." For her to tell me repeatedly she knows I called and complained and that no one saw my info was rude and unnecessary. The fact of the matter is you shouldn't tape all my debit card info to the side of a to go bag for anyone to see. I would have let that go and not written this review but we had a horrible experience trying to pick it up today. My dad tried to pick up the order which should be easy to go since it's paid for and I called 45 minutes ahead of pick up time. When he got there they told him the debit card didn't go through (which should not have been the case) and didn't talk to him and get him the food for nearly half an hour. He said it was a complete mad house in there with no staff trying to talk to him to help figure out what to do, which is as simple as having him pay. They could have prevented that by calling me back immediately when the card didn't go through but instead they completely stressed out my dad who is in his 70s and doesn't need to deal with that. It was supposed to be ready at 1130 and he finally got out of there around 11:55. I'll never go back to this location, there's plenty other ones near I'd recommend going to. read more

My favorite go to when it comes to getting a sub, I always get the #7. it's the closest thing to getting a real Jersey sub sandwich. My two favorite things they offer here is, freshly sliced meat and cheese. They even have swizz cheese! Their chicken cheese steaks are to die for! The bread is always soft and freshly baked as well. I definitely recommend coming here, lastly don't forget to get your sub the Mike's Way! Thanks in advance lol. read more

FPO and I have been wanting to try this Jersey Mike's location for some time now. We tried the one on Metcalf several months ago and were sadly disappointed. This location is on Shawnee Mission Pkwy, in the same parking lot as Target; about a 20-minute drive. I've heard it's a pretty new location and it still looks it, still clean and tidy. We went in on a Sunday afternoon, there were three young men working and no customers around although we saw they were working on a couple of online orders. FPO ordered a Giant Italian (#13) with no tomatoes and light "juice". I ordered a Chicken Big Kahuna (#55). While we were waiting another employee came in. Each sandwich was $16.95 and we ordered them to go. When we got home we found out FPO's Giant Italian had so much juice the bottom bread was saturated and my Chicken Big Kahuna was the regular Beef Kahuna. Now, the soggy Italian was unappealing, but at least they got the sandwich right. I don't eat beef or pork for health reasons, so I couldn't eat my sandwich. We called the store and we're told they could come back and they would remake the sandwich. That wasn't an option, so the assistant manager took out information and said the store manager will call on Monday. I gave it a week to see if we'd hear from the manager. We didn't. Had we heard from him and had we gotten some sort of resolution, I would have gone up to two stars. As it is, I'm just going to chalk this up as a lesson learned and not go back. Great sandwich if you have an extra hour in your day to wait around for them to finally finish. At least 5 times I have ordered ahead on the app and have had to wait 30-60 mins after the time stated on the app for my sandwich to be made. read more

The food is really good BUT I never see anyone wash their hands. They clean and then put on gloves and touch the tips of the gloves and make sandwiches. They don't even attempt to use hand sanitizer. That's why I gave them a 2 0-for proper hand washing 4- the sandwiches are good 3-services is good 3- ambiance they are always cleaning everything but their hands. I won't be returning. read more

Food is overall fresh, tasty enough for yet another typical sub place, but my last 3 door dash orders from them have been so insanely wrong that I don't even know what they're doing there. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, wrong sandwich entirely. Get it together. That or get off doordash since nothing is done right if the customer isn't standing there watching. read more
