Love me some Jersey Mikes. This location is awesome! Staff is wonderful. Fresh ingredients make these subs so so good. And...here's an insider tip: Mikes lettuce is shredded and plentiful unlike all the other sub places. That lettuce makes the sub an A+!!!!! I go here at least three times a month. Love the place! Jersey Mike's is a great chain sandwich shop, right up there with Jimmy Johns and Mr. Goodcents. Our whole family can find something we like here, which with a little kid is not always the case and we've taken to getting subs often after ballet class down the street. What I love about this Jersey Mikes in particular is that I can order online (even before they open) and it'll be ready by the time we get there after class. We can just pop in, pick it up, and be on our way. They have never messed up our order, and the folks working are super kind. Overall it's a great spot for an easy sandwich on the go. read more

I've seen several of my coworkers eat here during their lunch break and decided to stop by and grab a sandwich on my way back to work. I got the big kahuna and was surprised of how large the sandwich was. Sandwich was made to order and they were busy filling online orders, but I got in and out rather quickly. As for the sandwich felt like it had some kind of sweetness to it. Not sure if it was the cheese or other ingredients that wasn't my favorite Philly cheesesteak that I've had. I decided to finally check them out for a quick sandwich and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a regular sized #9 Club Supreme: Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. They offer different bread options: white, wheat, rosemary Parmesan, and gluten free. I went with the rosemary parm. Finally you can have it Prepared Mike's Way® with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices. Or you can customize, I opted for no onions. The sandwich was a good size. A giant would've resulted in leftovers but this was perfect for lunch. The meat and cheeses were all fresh as well as the veggies. The rosemary parm bread was delicious. This is my favorite fast food sandwich shop around town. I always order the #9 club supreme and I get it mikes way with cherry pepper jelly added on their rosemary cheese bread. I then ask for Buffalo and chipotle Mayo on the side so I can dip my sandwich for an extra kick! I highly recommend joining their app so you can save up point for a free sandwich and you can place order online for a speedy pickup. I liked the welcoming, fast, friendly, professional service at this new location during opening week, although the dining area was closed. My regular size #7 turkey sub on wheat ($7.50) was served up quickly with my choice of various healthy, fresh toppings. The sandwich had a generous amount of tasty, moist, white turkey, while the bread was fresh and flavorful, and did not overpower the sandwich. The regular size was very filling. Four breads were available, including gluten free. They also offer a good selection of chips, and cookies for dessert. The app helps with the price. Very nice! read more

In short, We've never been here prior to this visit. I got the Philly cheesesteak and buffalo chicken. This first trip wasn't impressive with customer service but the food is good. I personally don't care to support businesses that don't have good customer service. In long.. My partner and I had never visited this place. We walked in and there was an unnatural amount of employees working, yet no one greeted us. We get in line and when it's our turn I slightly panicked thinking "do I have to pick bread?" "Do they toast them?" Etc. The guy asks what we want and I say we've never been here. "Ok," he says "do you know what size you want?" He caught our stares at the pictures on the menu and held up a half and said this our double. Double for sure. We are handed a receipt and just look at the guy because we've never been and didn't know if it was like subway where you add toppings. He points to the register where we are asked another question and I say again, "we've never been here before." ... " ok, your total is..." As we waited all of the employees were talking about how good their sales were yadayadayada. Meanwhile we have never been in this place and not one person greeted us, thanked us or showed any interest in anything other than the fundraiser going on. The manager I think could tell I was not impressed. He set his phone down to walk past us and looked in the kitchen (the same view we have) to tell us they're still making our food then goes back to his phone call. Yes, we see that our food is being made, that's not the annoying part.. it's the lack of genuine human interaction and customer service. As we left the manager was on the phone still and standing by the door.. he was nice enough to hold the phone away from his face to say have a good night. Whatever they were working on sounds great and exciting but they failed to interact and support their customers in store. read more

So, LOVE Jersey Mike's, just not this one. We've had small issues with this location in the past, but nothing more than with any other chain. Today, placed order online and arrived to pick it up. Waited 35 minutes then we were all told that they were cancelling all orders. WTF! No apology, no offer of a coupon, nothing. Just screw you. And the manager or whatever he was, was extremely rude to everyone in the restaurant while cancelling all orders. Sandwiches here are great but my rating is based on how this location is managed. I went during the noon hour, understanding they would be busy. But with about 15 people in line ahead of me, it took half an hour before completing my order and payment. The two main issues were: 1) The kid dressing the sandwiches was beyond slow. It took him about 15 seconds just to add lettuce, as he would place 3 slow and deliberate handfuls, then scoop around to gather and place the spilled lettuce. He's just a teenager and I am not meaning to disparage him. I see this more as a training issue to get him to speed things up. 2) They prioritized online orders over guests in line. I know they want to keep up with these, but at some point they need to consider how long in-store guests have been waiting before adding another 5 new online orders to the preparation queue ahead of folks who have been waiting 15, 20 or even 30 minutes. read more

When Rhett and Link of Good Mythical Morning rated Jersey Mike's as the best sub, I knew we had to check them out, and I'm sad we waited so long! My husband could probably eat here every day of his life and be perfectly content. Hot and cold sandwiches are both great, but the chicken, bacon, ranch (#26) is undoubtedly our favorite. I can't speak too much to the staff, as we almost always order online/in the app, but everything is efficient, and the employees are pleasant. Their reward program is pretty great too- I think we've already banked 2 free sandwiches. I especially like their bread. So many places have great bread, but it can cut up my gums before I even finish. That's not the case here! Their bread is fresh and so soft, but still sturdy enough to hold all the delicious contents. Given a choice, I'd normally never pick a sub place for lunch- until Jersey Mike's! read more

I have been a frequent in-person patron of this location for years. But since covid, this location has prioritized online orders over in person customers. There was a family of 2 ahead of me and my daughter when we got there, and that was it for the line. We waited, and waited, and waited for them to make 8+ sandwiches (online orders) and he about grabbed two more that were online but behind ours before I spoke up. I get where I could be perceived as a "Karen" for speaking up, but if I'm physically standing there, please just prioritize my order. I made an effort to come to your location and was planning to sit there and eat. All of those online orders won't know you made two sandwiches in between theirs. read more

My wife and I walked into this unit at around 7:15pm. We were immediately greeted by a young man. He took our order and began to slice the meat. He and I talked while he worked. He had a great smile and attitude. The next young man in line who finished our order was also very gracious. And finally, a wonderful young lady was our cashier. Overall, it was a really outstanding experience. We were thanked for our business and left. We got home and ate. The sandwiches were fantastic. This Jersey Mike's was the best one we've ever been in. I love Jersey Mike's but I specifically love this location. I feel like my order is pretty simple I get half the amount of meat and ask for extra cheese to balance out. They never charge me for the extra cheese and I know it may seem like a little thing but the consistency across-the-board that everyone does that every time I come in is really nice. The manager is super awesome! When I come in he remembers my order because I get the same thing every time. Everyone that works there is very nice and focused on the task at hand. Just a great group of employees led by a really nice manager and it seems like everyone enjoys coming to work, which is really important. Kudos to all of you! Absolute awful service, I worked for Jersey Mike's (as a Manager) for 4 years during 2016-2020 at a different location. Went to this Jersey Mike's earlier today and the service absolutely awful. The guy who took our order must've had a bad day, morning whatever. He was rude and didn't engage us in conversation, cut me off in the middle of ordering, and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't put my sandwich on the grill which i know you can because corporate used to tell us all the time "do whatever the customer says". Oh well I'm only in town for a few days so it's not like I'll ever be back to this store ever again. Sandwich was good taste wise, but they put so much oil/vinegar it was a sloppy mess. It was leaking out of the wrapper and all over me and my vehicle. Additionally, my sandwich had bacon on it and when I opened it, there was no bacon. For $15 I would've expected it to be what I ordered and not soaking wet. read more

I'm a manager at a corporate restaurant and the way our situation got handled because of the miscommunication on this store's location staff was very poor. I was with my fiancée grabbing lunch before I had to be at work and we were very excited to see that their was a jersey mikes close to us! But this will be the last time we come into this location. It was beyond busy and the staff had no system of how to deal with the business, my fiancée got the number 26 and wanted to add more onto his sandwich which he did but then we we went to pay for our food after we got our sandwiches built, the cashier then told us we couldn't have the sandwich that my fiancée built because the #26 comes as is. Why wouldn't you just give us the sandwich he built because that's the way he wanted it? We got a sandwich from someone else that we didn't even ask for. Paid for something we didn't even get. Then we're told that miscommunication happens and they aren't perfect, have a good day bye.
