Today was one of those days for the Ladies working the store. Customer service can be very difficult when the customers act rude and disrespectful to the ladies working so hard to push out as many orders as fast as they can. Yet the ladies working acted professional, and held their composer. These ladies deserve a bonus for having to deal with customers like the ones they had to deal with today. I love this store. Definitely a good place for lunch... but for whatever reason, I feel like the way they have their ordering system is not very efficient. They always seem so rushed but it still takes forever to order. However, their sandwiches are definitely tasty. I work at Jersey Mikes in another location and this is the third and probably last time I'll order from this location. The first time I order on of my sandwiches wasn't cut all the way through and I had a tub that was very light on the lettuce. The second time there was just an issue with the app, which is fine I understand sometimes it crashes having to use the system as well. This time I ordered I was notified by the door dash driver that cookies were sold out and asked if I could wait. I said that was fine. Cookies are the highlight of my meal so I really wanted them. That being said the large cookie was so mushy it almost feels like its still raw. I'm trying to salvage it in my fridge right now. Yes, 5 stars for a chain. I can hardly believe it myself. I've lived here for 3 years and never came in until now. How I am regretting the last 3 years of disgusting Subway! I ordered the Italian sandwich on wheat. What I loved most was that they slice up the meat for you right there. No presliced meat like at subway! They added their own special sauce to the sandwich and I added some red pepper smash dip thingy they had and my sandwich was delicious!! The bread was still hot from the oven which took it up a notch! My husband ordered the philly cheese steak on the rosemary bread they have and that was good too. The bread was really good. But he took a bite of my italian and instantly regretted it. That sandwich is that good!! Now it is a little pricey here. I wouldn't go with the whole family as it cost me about 45 buck for all 5 of us, yikes!! So from here on out this is a lunch spot for me and the hubby while the kids are at school. subs are great and definitely blow subways sugs out of the water. If you want something relaxed or for later eating, cold subs are the way with exquisite Italian deli meats. If you want the meal, then get a nice toasty hot sub. I will penalize J.M.S. for the lack of desserts, and the food is a little more pricey than subway, but still great. read more

Entered store with one customer in front of me. Three people behind counter and then only one. It was Wed. At 2:30 pm very slow. This guy was as slow as I have ever seen and did not seem to care how he was doing his job. He said he would be right with me, then he moved about six subs on the counter to fill. Start this off by saying I don't particularly like sandwiches. I find that generally they're a massive dose of bad calories thrown together with sub-standard ingredients and cost entirely too much for what you get. But a friend of mind kept telling me that this was best sandwich place he had ever been to, and I needed to check it out. So with a small amount of trepidation I decided to give it a try. Jersey Mike's is pretty much the antithesis of your normal crappy sandwich place. Let's start off with the bread: It's fantastic. Great combination of flavor and not overly dense, but still has a real nice crust so you get great texture when you bite into it. Now the Meat: unlike Subway or pretty much every other sandwich shop you go to, Mike's cuts all the meat and cheese fresh to order. No worries about it sitting out all day, and getting stale disgusting product. It's unreal to see how fast they get through orders when everything is literally cut to order. Produce: All Jersey Mike's apparently get their produce from local farms, so it's the absolute freshest possible ingredients. And it pays off, everything is super fresh/crisp and it makes a huge difference in the end result. I ordered the Club Supreme, which had roast beef, turkey, and bacon with provolone. Ordered it Mike's way, which is their oil/vinegar sauce. I also added a pepper relish that is capitol "D" delicious. Don't trip out when you see them pouring the oil/vinegar sauce on: I though it would come out soggy and ruin the sandwich, but it really ended up being the perfect amount. Wasn't messy at all and really combined all the flavors perfectly by giving you a touch of acid to really bring out the tasty goodness. I really can't state enough how great a sandwich it was. And this is coming from someone who really does generally hate sandwiches!! Next time you feel the need for a subpar $6 sandwich from Subway, do yourself a favor and go have a real meal at Mike's read more

I haven't been in this building in a very very long time. The last time I was here it was a Quiznos and shortly after that it went out of business. I'm glad that a sub shop is back in this building. I had the #17 philly cheesesteak on a whim after I got a random philly cheesesteak craving...and I gotta say Jersey Mike's came through in the clutch! It was delicious, and was exactly what I was hoping for. It was wrapped in foil so when I got home it was still nice and hot. The meat and cheese have a great flavor, and the bread is tasty. I had the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak Sub and I highly recommend it (especially if you like things on the spicy side). The service was fast, and that was with a full house due to the Grand Opening. This is the first time I went to this establishment. It is where Quiznos used to be. I tried the #56 Regular Big Kahuna Cheese steak Sandwich and was very impressed. You should know that their regular sandwiches are 7.5" vs 6 that you would get at Subway. For the small difference in price, the quality and portion size is worth paying a little more. Being an East Coast transplant to CA, It seems to me that it took a that kind of knowledge to make a great sandwich. I'm going to be curious as to how their traditional deli sandwiches will be like. I was skeptical from reading the other reviews but I had never been and wanted to try it. I found the staff to be very nice. We interacted with about three people and they were all very helpful and pleasant. I didn't have to ask them any questions because they offered up information on how things work, their recommendations, and the rewards info. We visited during a slow time so our service was quick. The sandwich was ok....I like the bread except that its a little messy from the cornmeal bottom. A little too oily for me so I would ask for less dressing next time. read more

i recently relocated to southern California and had never heard of this place. I went in there, and my mother advised me to just order a mini sized. I said c'mon I get regular at least. After eating here, it made subway look disgusting and i will never eat at subway again. The staff is friendly and patient.
