We all know Jersey Mike's has great sandwiches. But did you know this location in Murrieta has the best employees? Recently my wife left her purse on a chair by mistake. It was a full 24 hours before we figured out where she left it (getting old is so much fun). We called this Jersey Mike's and asked about wife's lost purse. We described it and Bingo! It was the one they kept safe and sound. God bless these young working people! They make me proud. read more

This location is awful. We came in last night to eat and weren't greeted as we walked in. There was 3 ladies working. We were the only people in line. I stood in front of the glass for about 2 minutes before we were acknowledged. By the time we were acknowledged 2 more people had came in and were waiting behind us to order. The rude girl with the glasses proceed to tell me I need to stand by the meat slicer to order. I literally step 12 inches to my right to be "by the meat slicer." Then she skips me and asks the next person what she can get for them! I butted in and said excuse me, we were next! She then walked off and someone else took our order. This lady was much more pleasant. She made our sandwiches and we left. We got home and those sandwiches were the saltiest sandwiches we have ever had. One and done for this location for us. read more

I really wanted to like this place, so I came here 2 times. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. The first time I wasn't sure how to order. I didn't get a chance to watch other customers cause I was the only one there at the time. They didn't really help explain how to order. I got the Italian sub and i wanted everything on it, but when I got my sandwich it didn't have any mayo in it. I was ok with it, but as i heard other customers order I told myself I was going to order better next time. The second time I came I ordered the same thing and got the mayo and it was delicious. However, when I was getting my sandwich fixed i paid and then went to get some chips too and my order came out to be 7$. I gave the cashier a 20$ bill. After I ate I went to go buy cigarettes. I looked in my wallet and I was shocked. I was carrying all 20s. I asked myself where the heck is my change? So i went back to Jersey Mike's, waited in line and told the cashier that he forgot to give me my change. Who does that? I guess the person who was in charge gave me my change and wrote down my number just in case I was lying. I'm a real honest person and I only carried 20s that day, i should've had 13$ change when I gave him a 20. I really wanted to like this place, but after that incident I don't think I'd be coming back again. I'll just go to subway atleast they explain how to order and give your change back. read more

I had my first JM in Austin Texas a few years back and loved it. So when they opened a shop in Murrieta, right down the street from my office I was over the moon excited. This store does not disappoint! The food is fresh and the employees cheerful. The only ugh I have is when I go at lunch time during the week, it is crazy busy and there is not enough seating inside during the hot summer months. read more

I've been mourning a great cheesesteak in the Temecula/Murrieta area ever since the Philly's Best restaurant in Temecula closed. Halleloo, my mourning period is OVER! I've only been once, but it definitely will not be my last time. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. I loved their cheesesteak. Best once I've ever had from a chain, even better than Philly's Best. Next time I'll order the sub with everything, since my dining partner orders that every time and swears by it. It all looked good and I think you could spin around blind and point at anything on the menu, and go home happy. The ingredients are right there, you can see that they're fresh. Not slimy and old looking like Subway. The bread is wonderful, meat fresh and hot and perfectly cook, cheese melty. I sat up at the counter and actually finished the whole cheesesteak, and for me fininshing anything is a rarity. I was stuffed, but it was THAT fresh and good. My only complaint is that the line and order taking was weird and more crowded/jumbled than it should have been for the number of people in there when I ordered. I went early, and few people were in yet, and they had enough workers there, so why they were so inefficient is beyond me. The lunch run came as we were eating and the line plunged into chaos. They want you to order subs at the counter, but someone comes out and takes your order for hot sandwiches right there in the line. Seems very inefficient to me, but the food more than makes up for it. Can't wait to try more from Jersey Mike's! read more

After reading reviews here I decided to check them out. All I can say is they have amazing subs!! Very good. They don't skimp on the meat like Subway does. I could smell the food before I even walked in, the staff was very helpful and nice and the bread was so good and fresh. As long as I live near Jersey Mike's Subway will NEVER recieve business from me again!!! I had the turkey and provolone sub YUMMY!!! read more

wondering why I even went back this time - I guess the definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results. Asked the District mgr to call me regarding the same error repeating, and no response from their website 'leave a message'. 3rd time now that I've ordered a chicken caesar wrap, on bread, where they 'wrote down' "white", which meant "flour" to the person making the sandwich which comes to me (again) as a 'tortilla' - and 25 more minutes waiting. Lousy training, high prices, poor follow-through and unresponsive management. Good eats, but not worth the hassle. Great competition at other sandwich shops locally. read more

Such a shame! The young staff just doesn't care, this is the second time I've ordered online and the staff doesn't see the the online order so when I get there 15 mins later they scramble to make my order and mess up on that one as well! I ask to receive a discount from the shift leader with a sugar skull tattoo on his forearm but he says he's not authorized on top of that they won't even comp the avocado, but wait he'lol throw in a couple cookies. I was on my way to pick up a sub at the sub shop near my house tonight, but with my luck it was closed. Then it hit me, Jersey Mikes! I've been hearing the radio ads along with receiving a ton of coupons in the mail...they always find their way to the fridge and then into the trash for never being used. Unfortunately, no coupons this evening. Their menu is a little confusing, no sizes listed so I needed to ask how their sizes work. Which in doing so, informed the employee it was my first visit there. Their Mini is pretty much the same size as a 6 inch from a normal sub shop (I think it came out to 7 inches), which is what I decided to go with. I don't ever order the fancy subs, so I can't review those for you here. What I can do is review what they have as condiments, and what not. Which, isn't a lot...pretty much the basics is what they had out, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and a few others. Definitely not as many as you can find else well. But it works for me, since I only get lettuce, tomatoes and pickles...yes, I like my sandwiches plain and yummy. I don't know why sub shops insist on always making a lettuce sandwich with meat, which is what I experienced here. A TON of lettuce, that never makes any sandwich good...just don't get it. Didn't really notice as she was making it so half the lettuce ended up in the trash once I got home. You do get a free cookie for being a "rookie" so that was wonderful, their peanut butter cookies are amazing FYI. I decided to go for the combo, sandwich drink and chips. The bill was over $7 which is a little high for a basic turkey sandwich. I give Jersey Mikes three stars, mainly because there wasn't anything outstanding about this sub shop. I'd go again, with a coupon. read more

FIrst time coming here on my lunch break and I love it!! I got the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite. It has provolone ham and cappacuolo. So good. I got the Mini which is about the size of a 6 inch. Their bread was slightly crispy but soft enough to bite into. Customer service was awesome and they had a clean beverage station with fresh cut lemons! You don't really see that anymore. For sub, regular drink and chips it was $7. Not to shabby. WAY better than Subway and does anyone every notice the smell of Subway? I always come out of there stinky!! Jersey Mike's has good outdoor seating too. I will be coming back. read more

I've been back several times since my last review (co-workers LOVE this place) and am happy to report that service seems to have improved a lot. They've also implemented a pretty smart idea of weeding out the hot sandwich orders. I'm glad that my one horrible experience seems to be a one time thing...their sandwiches are just too yummy! read more

Not a bad sandwich. But the customer service or sandwich policy is a little ridiculous. I have been going to this location for probably two years now and have ordered hundreds sandwiches there for myself and my office. Now all of a sudden, you can't substitute anything on their sandwiches. Or they will charge you for it. I tried to order a sandwich with no ham and to replace it with turkey. And they wanted to charge me two dollars to do so. They wanted to charge for the turkey but wouldn't credit me for no ham. I will not be back to Jersey Mike's anytime soon. Stupid policy. Just cost them a customer that orders for up to 20 people at a time. Good job guys. read more

I like the both the Chicken and the Steak Philly ... My wife loves this place and wad very happy it is now in town.

I went today for my first time and I was amazed by how good the chipotle chicken sub is. Definitely going bak.

They have delicious subs! The Italian is the best. Much better quality than most subs and So full of flavor.

Their tuna is excellent! However the quality of their deli meats on the other sandwiches is not great. Their portions have gotten smaller and smaller since they opened. Its more like a lettuce sandwich. Tuna is my favorite. read more
