Now this Jersey Mike's Subs is the absolute best IMO. When I tell you, they hooked me up, believe me. In fact, don't believe me, believe the photos....they don't lie. Well sometimes they do but I promise I haven't photoshopped this sandwich lol. I paid for a giant and I got a giant and then some. Oh and that's not all, I ordered through Uber Eats and the sandwich was hot, fresh and very tasty. No soggy bread, no cold meat, just perfect. I usually eat subs every now and then. When I decide I want a sub I like to go to Jersey Mike's. I feel like Jersey Mike's usually have fresh subs and the best in town. After traveling, I decided to stop and get a quick sub to eat for the night. The restaurant was fairly busy before closing. The service was good. Once I went to my hotel and taste the sub it was nasty and I threw it away. I never experienced a nasty sub from Jersey Mikes. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually had to throw away my sub. I gave this restaurant a two star for cleanliness and good customer service. Too bad I didn't enjoy my sub. read more

I'll give it to stars because the sandwiches are good came in about 1245 Saturday morning pretty busy place but unfortunately they have the girl wearing gloves at the register taking money and also grabbing sandwiches enrolling them up in the paper, I understand she's trying to help but that's pretty unsanitary and unfortunately, I don't come to places that do not pay the upmost respect to germs when it comes to my food. Consistently amazing. I've tried a few different subs and they're always made perfectly at this location. Perfect combination and quantity of ingredients. Red cherry pepper spread is so good! It's a decent location but nothing special. Everybody is pleasant and helpful but no above and beyond effort. I like the Downers Grove location better. They are always friendly, handing out coupons or a free cookie. To be honest Jersey Mike's is too salty and always gives me indigestion regardless of location, I only go because my mom loves it. So if you generally like Jersey Mike's this location will most likely be fine for you. They follow covid protocols and have all tables stacked along the walls so no dine in. read more

Service was very lacking. Usually like Jersey Mike's a lot. Elmhurst location is great. We didn't get good service by the woman behind the counter here. Our portabella mushroom sub was soggy and would not put the lettuce and tomato on it after it was heated. It was hot but lacked flavor without condiments. Was very disappointed and very surprised. Never had bad service or a bad sub from Jersey Mike's before. Guess we should have gone to Subway but usually like Jersey Mike's even better. Tables were not clean here either. I've been to this location many times without issue. This time was the worst. I ordered through the app since I was on my lunch break and short on time. I used bonus points I got for my birthday and wanted to treat myself. It was a far cry from a treat. I got the club sub. It was missing almost all the toppings (except the lettuce)! It was missing bacon, cheese, tomato, onions, banana peppers, mayo, oil and vinegar and oregano. Basically it just had meat and minimal lettuce. I didn't open it until I got back to my office so I didn't have time to go back. I filled out the feedback form online and called the store to speak with the manager and got no response. I realize it was a free sandwich, but this was supposed to be a birthday treat. It was kind of gross. Had it been missing one or two toppings, I'd just let it go, but it was missing nine toppings! My sister got a #7 Turkey Breast & Provolone on a wheat wrap Mike's way (with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and the "juice" which consist of red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend). I went with a #8 Club Sub (Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo and done Mike's way) and jalapeno chips. Gotta say, the sub was pretty good. You can make it a meal by adding chips and a drink too! All the ingredients were freshly cut, including the meat. The workers put different gloves on for each customer which is always a good thing considering they're handling money too. It's been over 2.5 years since I've stepped foot in a Jersey Mike's. I went all the time when I lived in Charlotte but they're scattered here in Chicagoland. Today I stopped into this location after seeing it as I drove by. The workers were friendly and fast. I always appreciate the fact that they cut the meat directly in front of you. Instead of it laying in a pan on the counter for goodness knows how long. They have so many options but I always stick with roast beef or the turkey but all the meat is cut fresh when you order it. The subs tasted just as I remember. Overall a solid experience and I would definitely recommend you give it a try. read more

I frequent jersey mikes often, and I'm a huge fan of the chipotle cheese steak. I get it on a wheat wrap, with no peppers or onions. It is usually one of the best wraps I get and I always crave it. Today I visited this location and was extremely disappointed. My wrap was hard I could barely eat it, i had to rip most of the tortilla off. There was barely any filling to it, it is usually so juicy and delicious. Today it was none of those things.
