Also, I used the restroom, and the hand soap is horrible the smell lingers kind of smells like cheap hairspray. I don't know if anything else on the menu is good as we have ever only eaten the bowls not worth the money IMO.

One worker even made eye contact with me, smirked, and went back to packing orders without asking what we needed. I literally just needed to ask for hot sauce. This whole experience was really disappointing and ended up wasting a lot of time. It also makes you question how accurate orders taken by AI really are. After reading other reviews, it seems like this isn't just a one time issue. This location really needs to be looked into by management or corporate.

I still had to use a pen in order to push the button to place an order. I ordered the strawberry shake and a medium order of tater tots. While waiting the 12 minutes for my order I had time to check out the menu board. At the very bottom of the sign, on the right side was a notice to handicap persons. It tells you to leave your spot and go thru the drive thru or stay where you are and flash your lights, honk your horn or wave. Would have been nice to have that in a larger separate sign Like I said the shake was fantastic. The tater tots were not hot. They were greasy. There were only 9 tater tots but it had 4 French fries.

I am honestly shocked at the treatment by particular staff here. This franchise needs to do a training seminar on discrimination towards disabled citizens. I am a disabled citizen that requires a service animal for medical purposes. No not an ESA animal, a prescribed service animal. I let my gf who was with me briefly take my service animal to let him potty outside while I began the order. When she brought him in to me a staff member "Joe" responds with several repulsing gasps about my service dog coming inside. He then states that the dog can't be in there. I informed him that the dog was my service animal. He was wearing a clearly notifying service jacket and license attached to him. Joe continues to state it doesn't matter dogs aren't allowed inside and that they needed to wait outside. It was POURING RAIN. Joe states "i think there's a little ledge out there they can go under and maybe the rain won't hit them". I was so completely shocked I had no words. I allowed my gf to take my service animal to the car so he wouldn't have to wait out in the rain while putting myself at risk of injury for not having my animal with me. That's an absolute lawsuit itself to be denied my medical service animal to be with me, let alone if anything were to have happened to me while I was in there without him. When I got the car we called and asked for his name since the staff apparently don't have to wear name tags. In the background of the call the female worker yells "omg I can't believe they are calling on you!!". COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL WE ARE STILL ON THE PHONE LINE!! We called back again after writing to corporate to get Joes last name and at that point Joe does sound apologetic that he "thought" he could deny service animals. By his repulsed noises when seeing the dog i can only assume he has his own personal feelings towards animals by visibly acting disgusted by seeing him instead of just stating he thought they weren't allowed in. You think I WANT to bring my dog with me out in the rain just for fun?? No one enjoys a wet dog smell let alone the dog doesn't enjoy being wet himself. It was completely inconsiderate to say the least let alone AGAINST THE LAW to discriminate against a disabled citizens service animal. This franchise needs a training on professionalism and disabled citizens laws. What a complete awful experience. I've emailed corporate and will be attempting to contact the regional manager as well. Jan 28 2020 between 8pm - 830pm. Only female staff worker and Joe are who my complaints are towards and the establishment itself for lack of training. read more

I stopped in for lunch. After looking the menu over I chose the regular size #20 Grilled Pastrami Reuben on wheat bread which includes Grilled Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Thousand Island Dressing. I also ordered a small drink. I filled my cup, sat down and waited. The restaurant was clean and bright and there is seating for 16 inside at four 4 person tables. There is more seating out front in sort of a common area shared with Nadia Cakes and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The sandwich was good but ten dollars and change for a regular sized sub and a small drink is a little steep in my opinion and I would have liked more bread choices. read more

Disappointed with In-Store Service I recently visited Jersey Mike's hoping for a quick meal, but ended up feeling quite frustrated. Despite standing in line, the staff prioritized online orders and left in-store customers waiting. It was discouraging to see several online orders being prepared while those of us physically present were ignored. When I politely asked if someone could assist me, I was told that they needed to take care of online orders first. I understand that online orders are important, but it's disappointing when in-person customers are overlooked as I then took my business elsewhere. read more

I come from back East,New Jersey. Funky having to have awful subway sandwiches found Jersey Mikes! The staff is great clean and so organized. Their sandwiches are THE BEST! COLD CUTS ARE GREAT and they are always freshly sliced,not in a SS container folded Luke subway. Their bread is fantastic,just like home!
