Love Jersey Mikes as their subs are amazing. The review is based upon service. As someone who is disabled, I order curbside and do drive throughs 99% of the time when I pickup food. I came here to do a curbside pickup and arrived about 10 minutes after placing my order. I checked in on curbside and waited about 30 minutes at the curbside and nobody ever came out. So after 40 minutes from my initial order, I went in and asked for pickup and asked how long they been ready for and was told about 20 minutes. They were not busy with customers as I was parked outside and seen about 4 customers come in and out from my time waiting. Why offer curbside if you are not willing to do curbside pickup? I mean, you have signs in the parking lot for curbside pickup.... I typically order from the Lancaster locations and have not had an issue yet. But the Palmdale location off of 10th street is not the place you want to get curbside pickup, especially if you have trouble being mobile. I hope management takes this review as an opportunity to train their staff at this location. If not, then they should not offer curbside pickup. read more

Sadly I'm very unimpressed with this business. I went there yesterday with my kids. There was one couple ahead of me and one couple behind me. There were about five workers, yet only one worker was helping the first couple. It was taking quite a while. The couple behind me finally just left without ordering. Finally after noticing there were 4 other workers and not one of them could help me, my kids and I just left. Clearly the employees did not want our business. Usually people are cranky and don't want to make you anything but all the workers at this one are smiling and very nice when you speak with them even though they are probably tired. We got some awesome hard to pass coupons for this place and I was a bit hesitate going because I thought this was like a over price Subway sandwich. This is how it went and my honest opinion about this place. As we entered the place seemed a bit small but it still has room for tables and chairs. No knowledge by the employees what so ever. A customer was already there placing her order and we just stood there waiting on a simple HELLO. After the 2 employees helped this customer it was our turn. I honestly thought it was weird that they had pieces of bread just sitting on top of the counter. There was also a place with limited choices for your sandwich. This was obviously not Subway. My daughter got a turkey and cheese kids combo meal. It came with a cookie and drink. She loved it!!! She said it tasted really good and ate almost all of it, except a tiny piece. She really wanted that cookie. For us we got one giant chipotle cheese steak. I can honestly tell you that I was surprised by the flavors, freshness, seasoning of the sandwich. My taste buds were dancing of joy!!!!! All I keep thinking was why did I wait this long to stop by this place. It was the most delicious sandwich I have ever tried in my entire life. It has a little bit of Subway and Panera bread mixed in with a twist that no one can copy. This is the only way I can describe their sandwiches. The meat, cheese, onions, peppers, and the flavored mayo all in a fresh baked bread!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I give Jersey Mike's 5 stars for the food!!!! The customer service needs some improvement but other than that I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious sandwich for lunch or dinner. You guys sure filled our empty bellies. This place smacks! For a chain restaurant they're super delicious, a little pricey but worth it if you get the large sandwich! I've been coming to this location for several years. At least once a week. It's been hit or miss with employees and the way my sandwiches are made. I get the same sandwiches every week, so I know more or less what it should look like. I noticed a few days ago the prices went up. A giant is now $15 and some change for a Cancro. Wow! I thought $13 was a lot. I thought ok, it's worth it. NOPE! I bought two giant Cancros and the amount of meat I got on the sandwich was a complete joke. Seriously. It was maybe 3oz of roast beef, on a giant! Usually there's two rows of roast beef and one row of pepperoni. This time, I got half a row of roast beef and one row of pepperoni. $30 for a lettuce sandwich. See my picture. I'm not exaggerating. I wish I was. I noticed there's new employees there (which I'm pretty upset that Tim/Tom? Isn't there anymore?) and while I understand it takes time to learn, the girl that made my sandwiches was training and reprimanding the others, when she clearly had no clue how to make a sandwich. $30 for lettuce and bread was a huge F U to the customer. $30!!! My husband and I were pretty disappointed and upset that we waisted our hard earned limited money on garbage. Needless to say, we're not coming back to this location. We'll be trying the Lancaster location again, and if Jersey Mike's just can't get their act together, we'll be going to the new Jimmy John's in Lancaster. There's not enough room behind the counter for the number of people they need to make sure they get orders right. Too often they guys try to take on too many orders at once and they forget what they're doing. Then, there was one girl back there who was totally worthless. Instead of helping, she just wandered aimlessly acting like she was filling stuff, but I never saw her actually do that. Then there was the guy who was the cashier. He was more interested in flapping his yap with someone sitting at the table by the sofa machine than bothering to wait on me. He handed me the credit card receipt to sign than completely turned his attention to the people at the table. I signed the receipt then took my food and just left. If he found it, good for him. Nobody wears nametags so I can't give names and any other description of the employees would sound racist, but the time was 6:30 on Sunday, August 19, so maybe the manager can figure out from that to whom I'm referring. They have 3 sizes of sandwiches: mini, half and full size. The MINI sandwich size is adorable and the perfect portion for those with a small appetite. I went with the half size cuz I can roll like that. Gimme wheat although it wasn't whole wheat, but hey...it's "slo" fast food.... Freshly baked on site, always a good sign for those of us who are trying to be health conscious. Tons of veggies that can be added to any sandwich- sprouts, spinach, lettuces, variety of tomatoes, peppers, etc. This was one really good sandwich. They don't even follow there own COVID guidelines. Only 5 customers allowed in the store at a time... they had 9 while I was there. And they are calling out to people from across the restaurant, but people can't speak up so they have to walk right up to me so that the guy can hear the order. In my space taking their mask down. If you live in the AV and want some Jersey Mike's, don't bother coming to the Palmdale location. Take the extra 15-20 minutes and just go to one of the other two Lancaster locations. If you place a mobile pickup order, expect to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after the time they provide in the email. It doesn't matter if they have a lot of walk-in customers, they have no system to handle pickups and in person orders whatsoever. They blatantly ignore anyone off to the side picking up, regardless of how long you stand there and make a fuss. The customer service is absolutely terrible. read more

Visiting my family and my brother wanted to stop nd pick up some drinks(bevmo) and some food(this pace of course). I lived in Cali for a long time but after residing in the bay area i have yet to ever see been or seen one of these places. The set up is very similar to subway/quiznoes/etc. It is by no means a mom n pop deli shop. The price are more of a one star though def more pricey than subway. But you get more meat definitely, and the quality of the meat is good. Brother got a philly which i thought tasted good too. I got the club mikes way and i loved it. Only problem was the bread. I like a more diverse offering such as sourdough, dutch crunch etc. So 4 star for sure. read more
