Wow It's nice to have a chick-fil-A at this location. Especially after shopping. It's funny because I was just about to bring up yelp to find the nearest one and turned the corner and there it was. I don't usually do drive thru but they seemed to be on top of things. I usually pre order from my mobile app. & go inside to pick it up. Went straight to the carryout and they were prompt. Between Glen Burnie, Pasadena and Severna Park, there are several Chickfilas in close proximity. This has to be the slowest one! Although my order was accurate, they just don't seem as efficient as the other locations. I typically don't frequent this one but was passing by while working. This location is a very SAD excuse for the Chick Fil-A name. The employees here are definitely not as friendly as other locations. Nor even professional. The overall place is very clean. But the lack of even good customer service makes this Chick Fil-A a no go. Usually you're treated like gold inside CFA but not at this one. Also whatever you do. Don't come here even a hour near closing. Came here and got a Spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack and the sandwich was barely warm. The cheese was nowhere near even melted onto the sandwich. The waffle fries which are usually very delicious tasted old and barely warm like heat lamp fries. I have never and I mean never been to a Chick Fil-A this bad. Lastly to add insult to injury. I even asked the manager to replace the entire order and they actually said NO. I couldn't even believe it. Just discarded most of the food and took a lost. Customer service is always good. I'm not sure what they put in the salad, but the greens taste funny, almost like soap, the additionaltoppings such as tomatoes are suspiciously perfect all the time. I can't believe I'm writing a negative review against a Chick-fil-A, but this morning was unacceptable. I ordered three eggs, two slices of American cheese and a piece of sausage scrabbled in a bowl. When I received my bowl, there was no cheese or any signs of cheese. I asked for cheese to be added only to get an eye roll from the manager RJ who said it's melted in. I asked him to show me where and he said forget it, turned his back and had it remade. Problem is (pic below) when they remade it they again didn't add two slices of American cheese. The only sign of cheese was some shredded cheese that I didn't not order and I assure you there wasn't the two slices I paid for worth. Breakfast ruined and a horrible response from RJ. Food is always fresh and fast, even when you customize your order. Service is good. Facility is clean. This location near several schools, retail areas, and industrial locations can get quite busy. The building is a bit small and cramped, as is the drive-thru. But that doesn't take away from the food. They do chicken well and with a small menu the food is consistently delicious. Their One app they have makes ordering a breeze and beats the lines. It also earns free treats almost every week between purchases and the corporate promo offers. I like Chick-Fil-A almost anywhere, and this location has not disappointed. read more

The one thing I love about Chick-fil-A is their customer service! It's not so much with this store. I purchased a meal with a large iced tea. In the car, the drink lid, which was not firmly on the drink,came off as I picked it up, spilling everywhere. When I went into the store to get the ice tea refilled, I was told that once you are outside the store they cannot refill it. The young woman was completely unapologetic (highly unusual for this chain) so I offered to pay for another one and showed them my receipt from the lunch I had purchased. She broke down and gave me a new iced tea. Most Chick-fil-A's pride themselves regarding cleanliness and this store looks ok but the parking lot is discussing.. There was about 8 people on the front line and including the managers and everyone was more focused on other things then doing there job. I love Chic fil A and this location is as good as any of the others I've been to. Using the app to order is really a bonus because I can order exactly what I want and pay and never have to speak to anyone. I just walk in and stand at the front and my order appears. The staff is very friendly and professional. They lose the 5th star because I routinely have to check to make sure that exactly all of the required sauces/condiments are actually in the bag before I leave and about 20% of the time they are missing. Also I love that with the app I am it seems like always getting free stuff. This month alone I got a free breakfast item, twice! All for doing nothing. I also love CFA because when I root through my order bag I also find cutlery, napkins, mints, & wet naps. If it's hard, does it have to be a bagel? I'm no bagel person because they are usually thick and hard but not in ChickFA. They take the bagel to a new level. Sunflower multi grain sandwiched with egg, cheese, and their famous, tasty chicken. Aside from good food, its facility is clean and staffed with friendly employees. I feel confidence that my breakfast is from the champion for the champion in me. I rarely give too many stars for a fast food restaurant chain but ChickFA certainly deserves to receive my high mark. The employee, Charity, was atrocious. She single-handedly created a negative situation by going off on me, a customer. They got my order wrong when I went through the drive thru. I parked and realized this. My daughter was in the car so I quickly popped over to the drive thru to let them know. The said someone would come over with the right milkshake. Charity did and she started mouthing off at me, although I couldn't fully understand her. I looked at the milkshake and noticed the order was wrong, again! I went back and said it was wrong and asked what she was yelling at me about. She started going off, asking why I drove off into one of the parking spots instead of waiting close to the drive thru. I said she didn't know what the situation was so she should just stop being obnoxious. She kept going about how I should've instead done this or that. I said she needed to get away from me and I wanted to speak to her superior. She then claimed and lied and said she was the highest employee and stated that I couldn't complain to anyone but her. I got the info on the actual person to complain to, and I will. The guy who had first helped me did nothing to correct her or check her and just watched as she went off.. She absolutely escalated a situation that shouldn't have been a situation. She acted ignorant. I am incredibly displeased. The employee Deanna was quite helpful and came over to hear me out. I love Chick-fil-A, but the service at this one is slooow! Ordered 2 frozen lemonades (which are amazing!) inside, but waiting 15 minutes for them. Every employee and manager in the building kept getting their own food ahead of the customers that had already paid and were waiting for their food. This Chic Fil A is one I frequent once a week and am generally happy with. They have had some new staff come in recently that don't seem like have the typical Chic Fil A customer service, but overall my experiences have been good here. I also love that this location supports church attendance and will reward Church attendees with a free chic fil a sandwich on Mondays if they attended Church the day before. My friends and I were visiting Baltimore from Canada. None of us had ever eaten at chick-fil-a before but decided to stop in for a late night bite to eat (around 9:45pm just before they closed). We all loved the food but were mainly blown away by the fantastic service at this place. We were helped by the manager who was so friendly and personable (I'm kicking myself now for not asking his name). When he found out it was our first time at chick-fil-a he gave us some excellent recommendations and gave us every dipping sauce on the menu to try. We were really impressed after we ordered though. They told us to grab a seat and that they would bring our food to the table, which none of us had ever experienced before at a fast food place. Then half way through the meal one of the staff members came up to us asking if we would like him to refill our drinks! Most fast-food places try to rush you out when you enter so close to closing time. Not only did they make us feel totally welcome but they went above and beyond providing great service. Not to mention the incredibly clean facility and delicious food. Will definitely be going back to chick-fil-a the next time I'm in America. Hopefully they're all as good as this location. I kind of doubt it though, this place seemed exceptional. 5/5 would definitely go back. read more

Some of us from my church ordered 2 large trays of chicken minis for church the next day and I didn't realize that it was a morning item only even through catering(they use different equipment that's put away after breakfast). They still honored the order because some on the phone told me it could be done. This CFA is great. I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are beyond pleasant. Sometimes during the lunch rush it will get a little messy but I think that's understandable. Typically I use the drive-thru which moves quickly and efficiently. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that THEY DON'T SERVE CRUSHED ICE. read more
