My sandwich was poorly thrown together with ingredients I specifically requested to NOT have on it, who wants to pick through their food to make it the way they want? My sisters tub was also poorly executed with an abundance of mustard, and by a lot I mean almost like a toddler would pouring paint for themselves. I asked for relish on the side, nothing. No utensils or napkins offered either. I appreciate the hard work but still won't accept you ruined our dinner. Never ever order from Jersey Mike's online. Last time I went to Jersey Mike's, they had no pastrami for the reuben I wanted which was fine. I ordered it online a few weeks later along with my husband's sandwich. My reuben was so not pastrami; it was steak. It tasted like a philly cheese steak with swizz cheese and a lot of thousand island. It was totally steak because I get the reuben everytime. Plus them running out of pastrami that last time and going in there recently and seeing a sign that said no pastrami. I asked for extra pickles, which I got no pickles at all, and there was barely any meat on it. They put a lot of meat on it in front of you but not online I guess. My husband's had no meat either. I usually go to subway but I thought I'd change it up a bit. Man was that a terrible mistake. I've never been there before and I was hoping for it to be my new favorite sandwich spot. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Steak sandwich and paid about $8 and change. I came home as fast as I could because I haven't eaten all day and I was starving. The freaking sandwich looked like it was soaked in buffalo sauce. The tomatoes were old and soggy. It was so vinegary and had no flavor. It was a HUGE disappointment. This place is awesome, after all that has happened, these employees have gone far and beyond to do their best in serving. They are all very friendly, and very welcoming. They definitely deserve a raise. I am amazed by this service. Their steak subs are awesome, it's tasty. They aren't afraid of interacting with the customers, and that's not usually seen. I had the opportunity to go to Jersey Mike's when they were extra busy, and even though they had a lot of order and people lined up they were so friendly, and made conversation. When I least expected, they had made my sub. Not only are they friendly, but fast too! Also, one this about this place however, it's too damn hot in there man. Please consider on bettering that. This place goes above and beyond expectations. Not only does Jersey Mike's OBJECTIVELY have better sandwiches than competitors (always made with care, stuffed with meats and veggies, and never got my order wrong) but they also pay attention to their customers. I've been a recent regular at this exact location ever since quarantine, and today they had told me they ran out of roast beef for my sandwich. I told them that turkey would be just fine. To my surprise, they had upgraded my sandwich to the GIANT size and included a brownie on the house. Talk about service! Hands down the best sandwiches and the best people around. I bought a BLT sandwich, giant size. I guess they forgot the B part in the BLT. I probably found about only four or five pieces of bacon for my giant sized BLT sandwich. Might as well call it an "LT" sandwich because there is no bacon you can taste with all that bread, lettuce and tomato. I come here all the time, so much so that they usually already know what I'm going to order. I'm always satisfied with the service. A few weeks ago I was charged incorrectly for something that I order all the time and while I was upset at the time, I didn't want to cause a scene so I just paid the amount and went back to work so I could eat lunch. The issue really bothered me though because I knew I wasn't wrong about the price. The next time I went there for lunch, I mentioned it to another employee and she assured me that I was indeed charged incorrectly and she would let the manager know. Fast forward to today, the manager approached me and apologized for what happened and while there was really no chance of me not coming back since I love their #17, I really appreciate that she took the time to acknowledge what happened. First time!!! The two Jersey Mike employees were very friendly. The temperature was right since it's 90 Degrees outside. We ordered the Club Supreme, and Original Italian. Everything was freshly made and meat cut to order. We tried the sweet tea which was just right not over sweet. Since it was our first time we got 2 Free Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Parking outside is great. We were very satisfied customers leaving them a $5.00 tip and employee asked us if were sure!! We will be back to this location. read more

First time trying a Jersey Mike's Subs. They just opened a newer location not far from my office, and had been wanting to try it out. I ordered my usual sandwich, which I get at all the sandwich places, (Subway, Togos, etc). I ordered a regular pastrami, with cheese. I explained I am a picky eater and just wanted the meat (pastrami), cheese, and bread. No sauce, nothing else. Pretty simple I thought. Took quite a while, and my sandwich was not made in front of me, but in the back somewhere on the grill. Ok, whatever. Picked up my sandwich, paid, and went back to the office. When I unwrapped it, I noticed it was a little different than most pastrami's that I have had. I took my first bite and bit into a jalapeño. There were also peppers and onions on the sandwich. The cheese was more like a cheese sauce, and not an actual slice like they showed in the display case. I think I got someone's philly cheese steak sandwich, even though I asked if it was a plain pastrami. The meat certainly didn't taste like pastrami. Overall, I ate it as I was hungry, but if I order something, I like to get what I order. It tasted alright, but kind of hard to rate when you don't get what you order. I'll chalk it up to them being brand new. I am sure at some point I will try it again, but I am not eager to go back. read more

So I stopped and ordered two sandwiches, wasn't really watching when they were making the sandwiches... Got home and noticed all the lettuce was old and brown... As if it has been sitting around for a couple days or more. Not fresh at all..... Aren't they supposed throw it out if it starts turning brown? Made me wonder what else sits around for days. Scraped off the lettuce and ate part of the rest. Have never encountered a sandwich place giving you brown lettuce before. Stingy on the oil and vinegar too for the Mike's Way.... I went there a week ago and thought I'd try one of those sandwiches I was kind of done with Subway sandwiches and wanted to change upon arrival on your first visit you receive a cookie I order the 12 inch tuna sandwich and I also order number 9 it was delicious ,it was so much meat on it ,I ate on it for 2 days ,it's brand new just opened give it a try the meat is cut on order not pre cut like Subway everything there was fresh I will go back and try it again you know first week or two or maybe in a month the food is delicious I'm going to give it two months and then I'm going to go back in September and see are they still serving the same portion size. I love my friendly neighborhood Jersey Mike's! The delicious sandwich franchise decided to open in South Pomona. Hooray! The menu is the same as any other Jersey Mike's that you've been to. The exception here however, is that the employees are very friendly and nice. I love that any employee I have ever dealt with there always strikes up a conversation with me. I LOVE these sandwiches, super fresh and way better than Subway, but this particular Location disappointed me. It took FOREVER to get my sandwich, I was literally there for 25 minutes. They are pretty slow and they seem new, it was a mess. One was lost most of the time. The other one made a few mistakes on peoples sandwiches and that would back everything up. It was seriously a complete disaster there. The manager should have the fastest employees working rush hour and have a structure plan for them. I knew I was going to be there for a few minutes more than the usual due to rush hour obviously but I did not expect to be there for 25 minutes. I only stayed because I was really craving it. I seriously felt so bad for the employees because people were getting frustrated, giving them rude faces, and people leaving. They shouldn't go through all that especially if they're knew. read more
