The owner walked us over to the wine room, showed us the spiced cider spice mix, which she said wouldn't work because it's too sugary. He then noticed one of the meads in stock came with a complimentary pavk of mulling spices and he just gave it to her -- no charge. Whenever we need to pick up a quick something from a local shop -- we will be coming here. They also offer the quirkiest array of services here: copy machine, public notary service, Western Union, a hot lunch station, large greeting card section, firewood and some lake toys and lanterns.
