Came in this past Wed night at 945pm. From the moment we walked in, we felt the male worker who was taking orders/making the sandwiches was annoyed or bothered. I am assuming it was because it was 15 mins to closing. He let us know the only sandwiches available are cold, his demeanor was as if he was bothered, and overall hospitality was poor. My husband asked about the point system and how many points are needed for a free sandwich. While the worker was ringing up the food, he replied with "depends" then walked away to continue wrapping up our sandwiches. Felt like he was in a rush and could not answer questions. I prefer Jersey Mike's sandwiches over Subway, they are more flavorable. Service is not exceptional, but it's not lacking, it doesn't come into play. I've never been disappointed. I didn't give it 5 stars because that would mean it's perfect and nothing is perfect, but it's pretty good. And I tried their delivery service and they performed it without a flaw. They set a time for delivery and they met it! My favorites? Ham & Provolone w/avocado and Philly Steak. I'm not cool with Oregano in my sandwich, so it's Mike's way without the Oregano. read more

Been coming to this location on and off since it opened and this last visit was disappointing. The portioning of the meat in the sandwich was way off and for the price you're paying for these subs it leaves you with a bad taste. The employees are nice and no issues with the customer service. Went to Jersey Mike's to pick up my sandwiches if you go there after you've ordered online, you usually don't check your sandwiches to see if it's correct which shouldn't have to be when I got home. They were completely not what I ordered, but I wasn't gonna go back so I'm very unhappy because You should get the order correct the bread was wrong. The size was wrong. Everything was wrong with it it had very little meat. The lettuce was slim. Everything was wrong and it was real oily and this was in Chino on Central so I don't know if I'll go there or start going to one of the other ones there's three in my area Chino Hills Pomona and Chino little out of my way to go to the other two but either that or I'm gonna have to do it in person read more

Note that they use the same slicer for the meat that they use for the cheese. My partner has a meat allergy and we are always conscientious of contamination. Alas, Jersey Mike's is not vegetarian friendly if you are worried about meat protein cross contamination. :( read more

Horrible waits times as of late. If you place an online order then good luck getting it at the time listed on the app. I would add AT least 25 mins to the pick up time. When you arrive you have to try to gain the attention of the staff otherwise they will ignore you. The subs are tasty but the service really needs attention and improvement. read more

While entering your location we tried to gain attention from your team associates, the individuals continued to have a personal conversation while not even acknowledging our presence. When it was brought to their attention, i was immediately met with a sarcastic attitude. I have came to this location and have ordered the same sandwiches numerous times weekly. I attempted to place my orders and was told that it could not be done the way i had asked, the associates stated he would have to write it down, he was provided not once but 3 times on what was needed to be placed in the sandwich. Yet, when i received my sandwiches they were still incorrect. Immediately the female team member became defensive about the proper way of making the sandwiches. She became very hostile while slamming utensils onto the white cutting board as her partner threw the salt and pepper shaker, simultaneously, she snatched the sandwich back from my hand. Their customer service was completely unacceptable there should be some disciplinary action and or some coaching to create a better customer experience, i am appalled. As i requested a refund the team staff still continued to have an attitude hence the male associate began to yell " get out of my store, get out of my store multiple times" in front of other customers. We go here every week and get the sub club no bacon and just lettuce yes basic and easy so because it's so basic we don't stand and watch them make it (lesson learned) so get home and only has turkey on it they forgot the ham!! Maybe she was having a bad day/ something else going on in her life. If however, it's because you dislike your job and feel it is beneath you, then quit. Clean inside so off to a great start. I ordered a vegetarian wrap with chips and those amazing chocolate chip cookies!! My husband got a philly cheese steak sandwhich. He compared it to an original Philli cheese steak from Philadelphia haha so he wasn't that impressed and said to stick with regular sandwiches from here. My wrap was flavorful and I enjoyed it completely. I was surprised by how many chips were inside my bag, I had gotten quite a lot, score!! And finished my meal with the mouth watering chocolate chip cookie!! Sometimes I go just for those cookies! The entrance and exit is kind of tricky depending on which way you're needing to go. I went into the store and ordered two hot sandwiches. At the time no other customers were there. There first were two employees behind the counter. One started to make my sandwich on the grill. Then one customer walked in and the employee making my sandwich pulled off it to help the other employee make that customers sandwich. This happened 3-4 times with other customers. The employee making my sandwich pulled off making it to help the other employee make other customers sandwiches. Then I see a third employee pop his head out of the back. I'm not sure why he wasn't helping maybe he was on break. After about 10-15minutes I left with no purchase and no sandwiches. This was an examples of poor customer service and terrible time management. My time is valuable and I waited there for nothing and was treated like my order was less important. I called another location which is in upland and expressed my concerns. They offered me to go to their store and offer a discount. I did not because it was too far and I wanted to get home. Thursday I called the location I visited on Tuesday. I spoke with the manager and she said she was unaware of the situation. I explained in detail to her and how the other location offered me a discount. I asked if she could do the same for my next visit to compensate my loss time. She refused and said I could go to other locations if I do not feel comfortable returning. This manager was also indifferent and unprofessional. It is obvious she does not care about the locations reputation and took my time and money for granted. I work hard for my money and my time is valuable. read more
