I truly love a good Jersey Mike's sandwich! I walked into the establishment today at lunchtime, and there were approximately eight or nine people waiting in front of me. Three young men who worked there were hustling, making sandwiches, waiting on customers and apologizing to patrons for the delay in orders. A woman who works there, I was told was the general manager, was milling around doing "busy work", if you can even call it that, while these three guys busted their asses! When I left, the line was still substantial, and this individual was standing out back, scrolling on her phone, smoking a cigarette. Pretty pathetic. I don't know who the proprietor is of this specific Jersey Mike's, but you would do yourself better to fire this lazy waste of space and higher one of these young men as the general manager. They certainly seem to care a lot more about your business than she does! I hope you see this! read more

This place used to be clean, well run with friendly staff. Today- dirty-no tables clean, meat case torn up at peak lunch. Should be cleaned off hours. Total shame. Aprons on staff are dirty, manager asked how you doing, answers I'm here. Sure seems he doesn't want to be. read more

Sub sandwiches as I remember growing up in northern NJ. Have had their subs in several locations (airports, etc.). Always good.

We absolutely love Jersey Mike's subs but we won't be back until this pandemic is over. We watched the employee (dark blonde haired young lady with glasses and a grey shirt) take cash, build a sub, wash a table, and take cash from another customer. As she was about to grab another sub to wrap it all still using the same pair of gloves, I stopped her and explained to her what I witnessed. Who knows how long she wore them before we came in!!! We were not provided a receipt or I would have contacted the manager. I just felt like I needed to add this as a public service announcement. Friends, if you see this type of behavior please speak up. I think we're all ready for this virus to end! read more

Noisy very average sub shop. Not much for vegans. Basically they offered me a salad on white hero bread. Watery iced tea. Friendly staff but the place's acoustics mostly prevent them from hearing the customer orders. read more

Jersey Mike's was really really busy yesterday . I had placed a large order the day before to be picked up noon Sun. When I walked in the shop it was packed, there were 6 people behind the counter working, might have been more. They were so busy but I could see that they were working as fast as they could. To make a long story short yes I had to wait a bit for my order but I appreciate the fact that even though they had received my order the day before they made it up the day of so it was fresh and so tasty. Being an eater for over 66 years and a refugee from Zim's Inn og Gaithersburg , Md, I have had my fair share of subs. Today we stopped at Jersey Mile's in Rehoboth Beach, De. I watched a guy making several subs at one time. I have not seen this since my tenure at Zim's. This guy is a veteran sub artist. I ordered the club sub LARGE. Ate half and took the rest home. This was the greatest sub I have ever eaten. We are moving to Delaware and have to find a home close to Jersey Mikes. 5 Stars arent enough. And the root beer is to die for. As a long time customer and a teacher, I was excited to hear that Jersey Mike's was partnering with the Special Olympics to raise money. My husband placed our order online at 3:20 pm - knowing it would likely be busy. He arrived around 3:40 to find a group of other online orders waiting near the register. The people behind the counter continued to serve the walk up customers without acknowledging any of the online order. At about 3:40, another patron asked what was going on and the employee stated that they were "out of bread". It was then asked how they were continuing to serve the walk up customers if they were "out of bread" and it was explained that there were different stations - and by all appearances the online order "station" was manned by no one. Then she yelled towards the line of people waiting for their online orders that they were, again, "out of bread" as they actively made other the sandwiches of the walk up orders. At 4:20 my husband asked if they would be preparing any online orders and the employee stated that "she'd love too, honey, but they are out of bread." He asked her to cancel our order and left. I do not understand the logic in this and am disappointed at how this promotion to support the Special Olympics was handled. read more

Was in last night and only two gentleman were handling the Friday night dash for munchies. Orders coming in online, via phone, and at least 4 people deep waiting in line. They handled the situation like smooth operators...even putting on a little fancy hoagie acrobatics! The gentleman making my #13 Mike's Way with crushed peppers was killing it! Tossing, spinning, and dressing my sandwich with sheer finesse. Better skills than most bartenders I must say. Made my wait fun and oh so tasty! read more

Had a terrible experience there this weekend. Went on a cold day, and when we arrived, the place was freezing inside! We overheard an employee tell another customer that the heater was broken. How much effort would it have taken for management to go next door to Walmart and buy a few cheap electric space heaters to make their customers comfortable? The sandwiches were ok, but very sloppily put together compared to my local Jersey Mike's in New Jersey, and the ordering system was vastly different, making something as simple as getting a sandwich made confusing. My wife and I were looking forward to a few minutes of enjoyment during our lunch, and sought out Jersey Mike's. A big disappointment. read more

Cheesesteak and italians here smoke any sandwich at any local sub shop ,,,, i have been here for a very long time and wish they had several locations. Meats are all sliced in front of you ,,, made very quickly and served in a nice environment. I need a jersey mikes sweatshirt. And no im not from jersey. A great product reasonably priced. I have been here twice within a week. The first time I had roast beef and provolone which was very good. The second time I had turkey and provolone. The food was good, but the portion size very small. I think they were running out of turkey. It was a "regular" size sub which I finished and now I am looking for more food. The food, both bread and meat, is much better than Subway and most other chains, but the portion size is not much more (and Subway puts like one slice of meat on their subs). I give the food quality four stars, the service two stars (the staff member skimped on the turkey probably because it was the end of the turkey and she did not want to open a new one. She was also was going to use a small piece of bread leftover from another order until I objected) and the portion size one star. read more

I had the worst experience with the customer service at this establishment. The portion size has decreased immensely from what I recall. Worst sub ever! Cut the roll in half and then soak it with oil and vinegar. Go to bit it and everything slides out the back of the sandwich. Go up the street to casapolia's and learn how to make a real sub. read more

Stopped in here for the first time over the weekend. Ordered a cheese steak (original with fried onions and peppers) and a mini Jersey Shore's favorite. I did ask for pickles on both 2 times while they were being made over the counter but there were still no pickles until I asked a third time as it was getting ready to be wrapped up. This guy clearly had other things on his mind. The steak was already wrapped so let that one go with no pickles. The cheese steak was still piping hot when I got it home and the roll was nice and fresh. Plenty of cheese mixed in with the steak and wrapped in foil (gotta love anything wrapped in foil) For the price it was a little small but it was pretty darn tasty. Picked out a lot of the peppers and decided next time no peppers but not their fault. Just not a big fan of pepers. The mini sub was really good too. Was not sure how the vinegar would play out but was different and good. Stopped in again but placed my order online to avoid the pickle headache. They gave me 50% off my first online order! This time tried the original Italian and same cheese steak no peppers. Perk of ordering online-already paid for and can go right up to the sign that says online orders. But while standing there under the sign for a solid 15 minutes no one even acknowledged me. Yes, pretty busy but when ringing someone else up not sure why they didn't ask me if the bag on the counter was mine. Only had to hand it to me! They did apologize at least. Floor was a gross mess but I guess due to being busy and appeared to only have 2 employees running the entire show. But overall I would come again. Good back up when some of my other favorites are closed. read more
