My boyfriend and I have gone to this location a lot, but today was kind of a sad experience. We placed a pick up at 12:09 and it said it would be ready at 12:30. We get there at 12:37 and it's lunch rush, so we understand and wait after giving the name. In the next 30 minutes, I watch multiple people walk in and get their food and leave before we were ever told anything again. I watched another girl w/ pickup get so upset waiting that she just left after probably 45+ minutes. We got our order at 1:18, and it just really sucked because we had planned a lake day and it was kind of delayed because of this. There have also been multiple times my boyfriend has gone in for online pickup when the store is basically empty and they hadn't even started making it. I think if you go to this location you should probably order there, or you'll be pushed to the back read more

I am a protein girl...I need meat to feel full. When I order a sandwich, I do not need a loaf of bread...bread is the "holder" for all the good stuff inside. Other places go way overboard on the condiments, not Jersey Mike's. Other places have dry bread that overpowers the sandwich, not Jersey Mike's. Today my sister and I placed an online order for four cold sandwiches. The pickup time was 15 minutes after we placed the order, and we arrived at that scheduled time. As soon as we arrived we checked in with staff who told us they were still working on it. We then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes before asking if our order was ready, and in that time at least a dozen customers were served and two groups received and finished their food. After going up to ask if the order was ready, staff told us they were actively making it and it would be about 5 more minutes. It ended up taking another 10 minutes to finish the order despite the shop becoming less busy. Overall a huge waste of time and terrible customer service from the staff. read more

As a vegetarian, I think the cross-contamination is the worst, and I prefer "The Togo way": already sliced meat instead of the slicer. How would any vegetarian want meat in their sandwiches?! And sadly, that is what happens when the slicer slices cheese after the meat has been sliced on the already contaminated slicer. Also, in the making of the sandwich, I would prefer one person to make my sandwich instead of many hands that have touched meat, then handle my vegetarian sandwich. Duh! I recently started a new job very close to Jersey Mike's and decided to go in one day for lunch. There was a line but I chatted with several lovely people waiting. Once it got to my turn, I was very pleased with the person making my sandwich who accommodated all of my wishes (i.e., an obscene amount of banana peppers and a drip fest of red wine vinegar). I returned the following week and the same person was working the assembly line and remembered my preferences! I went back once more and nearly the whole team knew my order by heart - especially the obscene amount of banana peppers I wanted. This was only my third visit! Everyone working at Jersey Mike's is extremely friendly, no matter how busy it might get I never felt rushed and the quality of their sandwiches is always consistent and delicious. Shout out to the whole Jersey Mike's team, and Raymond in particular, who was the friendly figure each visit I made and did a tremendous job making my sandwiches. I've become a regular in a short amount of time and feel very special to be recognized by people who are constantly dealing with customers and fulfilling who knows how many sandwiches a day. On Thursday the 5th I placed a mobile order for pickup at 12 noon to coincide with my lunch break. I arrived a noon to find 17 people in line for pickup and at least 8 more waiting to order! I asked how much longer for my order and I was told 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and then was told they gave away my order! They had a discussion about remaking the single sandwich order and then added the things I asked to be removed from the original sandwich. I asked for a manager and no one was available. I gave up. No sandwich and minus the money I spent on my order. This was only my second time ordering at this restaurant. I'm really disappointed. I will dispute the charge. It was my first day doing DoorDash and I showed my order name to the cashier and they went to the board of other orders and said it will be ready shortly . So I waited. 15 minutes went by then 5 minutes, I got the same response. Finally after 30 minutes I had to get a manager involved and that is when I was told it was misplaced and they had me tell them what the sandwich was and they had it done in 5 minutes, later. WRONG --the word "purchases" has many meanings, none of which are specified in the account. Since when are "purchases" treated differently if you purchase with points or whatever. Since once living on the east coast, we have been to many Jersey Mikes over the years. So far none have been as friendly & well run as this location. From the time we entered the door each of the employees welcomed us warmly. One of the owners, Jonathan not only made our sandwiches superbly, but also walked around the restaurant talking & greeting everyone there. The place was clean, we had a great conversation with Jonathan, a great meal and will definitely be back. My only & I mean only complaint is that they don't have ketchup!
