When I want a good sandwich I go to this location. Everything i get quality service and quality food. They happened to be short staffed this day, but the 2 guys still killed it. I really wish they offered a mix-and-match option because the menu is packed with so many tempting choices. The cheesesteak BLT was a total flavor bomb with a perfect meat ratio and crispy bacon (ask for it that way). The Capastrami loaded with meat hit the spot for my pastrami craving, though it could use a touch more Russian dressing. The Housemade Turkey was fresh, simple and always a winner. Soft, fluffy bread tied everything together beautifully. I was so sad they were out of the loaded fries -- hoping to try those soon! First time being here and the place was pretty empty, lots of traffic Rog people once we were waiting for our order. Staff was nice and they were busy with call in orders and catering orders. Place is clean and open with lots of dining tables. I enjoyed my Hot Bobbie And fries. Fries were super hit and crispy.... They did have an issue with the oil so it took a bit longer to get but worth it .... I'd come back and try another sandwich. My hubby had the cheesesteak and he said he liked it... My husband is incredibly picky about sandwich shops, and this is his favorite in town. He always gets a big meatball sandwich, and he's always happy with it. The meatballs are huge! My favorite menu item is the balsamic chicken salad. It tastes so fresh and healthy, and the salad dressing comes in an appropriately large container. The glazed cranberry walnuts and gorgonzola cheese crumbles are to die for. I'm not usually in a bread mood, but the Bobbie turkey and cranberry sauce sandwich is a must-try at least once. My American Wagyu Cheesesteak was tasty - when I got it. We waited at least 20 minutes for our orders, and they forgot to make my sandwich. The Wagyu beef was a good choice--better than the usual beefsteak, and the bread was good. Note to owners: Hire more people. My favorite go to sandwich is the Bobbie. It's their take on the ultimate Thanksgiving meal all in a sandwich. Inside is shredded turkey, delicious stuffing, and cranberry sauce. You can get this sandwich either hot or cold but my preference would be to get it warm. Store is clean. Business offers dine in, take out, mobile order pick up and delivery. Get the perks and download the rewards app. Earn points and get discounts! It's worth it. Downside about the franchise is the staff. It seems like every store I go to, the staff come off as unfriendly or doesn't make eye contact. It comes off as unwelcoming. read more

I had ordered a CAP'S Chopped Italian with Balsamic vinaigrette dressing for delivery. This salad comes with Italian meats or so the descript says. When I received my order there where No Italian meats but there was a very small amount of Chicken. I also ordered balsamic vinaigrette dressing but instead received a red vinegar instead. This was the worst salad I have every had. I could not believe that an easy order as that could have been messed up so badly. Very disappointed! I will not order from them again. Actually we arrived 10 minutes before closing and this team was professional and welcoming even though quitting time was around the corner. We ordered, they prepared and presented the food quickly. So the food is amazing my mom even worked here before she passed always loved this place . I was here today and the cook on the grill was kinda rude. There was a co worker who takes the orders with longer hair nice gentleman. The guy taking orders was stocking stuff in the front by the cups. What would consider doing his job a customer walked in got to the counter the guy that takes orders was putting his supplies away when the grill guys says very loudly for customers and everyone to hear. "Where is (the guys who takes orders name I think it was Sam or Shane ) anyways the COOK asked where he's at and he was making his way to the customer and it must be nice just to do whatever you wanna do.... In my opinion, the guy takes the orders was doing his job and it was very unprofessional and rude for the COOK to say that and be rude enough to the coworker for customers to hear or even be that rude to your coworker in general. Dropped by Capriotti's to pick up a large Bobbie (slow roasted turkey topped with cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing and mayo). When I enter the sandwich shop, there were a couple of diners and one other customer waiting for his sandwich, so there was no wait, I headed straight to the cashier. The young man at the register was courteous and pleasant enough (unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt, so I don't know his name); the wait time for my sandwich wasn't very long either and when I picked it up from the counter, the sandwich was massive. When I got home and opened it up, the sandwich was pretty hefty but the content was mostly stuffing and was a little light on the actual roast turkey meat, it could've used a bit more cranberry sauce (but that's just my personal preference because I love cranberry sauce). I added a bit more mayo, mustard and some bleu cheese crumbles, and the sandwich tasted perfect! A large was too much sandwich for me to finish; so, I guess it's a good value since it's two meals in one and only costs $20. Cap's got the keys to my heart. That's because a greet sandwich is the secret combo to the lock I installed on it! Seriously. If you haven't had Capriotti's, you're missing out. Of all the national brands out there, I think they deliver the best. It starts with the bread, which for many locations is baked locally. It's an East coast style sun roll with a slightly chewy exterior and a pillowy soft inside that absorbs all the condiments perfectly. From there, the meat. I usually go for an Italian with the peppered ham, capiccola, and salami. My other fave is the pulled turkey, though I always find it dry. My solution is to get extra Mayo and make it more like a turkey salad to add moisture back. On this last visit I discovered the Cole turkey, which solved the problem by adding coleslaw. It was also delicious, but I think I prefer my solution better. Then it comes down to the condiments. They've got all the expected stuff and it's cut fresh daily for maximum deliciousness. But where Cap's excels is in their Pepper offerings. Italian style sweet pickled peppers and Italian hot pepper relish are on their list of toppings and I can't put enough extras in front of how many I want every time I visit. They are just the perfect pop of flavor on any sandwich! There are a lot of reasons to love a Cap's sandwich. These are a few of mine. What are yours? read more

I commonly order over the phone and pick up these delicious sandwiches skipping the line. I often will order and provide a collection time for staff who always hits the bullseye with pickup times 30-45 minutes out. Customer service here is a top priority with employees and they have great pride in their work. Staff always makes our grilled Italian sandwich's with extra crispy meats on request. This is a clean and well kept location, I highly recommend if you down near the Reno Costco you hit this Caps up for some yummy sandwiches. read more

Bravo, Ken. Add another encore, Sunday night Ken fed the entire Labour & Delivery department at Saint Mary's. This time with very little advance notice. We already eat there during pandemic. We love it. Now we're clueing our friends in on these great soups and sandwiches. Holy crap are these sandwiches good. Admittedly I haven't had more than two types of turkey sandwich but they taste like a good thanksgiving turkey put into some of the best bread you've ever had. My kids are finicky as all getup about any sandwich that has anything other than cheese in it, they got turkey and cheese kid's sandwiches and each ate a whole sandwich. That's kind of amazing if you know the bird eaters that are my kids. Service was fast and friendly, the sandwiches were ready much faster than the estimated time (thank goodness we got there early). I got the Bobbie, which might be my favorite sandwich from any chain. The Balsamic Chicken Salad was probably the best salad I've ever had from a sandwich chain, not that that's saying much. Made to order - the beef was sliced thin and very tender - with melty cheese, mayo on a fresh, soft roll. Needed to waste some time while waiting for Costco to rotate my tires and I was feeling a bit hungry so I decided to give this place a try. The place had good ambiance, was very clean, and I was greeted as I entered the store. Nice introduction to their store. I ordered the American Waygu Roast Beef sandwich with everything on it. I got the small size (8") and it was almost more than I could eat. The bread tasted fresh, the tomatoes were fair (not unexpected), the meat though was okay, not great. When you brag about American Waygu, you expect it to be way better than normal roast beef and frankly, it was a little better, not by much. They did get the sandwich out quickly, which is definitely a plus. Will I go back, definitely, but I'm going to try some other menu options. read more
