I love Jersey Mikes! I also love that they carry Tasty Kakes! If you're from the East Coast then you know how good these little cakes are, and how hard they are to find out here in California! I stopped by last night because I really wanted a TastyKake! When I went in, they only had the coconut ones. So the Manager, Evan, gladly offered to go into the back and their freezer to see if they had any other selection. Although they didn't have any other selection of the Tasty Kakes, he offered a brownie or cookie, or any other item they did have to satisfy my sweet tooth! Normally I love this place, today I went and I felt like I was rushed and wasn't heard. The girl wasn't talking loud enough so I missed everything she said. Tried repeating what was said but still couldn't hear her. The bread was not fresh. Some how I ended up with no lettuce. Over all my sandwich wasn't as good as it normally is. So I was disappointed. Caution, $wallet$ exit ahead! Ordered 2 large pastrami's with "double meat". Unbeknownst to me (and not being informed by the preparer) there is a HUGE difference between "extra meat" and "double meat". The bill for TWO large pastrami's was over $49! You read that right ... TWO was OVER $49! On top of that, the pastrami wasn't even good. Truthfully, it was actually terrible tasting ... Save your time and money and go to The Hat if you want pastrami. I was very skeptical of coming to this place because of how pricey the subs are but I'm sorry if I had to pick between this place and subway hands down I would pick jersey mikes. It is higher quality food and you do pay for what you get and if you join their shore club if you accumulate enough points you can get a free sub which is also a plus. read more

I came here on a Sunday around 11:00 because another sandwich shop had their hours listed incorrectly on their website, and I was out 7 sandwiches for a picnic. Everyone was super pleasant and they formed this assembly line to make all of the sandwiches exactly to order. We always order on my app for this location and it's always ready on time and perfect . On Halloween we ordered sandwiches and there was a mistake on all of them which is HIGHLY unusual for here . I called to let them know even though I hated to call and complain I thought I needed to because it's just not like this location to be anything but perfect . I will NEVER spend another penny at your establishment! Went there tonight for a fundraising event. First, I was never even greeted when I came in. As I'm waiting in line, the woman in front of me was ordering several sandwiches and was very indecisive. No other employee offered to take my order since she was holding up the line. The woman in front of me turned around and apologized for taking so long. She then turned back to the employee helping her, said something smartass about me to him...and the employee then looked DIRECTLY at me and even MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME, as he proceeded to entertain the woman's smartass comment and laugh at me with her. Used to work for the Jersey Mikes in Laguna Woods years ago and always enjoyed their sandwiches. Moved to San Bernardino where there weren't any so hadn't touched them for a while and forgot about them. Randomly ate at a location in Las Vegas about a month ago and remembered how awesome it was, and have been craving it ever since. Luckily for me there is one less than 10 minutes from my house that I didn't know about, and have eaten there a handful of times since. Some of the staff is very nice, other's seemed less than interested in showing off their customer service, but the sandwiches have still been sooooo gooood. I get the veggie on wheat, mikes way, easy on the juice with avocado, chipotle mayo, pepper relish and jalapenos and it's so delicious and they make it perfectly at this location each time. I too can't understand why some people have rated this location so low, we've been coming to this establishment since the grand opening and I have to say they exceed our expectations every time, we are always greeted as we enter, the employees are very polite and so helpful, not to mention the menu has a little something to cater to everyone. I've tried the #7 and #9 and they are both exceptionally good. The menu offers 3 different sizes depending on your appetite. If your looking for a fresh sub and great customer service this is the place to go, if you don't like simplicity and/or you don't have the patients to wait for your meal there's a subway down the street. read more

Arrived to this location on a Friday night around 6 or 7pm and there was no bread! What kind of sandwich joint doesn't have bread? The ETA was for the bread was around 40 minutes. Another sandwich place...I went to Jersey Mike's for the first time on Tuesday 2/2. First impression, not good. The employee's were talking fast and when I told the staff this was my first time they weren't helpful. The staff weren't rude, just not very helpful. I couldn't understand them when they talked because it was so fast. So I placed my order and I was also ordering for my uncle who said get it Mike's way (or something like that) then the sandwich itself. The meat behind the cabinet didn't look very appetizing but looks can be deceiving. I ordered the chicken philly and it wasn't tasteful to me. There was no mayo, mustard just no flavor at all. In a word - AWESOME! I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before so when this one opened near our home I asked friends about their experiences with other locations. I got mixed reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect but wanted to try them out for myself. Our family went on a Saturday night and the place had some customers but wasn't packed. The staff helped us right away, and were incredibly friendly but did seem a little unorganized and confused (not sure what items were to added to which sandwich, not giving us all our sandwiches at first, almost missing meats from sandwiches, bumping into each other - it was almost Three Stooges-like). We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 Italians and 1 Grilled Pastrami Reuben. The Mister LOVED his Italian. I really, really liked my Italian. There was something just a little too salty about it and not enough dressing. It was like they teased you with the dressing, you could slightly taste it, but not really savor it. Our son did not like his Pastrami Reuben. He's a pastrami fanatic and even if a sandwich isn't really well made, he still pretty much likes it - not this time. I thought it might have been the thousand island dressing but he said no, we didn't get sauerkraut so it couldn't have been that, so I'm not sure exactly what was wrong with it, he just didn't like it and said it tasted nothing like pastrami. What really made these sandwiches good was the bread. OH THE BREAD!!! Absolute perfection!! So good that we went back 2 days later, first thing in the morning to get lunch sandwiches... at 10AM! This time I got the Jersey Favorite which was basically the Italian without the salami and pepperoni and asked for extra dressing. SO MUCH BETTER! It wasn't salty, the dressing drenched the inside but didn't create a soggy sandwich, and the bread was still so, so amazing. Half of the Misters sandwich was saved for nearly 12 hours when he got back home from work and it STILL wasn't soggy - that's a good bread!! This time I noticed that even though it was first thing in the morning, we were literally the very first customers in the door, the tub of lettuce they had just opened for the day looked like it had been cut 3 days prior and left in the fridge. Brown edges on every piece of lettuce. Displeasing to the eye, but didn't really take away from the flavor (could have been all that extra dressing). It is a little pricey if you're used to Subway prices - but if that's the case, you're also used to Subway's lack of quality, and in that case - Mike's blows them away, making it WORTH the extra few bucks. So far, Jersey Mike's gets a good solid 4 star from us! Fresher lettuce and a little more organization might even bump them up another star! read more

Went today for the first time with my sister and it was the worst sevice I've ever had they not even ask me what I wanted on my sub and i even told them i wanted wheat bread and they gave me white. The worse part is i paid up front because there was a big line so i could give space and when i got my sub the girl still got the nerve to ask me if i paid WTF. Sorry to say this but i aint coming back for sure i should have gone to SUBWAY better since they are more fresh. Cant wait to poop out this Jersey Mikes crappy sub. read more

I live pretty far from this location ...I just was passing by to grab a bite to eat ...I WAS SO IMPRESSED !!! I walked in with a group of 10 people with me and they handled the crowd so well. It was quick and the workers were so efficient and gracious to hand out our food and accommodate the large group we had . None of the orders got confused, it just flowed and the quality of the food was still spot on! I specifically asked for the name of the cashier because of how sweet and kind she was to accommodate me . I hope I spelled it right ,Shanayea . Even when she had a crowd of people ordering when I asked for hot sauce and more peppers she gladly made sure I got them in a timely manner so I wasn't standing there waiting forever while my sandwich was getting cold . Decided to go to Jersey Mikes after walking in to Chipotle and realizing there were at least 20-25 people waiting in line. There were 2 people in line ahead of us at Jersey Mikes...there were at least 5 people behind the counter. One girl took your order and one guy was attempting to make the sandwiches. The guy making the sandwiches seemed annoyed if he had to repeat himself or explain anything...but it was difficult to talk to the employees because they were busy talking amongst themselves (about accidentally elbowing each other). We should have left when we observed how the first person in line was having difficulty to get his sandwich (he repeated himself a few times and yet was still ignored). We finally received our sandwiches and left. We decided we would not be returning to this location! It needs to be kept cleaner and the staff should be attentive to the customers instead of each other! read more
