Quick service. Very friendly staff. Over all the restaurant is very clean and the staff if very attentive.

Very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's on 06/03/26 at approximately 8:42 PM (Ticket #01-001514-01-271454). The customer service was poor from the start. One of the employees, whose name appeared to be Melanie, had a rude and dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. When I asked for my sandwich to be made Mike's Way, I was met with visible frustration and made to feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. What concerned me most was the food handling. While preparing my sandwich, the employee was repeatedly using a rag to wipe down counters and equipment and then continuing to handle food. Observing this made me uncomfortable with the sanitation practices being followed during preparation. I ordered a regular #9 with bacon and paid an additional $3.50 for extra meat. The extra meat portion appeared to consist of only a few thin slices of pepperoni, which did not justify the additional charge. The bacon portion was also extremely limited and consisted mostly of small crumb-like pieces rather than actual strips. The toppings were just as disappointing. I asked for banana peppers and received only two small pieces. I also requested the sandwich Mike's Way, but there was barely any oil and vinegar added. Overall, the sandwich appeared to be prepared with the minimum amount of ingredients possible despite the additional charges. Because of the food handling practices I observed during preparation, I did not feel comfortable eating the sandwich and ultimately chose not to eat it. Between the poor customer service, concerning sanitation practices, skimpy portions, and extra charges that did not match what was provided, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I hope management reviews the transaction and addresses both the customer service and food preparation standards at this location. read more

I wanted to stop by and grab a salad for a late night dinner and decided not to after watching a worker's interaction with a customer. I didn't witness the beginning of the situation, but at the end when the customer was paying, she was thrown her change. My review here is based off two separate days of ordering their sandwiches. Initially, their food and service was ok. (I placed my orders online) Unfortunately, the 2nd time around the service was indeed very poor and I fell ill (Hot pastrami sandwich). There were 2 women and 1 male employees on the second day. Unfortunately, one of the woman was very rude both to myself and other customers and she may have been the manager mentioned in other reviews. Absolutely worst customer service. I ordered online. I am severely allergic to gluten on the app. It clearly states any sub can be made as a wrap. I also put it in special instructions. They did not communicate that they did not use lettuce at that location when I showed up, I offered to pay for the upgrade of the bread to gluten-free since I was informed they do not do wraps. She told me I would have to pay for a whole sandwich. Then I explained to her she could care less when I opened my sandwich, there was an eyelash in there absolutely disgusted. We stopped by here for some dinner before our movie. This was easy and quick. We only tried Jersey Mike's once before, at an airport, in New York. That was not good. But usually, airport places are not great. I order the Big Kahuna. They grilled it. It took a few minutes, not too long of a wait. It tasted good. They didn't over cook the meat. I've been to several different locations and this one always comes thru with the best subs. I recently rolled thru on a Wednesday night and the place was clean. It was close to closing time and the lady was nice while making and taking orders by herself. I got the last sub as they ran out of bread and that sub was great so I had to let it be known. The club supreme, steak cheesesteak, and the big kahuna are my go to subs. Add pepper relish to every sub and you will not be disappointed. Good quality meat and well made subs make this one of the better spots around town for your sub cravings. read more

I was at Delta Shores for an appointment, but arrived a bit early and Jersey Mike's was one of the few businesses open, so I thought I'd pick up lunch for my husband and I. The staff seemed surprised when I came in (around 10:30am) but greeted me. I think I'm a morning person so I may have been a bit too chipper and chatty. The staff was all business as they started constructing my sandwiches. You can tell they're about speed and efficiency. Before I even paid they had the next customer's order done, so pretty quick! For two regular sandwiches I paid $28.26 including a 20% tip, so about $23.55 before tip. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwiches were a good size. I love the California Club Sub on rosemary parmesan, it's amazing. I order the same thing every time, and they never disappoint. Sometimes, I can't find that option on the mobile app, so when I ask in person, the staff are happy to make it for me. Depending on what day and time you go, the crowds can very much, so it may be hard to get a table inside to eat. read more

Really disappointed. Ordered a Ham and Swiss cheese. They slices 3 pieces of cheese and 3 slices of ham. These are VERY THIN and small square slices. I get they are placing them on the sandwich all crumpled to give the sandwich more volume but once it is wrapped it is essentially a VERY THIN pancake. This is embarrassing for the $15 price tag. Literally could NOT taste any meat. Wish I could get my 15 minutes of life back by walking in that store. Thankfully it will be my last visit ever, hooray! read more

The service is hit or miss depending on the employee. I've been going here for a couple years and most of the workers are lazy and have poor attitudes. I asked how many points I needed for a free sub, the man told be one - hundred sixty something, however, I was sure it was 144, which is exactly what I had and later looked it up and it is indeed 144. He likely told me a higher number after seeing my points out of his own laziness of not wanting to make a sandwich despite it being over two hours prior to closing time. Additionally, some workers don't greet you at all, evidently behave as though you're a bother as they employ a very rushed behavior when asking and answer questions, they turn off the grill over a half hour to close time, are constantly out of wheat bread, and allow laziness to persist in their employees. The service is overall severely subpar and atrociously unfriendly. I've never experienced such routine unwelcoming and inconsiderate customer service from what is seemingly intended to be a professional business. Out the two years I've been coming here, I've encountered only about 2 - 3 kind, welcoming, and considerate employees. I'd highly recommend providing business elsewhere at an alternative location if on a reasonable distance consequent of both the inadequate service and supply at this one. It's a bit pricey, but I like that all the meats are sliced to order, and the sandwich was loaded. Restaurant tables were dirty, and no one seemed to care. I called them as soon I opened the bag and found out my order was wrong. The lady who picked up the phone told me that they were closing and I needed to take the sandwich back to them the next day for an exchange. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. She didn't even offer any future credit, and she continued to tell me that I needed to save the sandwich and take it back for exchange. What a well oiled in synch weekend lunch crew. It was packed...but the line moved super quick. Great staff, knowledgeable, and service with a smile. This location looks just like the other franchises around town. You stand in line to order. The menu board was located above the counter in an easy to read font size and type. I appreciate that. A person freshly slices the meats and cheeses depending on what you order. They will ask you to choose a bread. Another person will assemble the sandwich and put on the fixings to your specifications. They will ask if you want it Mike's way, which means onions, lettuce, tomato, spices, oil, and vinegar. If not, tell them how you want yours made. The fixings are so darn fresh. There is a rack filled with a variety of bagged chips andTasty Kales against the counter. So grab what you want and pay the cashier. Normally I count on Jersey Mikes. Lesson learned. First, and I kinda own this mistake, I opened the app and started a new order. I'm visiting Sacramento and thought the app would direct me to the closest Jersey Mikes location. Big mistake. I placed and paid for my order then to discover 23 miles away! Started on my way. Apple Maps took me to the wrong place. Finally got there with no pickup parking. Went in, unacknowledged, to pickup my order that was poorly made and made with the wrong bead. Such a let down for Jersey Mikes normal performance. The women behind the counter were not speaking English. Some of this was not Jersey Mikes fault, some of it was mine. What a bummer. I came here 4 weeks ago and the guy who made my sandwich was a rockstar. Was looking forward to getting a larger sandwich to share with my wife. The girl who made my sandwich was the opposite of the guy who helped me. She had an earbud in and was on the phone. This caused her to not hear me ask for a giant sandwich. She started making me a regular. I corrected her and as she was making the new sandwich I saw her using a lot less meat than usual. Im not usually the time to ask for more but the sandwich isn't cheap and she was giving me half the usual amount. I asked her if she could add more meat. She said it would be extra and I agreed thinking she would make me whole and then the extra amount. Nope. I paid $6 more so I could get the regular amount. Really disappointed since I was looking forward to the sandwich after my last visit. But I could go to Nugget to get a sandwich cheaper and the staff is consistently amazing. Jersey Mike's did not disappoint! I was greeted by a staff member and she was very friendly. She and another staff member were wearing masks. For someone who has never been to Jersey Mike's before, the menu can be intimidating because there are so many sandwich options, bread options, and sizes. I looked at the menu ahead of time and knew what I wanted, and ended getting the regular sized original Italian with rosemary Parmesan bread. The bread wasn't toasted, but seemed very fresh. They give a generous portion of sliced meats, and I really enjoyed the pepperoni. Last time I reviewed a different sub and noted the sandwich to be salty. I was pleasantly surprised that this sandwich was not salty, especially with all the deli meats. I really liked how the meats and cheese were cut so thinly, because it provided a better texture for the sandwich overall. They also cut the meats for my order, so it was extra fresh that way, and it wasn't pre-cut and lying around in the fridge for a while. The amount shredded lettuce was also generous and gave good texture. I highly recommend getting your sandwich "Mike's way" and if I remember correctly, it comes with sliced onion, oil, salt and pepper. It makes the sandwich moist and so much better! Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program because you get a coupon for a free regular sized sub and 22 oz soda on your birthday. You have 1 year to redeem your sandwich, so unlike other places that offer birthday deals, you can take your time to enjoy your sandwich whenever! I have been wanting to try this place for a while. We had got out of the movies and was hungry. All the signs we off and we thought it was closed (I think they wanted to leave early) because when we went in almost everything was put away and the grills were clean. Besides that I ordered a #8 Mike's style and it was really good, better then expected. I felt the size was average and a little pricey, but the sandwich's were good. We did feel a little rushed when looking to order and the family in front of us was rushed also. They still had 30 mins before closing. We will be back to try more sandwiches when they are not getting ready to close. My kids lives there kids sandwich, which was a kids salami and cheese. read more

I'm not a very happy camper. I stopped last night after the Official Yelp Event: Hoppin' Holidays as this was on my way home from Woodland. I ordered a simple ham and cheese, the #3 American Classic. As the guy was building the sandwich he said something like "you know we always recommend you get it Mike's style with bah, bah, bah, and more bah. Whatever..... Just make it as I ordered it please. Does anyone really give a shit what "Mike" recommends anyway? I get home and unwrap it and it looks pretty good. I grab a beer and some chips and sit down to feast on it. I take a bite and then another.... I know I can see ham on the sub, but why can't I taste it? I don't know where you find flavorless ham? But Mike sure found it and he made me a sub with it. Now I know why the guy building my sandwich wanted to load it with stuff. That way it would have a little flavor! Then I bite into something really hard. WTF? Love their sandwiches but I wish they had red onions !! It would really bring it all together so nicely. The workers emit a weird vibe most of the time and last time I was there they were moving super slow and i was late to work because of it. I had 15 minutes to spare to get food and it took them nearly 20 minutes to make a three topping sandwich. To be fair it was slightly busy but i also felt as if they could've moved faster. I'm giving four stars just because of how good the food tastes but the employees could use some feedback about giving off better vibes. read more

I love Jersey Mike's, but this brand new store in Delta Shores has unexperienced staff. I would have thought they would have brought manager and seasoned staff to launch this store. It was clear by my order that they were slow and unsure of what they were doing. I could also tell that they didn't know what they were doing when it said Mike's Way because I got too much oil and too much vinegar making my sandwich soggy. I realize they are new and it will take time to get into the groove but I really think management should have stepped in for some store launch leadership. read more

I like sandwiches and I like Jersey Mike's. I've tried many locations and the sandwiches are great. I like the #7, which is the turkey and cheese. Getting it Mike's way adds lettuce, tomato, onions, oil & vinegar with a sprinkling of spices (oregano?). It's good and the ingredients are fresh. I am giving one less star than I think the chain deserves due to this particular location. not being very hygienic when it comes to good handling. Employees should not be touching their masks or their face and then making food without washing their hands and/or gloves. I never could understand when people who work in food industries think gloves are for protecting their hands from stuff. That doesn't mean you can handle food, money and cash register, then go back to handling food again. I haven't taken any food safety classes or anything but isn't something like that covered anywhere? Anyway, this location is the closest to me so I'm really bummed out that they don't seem to fully grasp the gloves and hygiene concept because I think their sandwiches are better than any other competitor. read more
