This place is truly a hidden gem. I live right down the street and decided to be spontaneous and try them out. I was pleasantly surprised because they not only offer fast service but they have tons of options and serve some of the most delicious breakfast sandwiches and bagels that I've ever had. A massively underrated bagel spot here in Sacramento. The staff were great and inside looks what you'd expect at a sandwich shop. They do have a fantastic breakfast and lunch menu. This was my first time so quite honestly I was a bit nervous with the menu having so many options, it's a bit overwhelming. They offer a variety of beverages aside from bagels. Walking in, it's a very open area and not much of seating establishment. I went with my old reliable and decided to try their egg white, bacon n cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. The service was very quick once I ordered, not much of a greeting at the register but that was okay. The bagel was $9 and honestly it was delicious, the bread is very fluffy at each bite. I came in for a quick bite before work. The food was good. The service was ok. There were three people working that I could see. I wasn't immediately greeted, but that's ok, I didn't know what I wanted. Once I knew, I waited several minutes before being acknowledged again. They have a few tables inside, but there are signs saying food is for takeout only. My biggest issue was when I was walking back to my car which was parked in front of the building a couple of stalls away, several unhoused individuals started asking me for money, one even started walking quickly to my car to get my attention as I was getting in, then followed another lady as she was walking into Starbucks next door. They also have house-made cream cheeses that are bomb! We ordered an Asiago Bagel with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese, and a Whole Wheat Bagel with Butter. I have lived in natomas my whole life and moved across the street recently (a year ago). I just found out about this place and now i cant stop going! This place is always busy and orders are coming in. The texture of the bagels is so fluffy and soft! The sandwiches are so good and the bagels themselves with their custom cream cheese is good. I paid about $8 and some change for 2 bagels and cream cheese, very affordable! They even sell their bagels from the previous day on a rack on the side. They have drinks and other goodies there! We went Friday morning at around 9 am, there was no line. But it got really busy shortly after. The way it works is they take your order, they begin preparing it, you pay on the opposite side of the counter and they give you your order if it's ready, or you wait. I usually never write reviews, but I had to just for this shop. Genuinely, best bagels I've tried in Sacramento. I live in south sac and I still make the 30 minute drive weekly (it really is that good). Not only is it good food, the prices are super fair and I don't feel scammed like I do with other bagel shops in downtown sac. Wonderful owners as well, on multiple occasions I've witnessed the owners come outside and hand out free bagels to the homeless. Good genuine souls. I love this place! I have recently rediscovered it when my craving for bagels returned with a vengeance and I have to say their jalapeño cheddar bagel is great! My absolute favorite is the one at bagel street in Danville but this is a great option while in Sacramento! We also love their honey walnut cream cheese! It has chunky, generous amounts of walnuts and just a hint of sweetness. The last times I ordered I also received true baker's dozens (13 bagels) and they all arrived fresh and well-packaged. And then the amount of spread on bagels is never consistent. I resorted to buying just the bagel by itself and a container of spread. Some days they toast it and some days they don't. I tend to not write reviews besides when something has left an impression on me and this place has. In a good way. I'm a pretty busy person so I order take out more than I would like to admit, and this place is one of my favorites for breakfast. I usually get one of their vietnamese coffees and one of their breakfast items. The vietnamese coffee is the perfect combo of strength and sweetness plus they offer an iced and blended versions. Both are great and I would highly recommend them. I will also grab their bagel sandwhiches, bagels and plain cream cheese, maybe on of those bagel hotdog things. All great in quality, taste, and texture. Also the packaging for the drinks is great for take out and keeps things clean. Which I appreciate. Some of the items do run a little pricier than average but its not ridiculously priced. My only other drawback would be that whoever handles the take out orders, their cologne get stuck on the orders. It can be a bit overwhelming when the drink smells like some guys cologn. So besides being a little pricier and the cologne thing I would've given this restaurant a perfect 5/5 stars, for takeout at least. Never been here in person. read more

I am a DoorDash and Uber eats delivery driver I've picked up several orders from this establishment over the years and each time there has been a line of customers. I have always wanted to try them but never wanted to wait in the line. Today I decided to go right when they open at 6 am. I was sooo impressed with the service and food. I went in for one bagel and one cream cheese and left with 5 bagels and 3 different cream cheeses. My fiance and I decided to try each one and rate them. My fiancé was also super impressed with the bagels and he is a hard sell. Asiago cheese bagel with eggs sausage and cheese: again perfectly fluffy bagel. The bagel was the star. Added some hot sauce and it perfected this. Service was very fast for how many people came and went. There was indeed a line but it went quickly. It's a cute little place but just a warning this seems more like a grab and go not a sit down type of place. Parking was easy as it's attached to a big lot. This is exactly the type of place that makes me LOVE Yelp. Finding these little jewels, Mom and Pop style stores that have something unexpected and unique. I mean you have Main Street Bagel Cafe just next door to a Starbucks and because I saw all these great reviews I was able to find this spot! I was so excited to try my first Vietnamese coffee. It had a strong coffee flavor but was creamy and sweet but not overly so. I always let my teenagers try my food, even a sip off coffee so they can try new things. They usually don't like my iced coffees but this one was an exception! He really enjoyed the flavor. He has great taste. Some cool menu items I didn't expect to see such as an asparagus breakfast sandwich and bagel dog. You ain't getting that next door from the green cups, haha. They have a ton of bagel flavors of course and just as many options for house made cream cheese flavors. I grabbed a small veggie cream cheese for the next day and a grilled chicken club bagel sandwich to go with my drink. It was great. I love this bagel spot. It's in the plaza with Bel Air and while the parking lot is always busy there are also plenty of places to find a spot. They have plenty of bagel options available as well as breakfast and specialty sandwiches that you can order. You can also get sandwiches on a croissant. My favorite is the lox bagel on an everything bagel. It has a good amount of toppings on it without being hard to eat/hold. My husband usually gets different bagels with just cream cheese and all the bagels he's tried have been tasty and they put a good amount of cream cheese on their bagels. They also have drinks and milk tea available. I loved the coconut milk tea the last time we visited and their Vietnamese coffee drinks are perfect in the morning. It gets busy here, but the staff is able to move through the line pretty quickly and they're friendly even when it is busy. The food is okay, however I will not be returning here due to the service. I have placed an online order 3 separate occasions. Every time I arrive to the store I'm not sure where to wait because they do not have signs for mobile pick up. I stand near the counter waiting patiently, as I watch the workers help others, and ignore me. Today I actually watched a man who works there, help someone, make eye contact with me and walk to the back. I simply just wanted to pick up my order that was ready. I could literally see my order.
