Jersey Mike's is always a winner! Delicious subs have finally come to my neighborhood. Today's order is the Big Kahuna, a cheesesteak with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and extra white American cheese. Can't go wrong with this hot sandwich right off the grill. Add one of their chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, Tasty Cakes and plenty of Lays and Miss Vicky's to boot. Fountain and bottled drinks. Service is always quick and with a smile. Eversince Jersey Mike's Subs opened, there was an alternative to the McDs, Wendy's around the same area. It is our go-to for tuna sandwiches. I buy the tuna regularly and can pre-order when I leave work and pick it up at the right time so it's not just in the bag waiting on me to pick it up. We order the tuna sandwich by separating the tuna in a bowl with the same condiments etc and a separate the Rosemary Parmesan bread. If you know my partner he sticks to what he likes. He prefers this tuna because it doesn't have some of the dill he can taste on the deli tuna salads from the supermarket. He loves the Parmesan bread. We order the regular size and then he probably will only eat half of it. The advantage of having it separate is to heat the bread when I get home and make a warm toasted bread with the tuna salad in it. I sometimes get my mini sandwiches like a California sub, Mike's Italian or Mike's Jersey Shore sub. I can prepare meals at home so I don't really need to order it but if I am lazy, I get the mini sandwiches, quick dinner meal. The service is fine, they recognize me with my request and if you do everything on the app, you get credit pts and accumulate enough and you get a free regular or even in time a free giant. They also have various offers on their app or they send mailers out once in a while like buy 1 sub get another free. I like this place since I stopped going to the other place. Overall, space is minimal, service is fine and you set when you pick up your order. By the way if you are from New Jersey, I am sure you remember Tasty Kakes, they carry those as desserts. read more

Just fresh from me getting a filling at the dentist, my wife and I arrived at Jersey Mike's about 5:00pm on Wed November 12, 2025. Dee (short for D'Mangian, spelling unsure) served us. Super friendly, in a great happy mood, Dee really made an impression. We asked for a Large Turkey & Provelone on Rosemary Parmesan. We asked to have it cut in half; my wife would eat hers there, and I had to wait an hour after my dental filling. Dee engaged us on friendly conversation as he worked. We talked about my dental visit. Without being asked, he wrapped mine separately. He asked Wendy if she wanted "the half cut in half" Then he asked "Do you like cookies?" Wendy quipped "Yes. That's why he needed the dentist" Dee surprised us with two free cookies. This Jersey Mikes is top notch. I've come in a few times, and the staff has always been accommodating to my picky requests, and while being friendly. Today I went in and ordered 2 Cali Clubs, and they were so delicious! The location is perfect, they have a decent sized parking lot which is convenient, and the owner Thomas gives top notch service along with the manager Destiny, and the rest of the crew. This is definitely where I am coming for my sandwich cravings! Make sure to get Mike's Way extra juice, the messier, the better. It's the best and only way to get these subs! read more

I had a good turkey on provolone on wheat from this new Jersey Mike's in North Park. They put a good amount of sliced turkey in the sandwich, but more cheese would certainly be welcomed. I had it Mike's way. All the ingredients were fresh. I asked for pickles, too, and they put plenty inside the sandwich. The wheat bread was better than I had before. It usually suffered dryness, but this time, it was soft and moist. It's the difference between a three star and four star in this review. The service was friendly enough. This location has a small parking lot behind the building access through 30th Street. There's no outside seating at this location. read more

Really friendly service - the folks behind the counter welcomed us as soon as we entered. That's a nice touch that I haven't seen at other Jersey Mike's - those are more 'New Jersey' friendly. Mike's subs are really consistent no matter what store you go to. It's really about the speed of the line. Again - awesome job - there were a few folks behind us. Usually this location does a fine job, but today I'd beg to differ. I understand a tuna sandwich is messy, but it doesn't help when they drench it in oil and vinegar then proceed to wrap it with so much aggression that the sandwich basically becomes mush. I guess next time I need to tell them light oil and vinegar. But also the way he wrapped it was not with care. There is juices all over the paper and it's everywhere. "Big box" sandwich shops are not my go-to, but when I do, I go to Jersey Mike's - this one in particular due to the convenience of the location. I think I have a soft spot for JM's because my dad loved it so much. Much like him I love the Italian, Mike's Way, and add a bit more olive oil when dressing that thing. Sure, the sandwich price is a bit higher than the chain named after a dirty train, but the difference in quality more than justifies the price. I've never met a bad employee at JM's and it seems like folks genuinely enjoy working there and making sandwiches. Much like any job, the more you care, the better the product. I love Jersey Mike's, however, this is the worst one I have ever been to. It's always something, today it was the ONLY topping, extra cherry pepper relish, and they didn't put ANY on. This isn't the first time either. Other times I've ordered online and they don't start making it until I'm there, long after it should be done. And now I have to wait for them to finish with people that are ordering there. Other times they have run out of bread and lettuce. The WORST Jersey mikes. They are under staffed and stressed out. Every employee has a terrible attitude. Whenever I place an order for pick up, it's never ready when they say it will be. They forgot HALF of my order and also messed up what sandwiches they did make. I called and they said "hold on I'll get my manager" left me on hold for 20min and never came back. I love Jersey Mike's, specifically this location! Restaurant is clean inside, and the bathrooms are really nice and clean as well. Prices are fair, and the service is great too! All of the ingredients are sliced fresh, and make for incredible sandwiches. I typically order the Cali club sub, Mike's way, and it is the best sandwich on the menu in my opinion. We were thrilled to have this place added to the neighborhood and remain so after several visits. One of the managers is so efficient, quick and helpful. He clearly maintains an orderly staff to produce quick, correct service. We've only visited once when he wasn't there and the service remained friendly and quick. Welcome to North Park. So we have been to this new location 3 times since you opened. Everything was GREAT and we are so happy you are now in North Park. This time I decided to use the online App to order, My first time. I made super sure I did it correctly, when trying to check my order, I could not see it, When I placed my order, I could not check it. I had special options requested. So I just hope for the best and paid online. Walked in to pick up the order. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. I told them I wanted to check because I was unsure my online request went through. The order was unfortunately not correct. I thought about just keeping it, But the staff asked and I told the truth, without question they offered to remake the sandwich and let me keep the mistake sandwich. No question , no problem. The assistant manager at Jersey Mikes should be the manager someday. My order was switched with another order I had to drive back and get the correct order. With my order I had a heated item that I would have eaten had I not have to drive back to JM. It would have been cold and not up to par. The assistant manager made the correct sandwich then also made me the heated chicken sandwich. That was a great solution since he couldn't refund my money.
