Service just Okay... ordered to go with a few of my friends. Our first time at this location. Ordered online via their website and it was stated online that they open at 11:00am but when we submitted the order; it said they open at 11:30am that day and the order will be ready by 11:45 AM. Arrived and the food was still not ready; so waited a bit. We had the Wicked which consisted of five meats and three cheeses. You can choose three cheese, up to 20 toppings & condiments (great deal!) The food is mediocre, it did not taste great nor bad. Just okay. The price was decent but I would not return again. Pro: up to 20 topping and condiments, decent price for sandwiches. Cons: order took a while (it was not busy inside the shop) and weren't attentive

    Muffuletta

As far as sandwich chains in Cali go, this one is my favorite. The sandwich to get is the Muffuletta! The olive spread on it and the oil and vinegar just light Italian sandwich on fire. Absolutely love their hot peppers too. Bread was perfect, just an all around delicious grab. Their ordering system is the best. Grab a bag, check what you want and boom. Always comes out perfect. This location has a super friendly staff and it was very clean.

Bacon in my sandwich (did not ask for) extremely salty

UPDATE* Finally received my refund after a week of calling in and trying to reach the manager again. I'm glad I got my refund but very disappointed in this business overall service and what they put out. Still would not recommend spending your money here.

    Caprese with mushrooms & Fries
    Rosey A.

Overall good sandwich. Smaller than I expected, but taste was exactly what I was looking for. Fries could have used some more salt, but not too bad.

Wicked. The most expensive miniature sandwich in town.

Way over priced. WAY. You could get a subway foot long for half the price of a WW regular and it would be more full of ingredients and taste as good if not better. I got turkey, ham, bacon with lettuce, red onion, tomato, jalapeños, provolone, and more. I was shocked it's so tiny like the size of a Taco Bell bean burrito. Not sure I even got all the ingredients I don't know how they'd all fit in what I got. Pic shows half of it. I gave the 2nd star because it tasted decent but definitely my last time eating WW.

    The Wicked 5/5

What a difference a location makes! I was erroneous? thinking this sandwich chain was the same everywhere when I had only been to the one close to home. Big mistake. Night and day difference. I'll always come here instead now. I've been twice now and they crank out a consistently good product. I like the Wicked and the Caprese the most. Now, you might laugh, scoff, and dismiss the 5 stars for a "chain" sandwich shop. And think, this ain't right...It's ok. (I once had to ask an old timer when I worked at NASSCO why his hard hat said "DILLIGAF" under his name.. If YOU don't know, send me a message and I'll gladly tell you what it is.) Say what you will, but if they are doing everything right and to their potential- it is 5 stars. In their world, perfection. In other high end sandwich delis, maybe not but also not fair to compare the two. Just take the time to read a few of our own awesome manager's(Brad B.) reviews. He knows. Panda Express, Subway, Jack in the Box, etc. I review those places too!! Bottom line, the sandwiches are great with the customization that you check off on the bag with basically free unlimited toppings except for things like bacon and avocado. They even have an olive tapenade spread that is bombastic. Free. They get it right every time, and now I drive several miles out of the way when the craving hits!

Discovered Which Which a few years ago at their Carlsbad location. I was in the area around lunch time and was getting hungry. I remembered their process to create your sandwich your way. So in I went. There were a few customers ahead, but not crowded. Upon entering, there is a counter to the right where you can itemize your sandwich then proceed to the ordering counter. Select a bag with a basic sandwich and add whatever toppings and flavors you want from what they offer. Everything from basic lettuce and tomato to crunchy onions and olive spread. Lots of variety and flavors. Initially I didn't notice the sign for $5 Wicked Wednesday. But after hearing another customer mention it to his colleague, I jumped at the chance. It's a good deal as you can still top off the sandwich as you like it. When I first discovered Which Which, they offered bags of chips to add to you meal. They now serve fries. Had to try them. Meh... I think I'll stick to a bag of chips. While I enjoyed the dipping sauce, I could've done without paying almost the same price for the fries as my sammich. Nothing special, but good. Service was fast and friendly, but the tables weren't wiped down recently and it showed. Keep on Yelp'n!

Instead of simply saying they were unable to accommodate the request or offering another option, we were told to "go somewhere else," despite already spending the amount we did .
