Wanna have a good experience? ORDER ON THE Jersey Mike's Subs APP! Allow like 20-30 mins and BOOM! Your sandwich is made exactly how you want it, you go in, pick up your sandwich, go home and enjoy your delicious Sub! I always order the Club Sub, Mike's Way with Pepper Relish... SO DELICIOUS!

This location @jerseymikes refused to honor the $5 off your order, coupon, saying I needed to purchase a giant sub. No where does it state that on the coupon & Maria (employee) tells me it's a misprint & they are having problems with the magazine that advertised it on their front page. I also noticed in writing this review that the 5 star review written a month ago by Amandeep is the manager of this franchise. This was my fave location. I am so disappointed!!

Back at Jersey Mike's today. Been to this location a few times, time to review. If you read some of my recent reviews, I have been paying attention more to sodium in foods. Let me tell you there is a ton of sodium in everything we eat everyday, everywhere. If you are eating out or even at home, lots of sodium, we love our salt. I have been reading labels more and nutrition at various places when out, so good to try to watch what you can. This location like all Jersey Mike's, the service is fast, the staff is very friendly and always a good experience. The decor is the same as the others here, no surprise there. Today I decided to try a bowl and forgo the bread which can account for a large amount of sodium, although I love the rosemary Parmesan. The meats for the most part can have a lot of sodium as well and some cheeses, pickles, etc. I digress. As I said, I tried the bowl with Roast beef and Swiss as these are the lowest possible options for sodium content. With lettuce of course topped with tomato and onion. Seasoned with oregano and pepper, dressing vinegar and oil. In total should be under 500 mg of sodium, good protein and minimal fat, not bad for a sandwich shop. Although I lover the bread, having it in a bowl style was very good and I think I could get used to not having the bread, it was soo yummy! See my pics for the bowl and try one today. Enjoy!

Evidence of sub in a tub container leaking due to improper handling.

While the food is usually good, these people have no clue how to package their subs in a tub. I have no idea why they think it is okay to tilt these on end to place in the bag...hello people, when you do this the oil and vinegar leaks out into the bag. By the time you get home, you are lucky your food has not fallen through the bag. Now when you get home and set the bag down, you now have an oily mess on your counter to clean up. This has not only happened at this location but also the location on Tapo Canyon. They are probably owned by the same person. Will have to try LA Avenue next and see if the packaging is any better.

The Dutch crunch bread type was very interesting and a must try,if you have never had it. I had everything on it. Mustard, mayo lettuce, tomato, pickles. Not sure what else was in it other than avocado but it was amazing. Customer service was much to be desired and the dude with the long dirty blonde hair definitely needs some lessons with explaining kindly rather than just pointing at a sign. This dude shouldn't be at the front line taking orders, who knows how much business he's losing as a result of his public social skills. Placing an order. Speaking with this guy was a very unpleasant experience. The owner needs to record the interaction and reactions of the employees and customers to see what's going in. The food? Fantastic! Couldn't recommend a better place to order a sandwich from. Service not so much. Would have given at least a 4 ,but again customer service skills is lacking here. The sandwich maker with the brown short hair is really nice and pleasant to interact with. Maybe ted Nugent should watch how he interacts with the public. Update: Mgmnt got back really quick and remediated the issue with the employee and hopefully improves over time. Sometimes, that's all it takes to get the full 5* stars, thanks Steve!

I decided to go with The Lake show sandwich, cause I love the Lakers and I love salami. In addition to salami, the sandwich came with their bomb sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. The sandwich was served hot and it was absolutely delicious. With every bite I experienced so many flavor notes. It was savory, a little sour, vinegary and also a little sweet from the ripe veggies. The yummy salami was perfectly complemented by the other ingredients and each bite was perfect, especially with the sourdough bread that I chose for my sandwich. For salami lovers, The Lake Show sandwich is top notch and a must try! The customer service was solid and the spot is pretty casual and has some tables i side for dining in. Will come back again when in the area!

The pastrami burger and onion rings were the highlights for me. The onion rings were super crispy with a nice, light batter. The burger hit the spot too. Let's get one thing straight--The Hat isn't just good... it's the kind of place that makes every…read moreoverpriced, overhyped sandwich shop look completely ridiculous. I ordered the pastrami dip, and this is how it's supposed to be done. Not dry, not chewy, not some sad excuse for deli meat. This was juicy, tender, stacked high, and absolutely dripping with flavor. Every bite hits hard--rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. And the bread? Holds together like it actually wants to be part of the sandwich, not fall apart halfway through like a soggy mess. Now let's talk about the onion rings... because this is where they flex. You order a "large," and instead of some tiny portion pretending to be generous, they hand you a brown paper bag absolutely PACKED with crispy, golden onion rings. Not greasy, not limp--crunchy, hot, and seasoned properly. This is what a large is supposed to look like. Other places should be embarrassed. And the service? Fast, efficient, no nonsense. No attitude, no confusion, no standing around wondering what's going on. These people know exactly what they're doing. Orders come out quick, everything's hot, and the whole operation runs like a machine. That's how you handle volume without sacrificing quality--something a lot of places clearly can't figure out. No gimmicks. No trendy nonsense. No tiny portions dressed up to look fancy. Just big, bold, properly executed food that actually delivers on what it promises. Meanwhile, other spots are out here charging double for half the portion and calling it "premium." Stop it. This is the standard. Bottom line: If you want a real pastrami sandwich, real portions, and service that actually keeps up--go to The Hat. If not, go waste your money somewhere else. I'll be back. And next time, I'm getting another bag of those onion rings--because clearly, one isn't enough.

We called ahead to put our names in. Big location, lots of seating. It gets loud and busy. Easy parking in a lot out front. We were a group of 12 and they amazingly were ok with splitting up our bills per couple. My bf and I split Brent's #13 (pastrami) and the Italian sub. Both come with sides - we got potato salad, fries, and onion rings. The portions are massive. The pastrami was really good and there was a nice amount of pastrami in the sandwich. Pickles and coleslaw come in the sandwich too. I'd say it's probably not great to save it as leftovers as the bread will likely soak up the liquid from the coleslaw. The steak fries were good. The Italian sub was huge! Hard to eat because the sandwich is stacked so tall. I added some Dijon mustard to the sandwich which was a nice addition and it was pretty good but I liked the pastrami more. I didn't actually love the onion rings that much. The breading they come in is really grainy and I didn't find them that tasty. Portions are huge so pace yourself; in hindsight we probably should have gotten one sandwich and maybe one smaller item. We both were in serious food comas all day after this meal. You pay up at the front when your waiter gives you the bill, right across from where they store epically large looking treats like massive slices of cake, cannolis, and cookies. They're fun to look at!

But it has progressively gotten worse and worse and way too expensive considering how "meh" it was. We called the night before to add one person to our table of seven. My husband corrected them twice on his name. When we showed up there the next day, they called my husband while we were there asking if we were showing up. Of course they called the wrong name! So we waited extra. When we finally ordered our food , it was not the Brent's we had come to expect. I ordered the grilled cheese I was craving for Mother's Day (it was excellent before) and it was smashed, cold and underwhelming. I didn't send it back, I should have but everyone looked extremely overwhelmed. We were also moved to accommodate a bigger party. We were not asked. We were told. That rubbed us all the wrong way. After this meal, my mother in law wanted challah, I felt like we were bothering them at the counter. The whole experience was disappointing and expensive and underwhelming. I don't think any of us will be going back any time soon.

Low and behold, we were very pleasantly surprised by the variety and the quality and the service. We walked away with some blueberry pie and an eclair and some muffins and quite a bit more. We're already planning our next trip. We will be there this weekend.
