This is the first time I've noticed an inconsistent application of the meat. Then the insult is worse when you say I can just put it on there after I say never mind about 100 times and the sandwich is already prepared. Every time I've gone to get a sandwich there I seem to get this particular woman server who is extremely rude. Correcting me on the classification of there size sandwich ( not a foot long but a " giant") She went as far to say to me that I was not at Subway. The time before I had asked for minimal mayonnaise and mustard. She proceeded to slap and mean slap about a half cup of mayonnaise on my sandwich. We just ordered from Jersey Mike's at this location. We normally go to Moorpark. After waiting 5 min and not even being greeted by any employee I almost left. I finally was waited on it was by an older lady who was extremely rude. I told her my sandwich choices three times and when she asked for the 4th time what my order was she responded with "oh My god you could have said that the first time" I responded "I did" So rude, I almost walked out. We all know that Jersey Mike's subs are delicious, but I would avoid this particular store because they make mistakes and do not communicate. I placed an order for about $200 worth of sandwiches and couldn't get anyone on the phone for my questions. Then, when I picked up my order ALL of the sandwiches were missing bacon which was hugely disappointing, but the worst part was that I couldn't find anyone to address to the problem. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. I also couldn't find an email address so I contacted corporate. They said they forwarded my issue to the owner of this store, but he also never contacted me and it has been weeks. Everyone makes mistakes, but being unavailable to communicate with your customers and not doing anything to fix problems that arise is inexcusable. Find another Jersey Mike's. read more

Joey from jersey mikes ended being the guy to take over cooking the sandwich, he chopped steak up nice and fine and made sure to go out of his way to prepare the sandwich the way I liked. One thing I have to note about this particular location is that every time I come here and especially tonight who ever is making my sandwiches put the upmost respect and craftsmanship into the sandwich making process, there is a underlining integrity for the work that resonates and truly makes it a great experience and delicious sandwich to eat.
