I went here early in the day and my sandwich was made very sloppy... my bread was broken everywhere and it seemed like I was given a smaller portion size than their regular sandwiches. The paper surrounding my sandwich was also very broken. The workers didn't seem to be in the best mood. Overall my food was good, but the presentation not so much. read more

Some of the best subs around. I absolutely love this place. I recommend this place if you want a sandwich sub that you can overload and put as many toppings on as you want. First the staff there were very friendly. I ordered 2 subs, which came out to about $30 so I think it's over priced. But subs were good. I have always liked Jersey Mike's for a solid Cheesesteak. The meat is cooked fresh, the portion is solid while the toppings are generously piled on. If they would improve their bread, they could easily have a 5 star operation. The bread is below par in the sense that it is not crispy and they don't offer seeded or semolina bread. The cold cut sandwiches are ok, meat is sliced too thick for my liking. The service is normally very quick and courteous. While Whitehouse Subs is my favorite cheesesteak joint in NJ, the big Kahuna at Jersey Mike's is a quick and convenient option should the craving kick in. I went to Jersey Mike's before on a whim (same location) and got a grilled chicken wrap... it was super duper bland and I had to add lots of condiments for it to be edible... so, the only reason why I ventured back in, even though it's in a SUPER convenient location in my life, was because we got a free regular sub coupon mailed to my home. Free is for me. Ordering is simple enough... the young men manning the staff were super friendly and helpful. I ordered a turkey with provolone sub and a kids meal turkey and cheese sub with cookie and drink for my little one. When I got home and took a sip of my fountain Dr. Pepper, it was more soda water than anything else.. I had to throw the whole thing away.. bummer, because I never drink soda, but I love a Dr. Pepper.. soda cheat day wasn't happening, I guess. The subs.... Just really meh. I had to add extra mayo to mine, even though I asked for extra.. then again, I'm a mayo fanatic, so their version of extra mayo is probably much different than mine. But, outside of that.. it wasn't anything I'd return to.. with other better options in the area, my return would be out of convenience over anything.. but, I would pick this ANY DAY of Subway. read more

Ordered a gluten free #2. Ham and provolone. Gluten free bread was so small and fell apart, tasted stale. They put with regular ham, cappacola. I didnt know Italian was an American. Never had it at any Jerseys Mikes that way. Very disappointed. When questioned, they never offered to make a new sandwich or remove cappacola. After this last experience, I hate to say but I won't be eating at this location. They used to be good and originally I gave them 4 stars but they've really disgusted me this last round. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fudge desserts through their app. It said 20 min. I sent my hubby there 20 min later. The girl didn't even start the order. He sat and waited, witnessing other people coming in and leaving before him. He waited another 20 min and finally the order was ready. Staff tells him sorry we are out of fudge. He tells her please just give me a refund. She states she doesn't know how to do that but wait to check in the back. She throws 2 fudge cakes in the bag without my hubby knowing that they were stale and in the fridge. Gross. He gets home and I discover the sandwiches were so gross I only took a few bites and threw it out. There was so much salt in my buffalo chicken wrap I thought my kidneys were going to shut down. The chicken was watery/oily and the inside of the wrap was covered in fluid (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese were all soggy). I was eating a soggy wet mess dipped in a gallon of salt. I was not happy. My hubby's turkey sub barely had any meat on it and he requested bacon - that was a joke. They actually have a scale behind the counter and they weigh the meat per sandwich. The time before that- they forgot half of my order when my hubby picked up. He had to go back to the store to retrieve the missing items ... store is a joke.. ran by a bunch of inexperienced kids .. The worste place I have ever been too. We ordered 11 subs on a Sunday and 7 of them were wrong. When I called to complain a kid named Subtavious got nasty with me and hung up the phone. So on my way home I stopped by with the wrong subs and met Subtavious in person. He was just as rude in person and told me the subs were correct and he did not make them and stormed away into the bathroom. There are similar reviews that the employees are nasty. This business needs a manager or an owner to see how these kids are destroying this business. Spoke with the owner and manager today. To there credit they listened and ddi the right thing. I'm a (was) infrequent but regular customer. I was in a rush today, 6/18. I walked in and placed an order with the owner/manager, told him I was going shopping at the local ShopRite, and would be back. I came back 10-15 minutes later, asked for my #7 sub and was told that it had been sold to someone else and would have to be remade. Drove out of our way to stop here, where we waited in line only to find out they didn't have any gluten free bread in stock. Don't advertise Gluten Free if you're not going to bother restocking. Jersey Mikes has a great product but customer service is something I consider as well. Went in there a few days after I het opened and they screwed up two of my giant subs. I froze the subs know I would not be able to return in a week or more. When I did come back the manager did not even question or look at the subs. Apologized for the screw up and gave me credit.
