Jersey Mike's have the best subs I have had. Went in yesterday for a quick bite, this was the my first time at Jersey Mike's, and I am addicted. Yes the subs here are that good, and love the fact that it's all fresh. I was surprised to see that they slice the meat themselves. I have not yet seen a sub shop that does that, freshly sliced on the spot when you order!! Kudos to them!!! & I guess lucky for me I get to eat it! Anthony, the shift lead is by far the rudest employee I have ever seen. ZERO customer service! I ordered a #43 sub with no onions; to go. Sure enough I come home and the sandwich is full of onions. By the way this is the SECOND time this has happened in the past month. I come back to the store explain the situation to Anthony and politely ask for a remake and a refund (since this is the second time). I also brought back the sandwich an and he Verified that there were onions. It's not that I was going for a free meal. Anthony said he will make the sandwich again but can't give me both. He said that they are hiring "a lot of kids, around the age of 16", so there for I should just take the sub and move on. I am ALLERGIC to onions and a couple of bites would have landed me in the hospital. I guess an excuse that a 16 year old made my sandwich would have been a good excuse for my trip to an ER. I have NOTHING against hiring teenagers, but TRAIN THEM! Jersey Mike's has always had a great customer service and I have been a loyal customer for a Long time. This place has absolutely bomb cold cuts. They slice the deli meat and cheese right in front of you. All of the veggies are always fresh, big tomato guy and I've never had to stop them from giving me a nasty looking tomato (typical of cheap sandwich shops). They make some excellent sandwiches. Plenty of meat and it's very fresh. My biggest problem with this place is everything past the sandwich. These are pretty pricey when compared to other sandwich shops. When you are paying, they ask if you would like to tip on your credit card. I don't understand why this is even asked. There is usually 4-5 employees working and it's not busy but almost all the tables are dirty as well as the floor. You have to search for a good place to eat your food. read more

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is the WORST. I go to this one because its close to my house but the staff is rude and the sandwiches are not made as well as the other locations. Bread is always stale. Is it really that difficult to force a smile and say have a nice day? I've tried this location many times now and it's the same every single time. Okay, I'm not a fan. My wife and I split a large Club Supreme "Mike's Way" except for the onions which were already overpowering the store (can't imagine my breath!). Couldn't taste the beef, the turkey, the swiss, or the bread! Good thing we put bacon and pepperoncini on the sandwich otherwise we'd be eating cardboard. Gross, cashier was Using the same gloves to cashier and make sandwiches after handling the money I asked if this is what they do here and they denied this is what was happening. Have been craving a pastrami sandwich from Togo's for 2 weeks, but since we no longer have one around, I settled for Jersey Mike's. I ordered a regular pastrami on white bread with lettuce, and got a pastrami on wheat bread no lettuce. Because this was to go, I didnt realize until it was too late. Everytime I go to this location they screw up my order! PERIOD! The TIP thing is a joke! And every time I give them a TIP I regret it! Also don't make me swipe my card twice just to get past the TIP screen! Also if they are "semi-busy" you can wait in line long enough that lunch turns into dinner. Here I am again. The baby I was about to have when I ate here that one time? Well, she's almost three. She has like, an irrational love of tomatoes (it's irrational because I think most tomatoes are yucky). Maybe it all began with Jersey Mike's tomatoes? They are not half bad, I think I like them because they're not sliced all chunky-like. I have since had another child (but without a Jersey Mike's stop en route to the hospital, because it was 1 A.M. and they weren't open), and both my children love these sandwiches. As do my husband and I. Everybody here is very nice, especially when my husband tells the whole pregnant story thing again. Not really sure if I am convinced that this place is all that it claims to be. It is not horrible but the roast beef which is apparently prepared daily and is supposed to be their specialty seemed to be very average. For the cost of the sandwich and the hype, I expected so much more. Would I come back? Yes... Have I been back? Yes. I just would not rank it at the top of any of the best sandwiches list. I just want to first say, Jersey Mike's is the best sub sandwich ever, well worth the money. But, my most recent visit, I was a little put off. I am a vegetarian. Usually the staff asks me if i want my cheese sliced on the other slicer, that doesn't use meat. This time, they didn't. A guy in front of me was getting oodles of meanty goodness(grossness) on his sandwich, and the girl proceeds to slice my cheese after all the meat she just sliced, AND used the same gloves. I would have walked out if they hadn't have already started making my sandwich. I see a piece of something on my cheese, and I ask, "Is that a piece of ham on my cheese?" She picks it off and says, "no just a piece of bread crumb." I don't know if it was ham or not. That conversation right there should have been a light bulb in their head to realize 'oh this person must be a vegetarian, I should ask if they want their sandwich remade, or maybe apologize, and give a helpful tip for next time' Nope, nothing, not a word. I shrug it off, obviously upset. I don't say another word to anyone in there, and pay and walk out. Jersey Mike's, you need to get a better procedure in place, for people who ask for veggie sandwiches. I really don't want to stop giving you my money, but I will if this continues. First off, I will say the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the bread was delicious. But, when I pay $13 for a sub, call me crazy, but I expect there to be meat on it! I had a supreme club which was the least supreme thing I was served. Paper thin slices of turkey and roast beef and not many of them. I am pretty sure my daughter's kid's meal ham and cheese had more meat. Seems that churning out sub par subs gets this franchise by though, as there was a line out the door. My review is for Jake. The other day we came into the store to get lunch. My husband and I decided to anonymously buy the man in front of us lunch. We told Jake and he pulled it off for us nicely. When we went to pay he wouldn't accept our money and insisted he would pay for the mans lunch. Great example of paying it forward. I had the 17, Philly cheese with onion and pepper. It was good. What I like about Mikes is the bread. Its nice and soft. Its not hard or stale. So when I think sandwich shops I think Subway ...they have set the standard in the sandwich world. Its really hard to beat a 5 dollar foot long On this visit i had a #7 Turkey and Provolone "Mikes Way" and it was built with fresh thin sliced Turkey and Provolone covered in oil and vinegar and salt and pepper with lettuce and tomatoes.... Jersey Mikes does a great job using fresh meats and cheeses, that they cut right in front of you, their 7 inch sub will no doubt fill you up. But where they fall a bit short is the price ....the subs on average run about 2-3 dollars more than Subway's but believe me when I say you can't put a price on quality and taste and a friendly staff and that's where Mike's separates itself from the competition. If you looking for something different try this place out .....I think you'll be pleased....if not at least you'll leave with a free cookie read more

If one day, all the Subways would be turned into Jersey Mike's, the world would be a tastier place. I love how they make their breads and cookies fresh, their meats and cheeses are NOT sitting in gross little containers, but are sliced fresh per order and you can taste the quality and flavor in each sandwich. Their produce is always fresh, and I adore how they slice their onions super thin- they are so sweet and tasty! Their signature 'Mike's way' seasoning is so delicious and I can't get enough! Also, Jersey Mike's is extremely generous and gives back to their community, I've been present on multiple occasions where they provided food for grieving loved ones and for friends who do a candle light vigil for their son each year. Meh. The sandwich was good, but as a vegetarian, I was put off by the slicer sharing. It's just not for me.

My first time here and I have to admit I am very iffy about where I eat. This place is very clean, the cashier was very friendly. Since I'm a noob I picked mikes way, I was worried at first when I saw how they applied pepper salt and all the other stuff, I was freaking out because i usually don't add all that stuff to my sandwiches but to be honest, it was pretty darn good :) I would recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

I'm here way too often. Nobody has ever messed an order up and they're always super friendly and eager. It's always been really clean and stocked. I'm not sure why I hadn't eaten here before. We saw an ad in our football program and decided to try it. It amazes me how the people who wait on you can make or break your experience there. This kid named Mikey helped us and made such a huge impression on us. He was so helpful and explained everything to us with such a friendly, positive attitude. You can tell this kid loves his job and loves life. It shows in his work. We ordered a turkey sub and a chipotle cheesesteak sub. Both were amazing! The place is clean, fast and ran very efficiently.
