This is our go-to breakfast spot for take-out. We get to-go orders from Dink's a few times a month. The place is always busy and the staff very friendly even when they are busy! The cooks are great. We usually order either omelettes, eggs benedict, breakfast burritos or an occasional hot sandwich (the Rueben is my favorite). The omelettes come with a choice of bagel or toast. If I know I want a bagel, I call earlier in the morning and ask them to put the ones aside I would like. They do run out of or have a scant of variety of bagels available later in the day. We have never eaten in the restaurant, as we live close by and take it home. However, there is lots of seating inside and some tables outside. Outdoors is a large type sidewalk by the parking lot so not very desirable. There is a restroom for customers. From time to time I have purchased their peanut butter cookies. Love them! I know many people are bagel connoisseurs. I am not. I only know what I like and I like Dink's bagels. I love the rye, salt, and garlic bagels. Sometimes I get a small container of their lox cream cheese. Oh, by the way, the deli meat by the pound and salads are a great entertaining option. So there you have it. Breakfast, snack or lunch, Dink's is a great choice. read more

Love Dinks. Best bagel place in socal, I said it! Altho prices have gone up, would pay for any bagel sandwich they offer here. Cheese and cinnamon crunch bagels are a go-to. This breakfast spot is seriously one of my favorites! They have such a wide variety of menu options, so there's something for everyone no matter what you're in the mood for. The owner is incredibly nice and always makes you feel so welcomed the moment you walk in. The food is consistently delicious every time.I also love that they're really accommodating if you have food allergies. Just let them know and they'll do their best to adjust things for you, which is such a huge plus. On top of that, the restaurant is always clean and has a great, comfortable vibe. If you want a really good, similar to NY style, bagel then Dink's in the spot. They have a large variety of bagels ranging from plain, egg, blueberry, chocolate chip, jalapeño, poppy seed, cinnamon raisin, cheese, everything, the list goes on. My personal favorite is the blueberry which has the perfect amount of sweetness from the blueberries. The actual bagel, is soft, fluffy, and has a great taste. This shop is popular during breakfast especially on the weekends so I would recommend going on a weekday before 9:30 am to make sure the bagel you're in search for isn't sold out. I usually get the baker's dozen with a tub of their cream cheese to go so we can make our own breakfast sandwiches at home or toast them to our liking (saves time waiting for the order). Their cream cheese is on the fluffier whipped side so when you add it to a hot bagel it tends to be a little runny but i don't mind that. You won't get the friendliest service here but I care more about the taste of my food anyways. read more

My boyfriend and I were heading out of town as we were visiting family for the holidays. I searched bagel shops on Yelp and this was right off our route. The reviews weren't too positive but we decided to give it a shot. I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito and added chorizo. My boyfriend got the breakfast bagel with a fried egg, American cheese and bacon on an everything bagel. We were first grateful they were open the day after Christmas. I am not sure what the negative reviews are about because our breakfast was delish. My burrito had the perfect amount of veggies and chorizo. My boyfriends bagel was toasted but still soft. Plenty of bacon and a fresh cooked egg. Prices were slightly higher than usual, but that's been traditional of most businesses. Be prepared to wait if you order more than a plain toasted bagel as everything is made to order, which makes this breakfast spot more appealing. I called in my order on way to work. My order was ready, so i just grabbed the bag and left. When I got to work, part of order was missing. I called immediately to let them know, and the girl who answered the phone never said sorry after I explained that part of my order was missing. All she said was you can come back to pick up it or I will give $1 credit for next. I explained to her that I was at work already and couldn't leave. I went to this deli for the first time the other day and it was wonderful. This is a horrible experience. We will NEVER go to the Newhall Ranch location ever again. We were told by the manager we can order an egg white and sunny side up egg prior for the breakfast combo. Coming back a second time, this morning the manager denied my husband due to how he would like his eggs cooked. This is a breakfast spot and it is not hard to cook an egg how the customer would like it prepared. The other worker asked the manager and he looked directly at my husband and told him NO. This was handled so poorly and we'll never be back EVER again. We'll take our business elsewhere! Treated my son to a bagel breakfast this weekend on Sunday. Pretty small on the inside, smaller than the location across from where we live but we were taking it to go. I had already told him I wasn't going to the location across from us because it was horribly slow to get just a simple bagel. I wouldn't know how the food is because this established denied entry to my service dog and refused to serve me. They stated that because the animal wasn't wearing a vest it's not a service dog. Both the federal government and state of California prohibit a business for asking for identification in the form of a vest or papers. My animal wasn't wearing a vest as it's not required and she wears a specific halter for her car seat. I will be filing a complaint with the US department of justice and likely seeking legal compensation. I have video footage of the employee denying entry and berating me in case the owner wants to come on here and claim this is a dishonest review. read more
