They pointed out my order on the counter, and did not lift a finger to help me carry it all out to my car. The gal stood there staring at me light a deer in the headlights. I work for a very large construction company with 1000 employees, we do catering 3-4 times a week. I will not be going back to this Jersey Mike's store. I had a really negative experience at this location (Prasada Parkway). The staff was incredibly rude, but the most concerning part was their refusal to provide basic management information. When I asked for a manager's name or contact info to resolve a service issue, the employees flatly refused. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It's a shame because the food is usually good, however I had a sandwich that seem to be made poorly and I thought for sure it was just a mistake. My wife and I recently came in for lunch and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Both of our orders were made incorrectly, and it was clear the staff was more focused on talking about a party they were attending after work than paying attention to customers. The conversation was loud, unprofessional, and not appropriate for a workplace setting. When I noticed my order was wrong and went back in to have it corrected, the employee at the grill became argumentative and insisted I "didn't say anything" when placing my order. She continued arguing with me in front of a line full of customers, which was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Another employee eventually stepped in and acknowledged the mistake. To make matters worse, I was charged again for items I had already paid for and was told to "just pay and go" because it was "their policy." That is not acceptable customer service. I understand places get busy, but that's not an excuse for unprofessional behavior, arguing with customers in front of a full line, or double charging. The restaurant food quality itself is very good. I prefer Jersey mikes over some of Theo their big name competitors. I've never had an issues with the quality of the product of freshness of the bread. With that said, there is usually a long wait. The store isn't large enough to handle the customer Flow. Seating is usually an issue as well, again this is due to the inadequate store size. Parking is also not very friendly due to the other retailers, restaurants in the same plaza. I have walked out of there or simply Not gone in due to the line being to the door and no where to sit. The logistics were not planned out well. read more

Okay soo I had to leave a review because These guys patience and customer service was amazing. I haven't been to Jersey Mikes in a long time because honestly there prices hurt my little heart lol. But I forgot why it was worth it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with grace. And it wasn't the tired forced greeting that I'm sure the employees get yelled at if they're not doing it. I can tell they wanted to say hi and let me know they were ready when I was. Super patient and just all around nice.The turkey was cut to perfection and that sandwich was made with love all day. My family and I have been to this location about four different times this last time a little over two weeks ago was not our best experience. They are located in a plaza next to nectar, bank, Costco & more. The area gets very busy due to all of the businesses over there that are up-and-coming, and are now currently open most of them. We ordered via the mobile app for my daughter after school, and after opening her sub it was very soggy like the sub was made ahead of time and was possibly a cancel order. However the place is littered with bugs all flying right at the entrance, leading me to believe a spill was not properly cleaned or something was not stored correctly thus attracting the swarm. So I like Jersey Mikes. One of my sons works there and he is doing fabulous work. The sandwiches are delicious. The chocolate chip cookies are good. The customer service could be better. It's a lot of young ladies and young men working here and they don't speak to customers when they come in. I told my son the store needs a good cleaning. I walked in tonight at 8:26 the two girl workers looked at me as I walked in and gave me a dirty look then looked at each other and rolled their eyes. Then another lady walked in behind and they became more visibly upset, and then as a third person walked in and a normal order came in. New place, tried it out. Ordered chicken Philly with no onion, and chicken ranch sandwich , was very clear with my order. Waited for 5 minutes which is industry standard. Got the sandwich, checked before leaving store and sure enough there were onions on it. Returned it, waiting another 5 minutes for sandwich to be remade. Issue is that these need to be eaten promptly or then cool down and get soggy. Employee apologized with a "sorry bout that when sandwich was remade. Store looks new and clean. We ordered online and the only part of the order they got correct was the chips. That's why they got one star. They got the chip order correct. It's as if they didn't even look at my order and just gave us the #3. I have the email confirmation of what I asked to be on and not on the sand which so this is not user error. Poor Customer Service and Disrespectful, On February 2, 2024, at about 08:30 pm, I stopped by this place to order (3) subs. I entered and waited behind the counter. A few minutes later, a young lady asked me what I want to order. After I told her what I like to order, she stated the white bread they had was barely enough for (2) subs, so I ordered (2) subs. While I waiting for my subs, a lady entered the place, made her order, waited for it, got it, and left. Then, a gentleman entered the place, made his order, waited for it, got it, and left. Both customers had their subs in a white bread. When I asked the young guy was working there why these customers were placed before me, he answered "we are doing our best". The service at this location is terrible. The place is dirty, and Liz used the same gloves at the register to make sandwiches. When I questioned her, she responded rudely, removed her gloves, and continued to behave impolitely while preparing our food. I've been to Jersey Mike's before, but this was my first time ordering from this location, via Uber Eats. Word of mouth was they weren't very good, being a new store with new staff, but they've been open for awhile so I figured I'd complete the order. Unfortunately, the bad reviews still stand. We ordered two tuna subs, and I had to open the sandwich to confirm there was actually tuna on it. There was such a small amount of tuna, spread paper thin on the bottom of a soggy piece of bread, soaked in oil and vinegar (the standard dressing). There was a noticeable puddle of oil and vinegar in the paper wrapping, and hardly edible. Sadly, the soggy bottom bread was a contrast from the stale top bread. Although I'm hopeful they improve, I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Well, we just went to this Brand New Jersey Mikes for a quick sub sandwich and we have been excited to finally go- Sad to say it was a horrible experience! The floors were cluttered with old food and trash that were under all the tables and in every corner. Each of the 7 tables were also dirty and not wiped down. The soda dispenser was also dirty as well as the counter where we checked out! Dis-gust-Ing! Pretty sad to see for a brand new spot here in Surprise. I talked to the manager to ask if they could clean up and she said they've been busy and have not "had time". Anyway, we couldn't take it as one worker/person did start sweeping while we were trying eat at one of the tables watching the particles fly everywhere- I had to leave. Thanks but no thanks- we will be going back to the location on Bell Road to get decent service and a more safe clean store/environment.
