This is my favorite location to go to during my short 30 minute lunch break. I've never had a hard time with having to waiting in line too long. The staff here is great! Today, Natashia helped me with three subs for my co workers. She was helpful, patient and courteous. During summer months, I stick to the turkey and provolone sandwich. I never ever ever have a problem here. They make me feel like I'm important even when it's busy. They have never messed up on my order. The black gentlemen is the very best worker there. He always has a smile and takes the fact that we are making our dinner important. Also the new assistant manager is extremely nice. She is an awesome addition to the management team. This store is amazing! They take pride in making your sandwich and don't just throw topping on so when you it eat it it falls apart. If you come often like I do they learn your sub and you don't have to say anything and it's made for you. The manager is sweet as can be, she always talks to you and ask how works and the day is going. I would recommend this location to everyone reading this review. Enjoy a really good sub. read more

AMAZING!! I have been coming here at least once a week since March, and it has been great every time. OK, so the prices are "expensive" at $8 compared to a $5 foot long, but it is worth every penny. The meats are sliced fresh right in front of you, instead of being wrapped in paper having sat for who knows how long? The breads are always fresh, and the veggies are always ripe. And, if you order a regular sub from Subway, you're going to pay $9 anyway...not worth it to me. The staff got to know me and treat me like family. I don't even have to order. I walk in and they greet me by name and start making my sandwich when they see me get in line. There is always a smile and a conversation from the employees while I'm there. You cant get that service from hardly anyone these days, so its nice to have found a place to eat that treats you like a person, instead of dollar signs. Plus, I'm a shore points member, so how can you go wrong earning free food? I encourage you to go see John and the crew in Upland. I don't understand why they are receiving one and two stars. Friendly staff, great subs, but the appearance needs work. Staff on cell phone, needs to pick up a broom and towell instead of phone and get that dining room clean!!!!Cell phones should not be allowed in front of customers. read more

This location is good. Cool staff and they're quick. They make a good cheesesteak. If you've never had the red wine vinegar added onto the Big Kahuna cheesesteak you're missing out. I could seriously drink that red wine vinegar! read more

Just went in to get a sandwich,I am a regular twice a week every week and this store needs to be cleaned. They do not deserve there" A"food health rating but a "C", the employees are zombies and look like they are just slaves. I have worked in the food industry for 4 years now and even if I don't want to be at work I put a smile on and have a good day I acknowledge customers and make them happy. I have to say upper management needs to step in and pep these guys and gals up, and clean the store the front counter was sticky when I got my sandwich not cool what germs and bacteria are there. I have learned any store serving customers has to be clean especially if customers are within inches of the food that everyone consumes because the sneeze glass doesn't prevent all bacteria from passing through to the food. read more

This place used to be decent. The guy working there this evening was a d***. Avoid this place when the short-black guy is working. He just seems unhappy and should be working elsewhere. When I asked for mayonnaise, he said it comes with it. I also asked for no bacon. And when I asked if there was bacon, he said yes it comes with it. I asked for mustard and he drowned one side and placed a little on the other. I seriously had to wipe some off. I hope management pays attention. read more

First and last time I will go to Jersey Mikes, we came because my parents rant about how good the food is better than subway.....I asked for a #8 which included bacon and a #3 and 1 kids meal...as they are making the sandwiches I am so confused by what they are doing because somehow there were 5 sandwiches being made for my order....I asked and said the 3 small ones were 1 kids meal and she said yes. I asked for mayo on the #8 and she said oh thats the #3 it doesnt come with mayo she had somehow switch the top bread for the #8 and the #3....by this time I'm so confused by what's going on because of the 5 sandwiches.....they ring us up and I tell her those other two are included in the kids meal she said you can make only one a kids meal if you want and I say but I only asked for 1 kids meal so she turns to the other guy and says she only wanted one he said ya that's my bad I don't know what I was thinking she then asked me if I just wanted to take the other two since they were made I told her I'm not paying for 2 extra sandwiches she says oh ok.....really you want to charge me for your mistake I go to fill up the kids meal cup and the machine gets stuck so now lemonade is spilling all over me as im trying to get it to stop I finally get it to stop and I go to put the lid on the cup its so hard to do when i finaly figure out the trick to it and start to put it on the whole Damn cup spills all over me.....at this point I am beyond frustrated. ...we get home and the #8 which is supposed to have bacon didn't have it. Yes the sandwich was good but the service there was over confusing and horrible no customer service because of their error in getting our whole order wrong just turned me off from this so called fabulous subway alternative..... read more

I'm a regular customer and have always been happy but I will be hesitant when ordering online. Today was my first time ordering online.... I got there picked up my order after they gave me my bag. As I was in the car a worker comes and tells me there was an error and they gave me an extra sandwich. I give him the bag and he proceeds to open up the sandwich in the parking lot and no gloves were used!!! I understand errors are made but how unhygienic for him to do that in the parking lot! He said sorry for the error and walked back with the sandwich partially open all I can think is how I would hate being the customer that picks up that sandwich!! If he didn't have enough common sense by doing that I doubt he will have the common sense to make a new sandwich..... no more online orders for me!!! read more

I ordered two Regular size sandwiches and two Kids Meals, obviously to take home to my family. I was told I could not order Kids Meals if the kids were not present. I asked why and was told because adults were eating the Kids Meals. They eventually let me order the Kids Meals but I am very displeased with this policy. Please let me know if this policy continues - if it does I will have to take my business else where. read more

Earlier this week I went in there for lunch and this young girl with glasses and I think she was brunette. So as I'm ordering a sandwich, the number 13(the best), she is slicing it way to thin. When she gets to top off my sandwich, she asks "What do you want on this" in a rude, ungreatful, not welcoming way. I was shocked because usually this place has great customer service.
