My favorite sandwich is the #17 Philly on parm bread. I order it every time I go to Jersey Mike's. I order from JM's 2 to 3 times a week at different locations, depending on where I'm working that day. On 11/7/24 I ordered my favorite sandwich in the giant size. I order it well done. When I brought it back to work to eat, it was on the wrong bread. I hate regular white bread and they gave me white bread. It made the sandwich taste different. I called to let them know it was wrong and the woman manager said she can't give me a future discount because of the wrong bread. She offered me to bring it in to make a new one but I only have a short break from work and didn't have time. It's a $21 dollar sandwich. It would be nice to get it how I order it next time. read more

Quick, clean and yummy The wheat bread is simple and tasty. I love the Club Supreme #9!!! It's turkey, roast beef, bacon w/mayo. Plus I get it Mike's way w/lie on the lettuce & no salt. If I remember I'll ask for extra oregano!! Now most of their stores don't have ketchup packets but if they do put some on it. This is probably the worst Jersey Mike's in the country!!! The staff here absolutely sucks! There not doing anything special here, just making sandwiches so why wont they do it... I think one of the biggest problems with this place is the the employees have come up with "their" own way of dealing with customers. I have only been to the location 2X, and fortunately will NEVER go back. Each employee seems to have 1 job, so one will cut the bread and slice the meat while the other outs the veggies on, etc. But the problem is if you walk in and the one that puts the veggies on is there they won't help or even acknowledge your presence, because it should be the bread cutters job since he starts the sandwich process.... this is the only logic reason I could think of as to why the Jersey Mike's is soon bad! Just terrible staff all around, and if I had to guess the management is just as bad! Please for the love of God AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! So I work near this restaurant and I decided to place my order online to be ready at 12 PM. I placed it at exactly 10:42 AM and I got there like 5 minutes past 12. My order wasn't ready when I got there. I had to wait maybe another 10 mins for it. Like what is the point to place an online order when it's not going to be ready by the time I get there?? I get it it's rush hour. But that's why I placed it beforehand to have it ready as I only had 30 minutes for lunch. Food itself is always great quality which is why I choose to eat at Jersey mikes however the way this specific establishment is run is ridiculous. The wait time is insane for a simple sub and I don't understand why they serve others before you especially if you came in first. It's disappointing especially if you're on a lunch break and need your food quicker. Another thing is that they constantly mess up your orders. You order one size the give you an other, you order one sub and you get a different one. Lastly the crew itself you use some training on customer service and an attitude adjustment. Absolutely terrible customer service No sense of urgency or acknowledgment that they have customers waiting. Placed an order online, arrived 7 minutes past the estimated pick up time only to have the worker tell me they haven't started it yet. I look around to an empty store and ask if he can please start it and made a face as if I'm being a bother. It slowly started getting busy as I waited and before you know it there is a line to the door. You would assume they'd all get to their stations and begin assisting the customers right? My wife and I went in on a Sunday and found the crew unenthusiastic. We placed our order: a #43 chipotle cheesesteak on wheat and a #44 buffalo chicken on white with ranch dressing. The shift manager wrote down our order and forwarded it to the sandwich makers. We did get our order in a timely manner but when we unwrapped them we found a dry cheesesteak on white and a chipotle chicken on wheat with no veggies and no ranch dressing. Our orders got scrambled somehow. We looked at our receipt and found the receipt displayed our request correctly, but not sure what happened along the process. Was visiting the area for the day and stopped in for a quick bite. Big mistake!! I ordered a sandwich and a salad tub. The employee who prepared my order was more interested is slapping the food together than listening to what I actually wanted. My tub and sandwich were thrown together and prepared over a counter top filled with left over food from the prior order. They were then handed to me with the bottom of the container drenched in oil and my sandwich in an oil stained wrapper, with no bag. This is the second and last bad experience at JM. If I could give this a rating of zero, I would. I placed an order for two (2) sandwiches with them using Uber Eats. When I received my order, the fix-ins for each sandwich was completely wrong. I called in to the restaurant and was on hold for 15 minutes. When someone did answer the phone, I told them of my complaint. He said that my options were either to come in and get a replacement order, or to have the order refunded (both defeating the purpose of my using Uber Eats). I said that I would come in to get the replacement order; the manager said it would be done as there hasn't been anyone in the store for the past hour (which begs the question of "Why the 15 minute wait when I called?"). I came into the restaurant for the replacement sandwiches. As compensation, I was given two (2) expired Coupons for $2 off my next order. So to be clear, I received two replacement sandwiches and $4 worth of coupons for an Uber Eats order where the additional feels totaled $8. Also, the $2 off coupon were one use per visit and, as I mentioned earlier, expired (see attached photo; expired on 07/1/2020). Not to mention, the fix-ins were still wrong, though not as bad as the first set of sandwiches. I did also notice that the manager flipped through a handful of free sandwich coupons before giving me expired $2 off coupons. If your business practice is to not give out free sandwich coupons (as there were literally what I could assume were thousands on hand), then it would be poignant to NOT have your managers flip through them in front of customers. read more
