service was very bad. the ham that was being sliced fell on the counter, the person preparing my sub.. picked it up and put it back on my sandwich, i said No, you can't put it back. She didn't like that i said that and she rolledd her eyes, so she sliced more ham and the manager was there. i told her what happened and she said it was fine the counter is sanitized so it's ok to put it back. The manager was not helpful and did not care for customer satisfaction. read more

The sub was great. The service was ok they try to get in a hurry and you have to remind them what to put on your sub. The music is way too LOUD I had to have her repeat herself 3 times before I could hear her. read more

I made the biggest mistake and didn't read my fellow helpers reviews about service. I also ordered online for catering pick up and they just can't accommodate for corporate orders. I suggest you order a day before or anytime before 10am to expect a lunch order to be done. I am literally sitting down waiting for my order to be complete. If your looking for a single order don't order online either. Just walk-in. There were people waiting for there online order also. read more

Service at this location is below par. My sandwich took 15 minutes, from the time I payed for it, to be done. Unacceptable for a fast food place. The bread was cut so that all the contents of the sandwich would spill out. Will I go back? I think not. read more

Would say 3.5/5 stars. Ordered the #9 in a tub pickup/delivery. taste was great as always but I had ordered extra bacon and paid for it and it only had the usual amount. Also ordered Mikes way minus onions and it's missing mayo which is usually on a #9. Makes a great salad dressing for the tub when mixed with the oil and vinegar but it was missing too. Partly my fault for not ordering live but short lunch time means ordering ahead and hoping the order comes as ordered. But still fresh and delicious. Just attention to details. read more

Very disappointed in the service here. Did an online order for almost $200 dollars worth of food. It said the order would be ready at 11:27am. I was told at 11:40 it would be 15 more minutes and then when I asked about it again at 12:00p.m. I was told 10 more minutes. I got out of there at 12:15pm. We had a conference that was scheduled to start at 12. I did receive a free drink for my troubles. Hooray that makes everything great. I used to order from them almost every other week when they first opened. I stopped ordering from them because of this very reason. I was hoping things would have changed but unfortunately I was very wrong. The young man that was doing the cashiering and making sandwiches should work on his customer service skills. Telling someone they are doing the best they can isn't good enough when their order is 45 minutes over do. I do give him props for being sanitary. Washing his hands after every cashier transaction to help make sandwiches. Also some of my coworkers said their sandwiches didn't taste fresh. Could it be because they were sitting there too long? Bad customer service. We went on New Years Day! Saw all the lights on so we figured its open. As we got closer we looked at the holiday times and it does not say it was going to be closed on New Years. It was suppose to be open. We didn't see any employees at first but all of a sudden we see an employee in the back who obviously saw us and ignored us at the door. He got on his phone and turned back to where he came from. I was calling the number listed multiple times and I can clearly hear the phone ringing and he was ignoring it! So we were like okay the guy is just being dumb now so we walk away and as we walk away he shuts off the lights and as we get to our car he turns them back on. Come on man you saw us at the door you could've atleast say sorry we are closed or something instead of ignoring us. Also if it was suppose to be closed why have all the lights on and why not post on the door about holiday times on New Years. The only days listed on the door were Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years Eve. read more

Good evening to whom ever is reading this. My overall experience at this location was amazing. I normally come around every so often with my co workers because the food is amazing and the staff is great/friendly. But since this out break of the covid19 today is my first and hopefully last negative review i have to make. Today when i went in there was many people in there getting their food but many of the customers were coughing and not respecting nor practicing the social distancing action that your employees have enforced. I get it, social distancing is the way to prevent from any infections disease. I'm not a business owner nor a brainiac but i personally and my co workers would appreciate if this site would do online/phone orders only because i would feel much safer. Or maybe less people in at once would re-evaluate my fear of what's going on. I mean i love jersey mikes here and the staff is amazing. But I'm just here to share my consideration and my care for the organization and their employees. With all that being said, i hope this store doesn't shut down due to regulations involving the current out break but i do hope that you can place these practices into consideration. Walked in at 2pm and with 6 workers standing behind the counter. I was the only one in line and waited 60 seconds for someone to greet us when one person looked like he was going to take our order, he answered the phone instead. Now I've been here for two minutes standing in line waiting for one of the 6 people to acknowledge me standing there. Nobody said anything. I'm the only person in line! So I turn away and walk out. The only thing that was said to me the whole 3 minutes I was in line waiting was, "bye and thank you!" as I walked out the door hearing laughter from the employees. What is the problem with these employees you have? They're lazy and rude on top of it. read more
