I have frequented in this location for years and not until recently have the to go orders been taking 15-20 minutes longer than what the ready time that they tell you it's going to be is. Equating it to 40+ minutes to make a sandwich. The staff is rude and does not acknowledge you when you come in. Two DoorDash drivers quit waiting on orders in the time I was waiting. I went over there to eat and it took forever to get up there to order. I finally got up there to order and was informed that it would at least be a 15 to 20 minute wait. This was our first visit to Jersey Mike's after my daughter recommended the fresh taste. I had #5 Super Sub on rosemary parm in a mini size. It was so good made Mike's way, perfect flavor combination. My spouse had #13 Italian sub & thoroughly enjoyed his regular size sub. The food is okay, but the service is really bad. Guessing they don't like their jobs. Walked in and the person there doesn't greet/acknowledge or ask what you want and then walks in to the back, eventually another person walks out and without making any eye contact, she asks what I want and looks irritated but assembles it. Then have to wait for another person to come out of the back to ring it up. This has happened more 3-4 times. Not the end of the world, but come on... have a little energy and initiative. I have been to many Jersey Mike's, love the food and always have great service.. might be a management problem at this one... idk but this particular store is subpar. read more

My wife and I have never been to a Jersey Mike's before and WOW. The sandwiches were incredible and despite the fact that this location seemed understaffed or perhaps didn't expect the rush we were there for, the crew was incredibly efficient and polite! Nope nope nope. I came here after getting a free sub coupon in the mail, so I ordered the #8 club sub. Not sure if there's even an option to toast the bread or melt the cheese, but I wasn't asked. The lettuce here is the pretty low quality shredded stuff, and they gave me about 3 handfuls of it for my regular sized sub. If I wanted a salad, I would not have gone to a sub shop. They started to wrap up my sub before I reminded them that there should be bacon in it. No apologies for forgetting, but I did get an "oh". There were two to three people shifting between sub making duties and working the register, which I'm pretty sure is unsanitary. Anyway, I handed the cashier the free sub coupon for my one sub, and she looks at me with a straight face and says "$20.XX" Overall, I was just really unimpressed with the quality of the food and the service. read more

I got the #9 sub and it was so good!!! My husband got the chicken parm sub and he thought it was good as well. We really like the quality of their bread and the workers were so nice and friendly. This place is better than subway because their deli meats seem more fresh. You can actually see them cutting the meat on the meat slicer. They don't have the same sort of options as subway when it comes to veggie choices but the quality of the food tastes cleaner and healthier. And don't let the other reviewer who left one star keep you from going to this place. She was just an overly picky person. You can tell them however you want the sub to be done I'm not sure about "toasting it to melt the cheese" but I've gone three times and they have never disappointed me. They ask you when you order if you want it done "mikes way" and you can easily say no and do it your own way. But Mikes Way is pretty damn good if you ask me. Also, her meal came up to about $20.00 probably because she got a GIANT sub and got a drink and chips to go with it. Some of the Giant subs are $12.99 to $14.00 but let me tell you these are HUGE not like subways foot long and they can very well feed two people. They have other sizes you can get a regular sized sub for about $6. I just got the #9 giant sub with no drinks or chips and it was $14 at check out. I don't find the need to waste money on chips and we have sodas at the house. So don't think $20 is over priced. It just all depends on what you order off the menu. read more

I asked for the #44 and they didnt know what it was so I had to read it off the menu, then I saw them question each other as to what type of cheese went on it. I love Jersey Mikes, however they are kind of rude and too much in a rush. I can understand if your busy. However, I was the only one in line. They decided to just make my sandwich the way they wanted to, while I was at the cashier. Then when I asked for mayo and pickles they put the pickles in a cup and pointed at the packets. I lived in New Jersey when I was young and loved the subs up there, this place is awesome. Subway tastes like a hot dog bun with Oscar Meyer lunchmeat on it that you can buy at any convenience store. Here they slice their own deli meat right in front of you, and the bread is baked fresh daily. I always get the Italian but maybe some day I'll branch out and try something new.
