Slowest McAlister's I've ever been to. Place was clean and food was good. Took 40 minutes for them to bring us our mobile order.

I come here almost daily at lunch for tea with my tea pass. Usually have to wait in a long line and there is only 1 cashier most of the time. Very slow and a ridiculous amount of time to wait for tea only. There should be at least 2 cashiers during 12:00-2:00 lunch rush ALWAYS as this is a busy location at lunch. Poor management! Better put your to-go order in early because it will not be ready at the expected time either. The tea keeps me coming back and the food is decent, otherwise I would not be a regular customer. read more

The order was not ready until 18 minutes after the posted pickup time. Then, when I got home, I discovered that critical items were not included in my order. This is the third time in a row that my pickup order at this location has been late and the second time in three that it has been missing an item. You cannot use your gift card for an online order. Poor customer service. Tried to order curbside and the employee made me come in and get my food. Sometimes they allow me to sub meat at no additional cost, sometimes they do not. Customization are never correct. There is no point of allowing someone to customize a sandwich if you're going to make it how you want as an employee. Submitting a complaint and was told someone would reach out to me in regards to the complaint and no one ever did. The employees just shove your food in your hand no hello, thank you, you're welcome, or goodbye. Every time I come here the experience gets worse. We ordered curbside as we do frequently. This is the second time that they don't give us what was ordered. Missing side items, sandwiches not made correctly. I called and was placed on hold and hung up on. Called back and drove back. They came to the curb to give me missing items. No I am sorry or anything. I explained that I know it probably wasn't her who made the order but they need to get with the program and double check orders as nobody wants to drive back. I tried to give this business a second chance and I instantly regretted it. I ordered the nachos this time thinking that no one could mess up nachos. I was wrong. When I opened my box all I saw was plain chips. I looked further into my bag and found a small cup with a few jalapeños and olives and smushed in there as well was a little shredded cheese and 3 brown avocado pieces. Ordered lunch for all of my coworkers and they didn't even get the order correct. Nor did they send utensils. How the hell do you eat soup, salad, and spuds with no utensils? They were helpful, prompt and my orders were correctly made/packed in a reasonable time frame (10-15 minutes). I had eaten at the location by Baylor a week prior and is was delicious and fresh! This food at this location was terrible and flavorless. I love McAlister's and come here quite often. I have had a few not as great experiences which it why I gave 4 stars, but overall I love this place. The employees are usually quite pleasant and the food is always good! The reasons I am giving it 4 stars: I am a vegetarian and one time that gave me real chili on my Spud Ole instead of the vegetarian chili. I have been about 2-3 times where they completely forgot about me. Everyone at my table would have their food and I wouldn't have mine and would have to tell them and basically they forgot about my order. These instances sucked but they don't keep me from going back. I have been so many times and have only had 4 negative experiences. They are always nice about fixing their mistakes too. read more

I don't like dry subs, and I'd say McAlister's subs are dry. Even if you remove the bread from your sub and eat just the insides, it will still be dry. It was my first time coming here today with my fam. We ordered a couple crab and corn chowders, a McAlister's club and southwest chicken. Edible, but not the best flavors. And again... dry.
