Then I told her my toppings and I asked if they could put pickles in it. When I got my sandwich it had no pickles. I had the pickle spear but I also wanted the diced pickles. For example, I was told after ordering that they were out of coconut, which was supposed to come on my item. I was asked if that was okay, but realistically, what's the alternative in that moment? It just felt like another instance of paying for something I didn't receive. At one point, the employee preparing our order walked past us multiple times without acknowledgment to speak with her coworker, which added to the overall feeling of being ignored.
