I also enjoy their cinnamon rolls for a nice sweet treat! My husband and I were looking for a place to eat lunch and bring our two dogs while visiting downtown Waynesville. After learning Main Street Grill was dog friendly, we decided to give the patio a try. We were greeted with the same kindness we are used to at the door and enjoyed a wonderful meal with our pups on the patio. The kind and knowledgeable staff checked in with us often, offering our pups a bowl of water and lots of attention. My husband and I had the smash burgers, absolutely delicious! I get the fried okra as a side (some of the best fried okra I've had). The girls had a sausage patty (which they thoroughly enjoyed). The patio is very nice and comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. The string lights would make a warm and inviting place for an evening meal.
