It pains me to say anything negative but it would pain me more if other people ate brown and tired lettuce. Yes, this is about lettuce. Before the man made my sandwich, he swept lettuce from the counter back into the lettuce bin. No issue with that except he had just handled money and then food. When I asked for fresh lettuce, he was agreeable and also changed his gloves. Thankfully. However, when the new bin of lettuce was placed, it was obvious the end of the old bin of tired and brown lettuce was dumped on the fresh bin's top. It was revolting and we nearly left. Instead, we asked if the top lettuce could be removed because it was clearly from the other bin. He picked around it and used fresh lettuce. He removed a few offending bits but did not remove the majority of the offending lettuce. When he rung us up, I commented again and he acknowledged me but didn't do anything about the lettuce. There was another manager, a woman, and I brought this to her attention. She thanked me and said she'd take care of it; as she walked past the entire food prep area. It should be noted, no one was waiting. We still got the sandwiches because we were hungry and put that above the possible inclusion of gross lettuce. I'm writing because I'm not convinced anything will be done. I've been in this Jersey Mike's before and have seen icky lettuce more than once. The staff has always been friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic. Is it a shame more attention isn't paid to the sandwich ingredients. I think we're done here. read more

I have been to this location a few times before, I am pregnant, they have always been willing to throw the deli meat on the grill for me. In fact one of the times I was in about a month ago a sweet young girl eith dark hair popped her head out from behind the grill and said we can throw any meat on the grill for you. (Obviously she realized I was pregnant) she was so sweet and accommodating. However I visited this same location again last Wednesday went in craving a hot Italian sub... waited in line the person on the grill did not look to busy.. my turn came and I politely asked for an Italian sub and asked if they could please heat up the meat on the grill for me. Having only 4 weeks left in my pregnancy I was craving this. The woman cutting the deli meat abruptly said NO to me. Which caught me off guard because any other staff I have encountered has done this for me. I said " No? They have always done it for me in the past, I am pregnant.." she snapped NO again. Then looked over at the cashier and said can we do that? The cashier also said no... so I said ooook and I walked out, and as I was walking out I saw the woman who was cutting the meat throwing her arms up in the air, shrugging and laughing.. I was very disappointed, I felt like the way they handled it was rude. And they caused this location to loose a customer. I don't understand why it had never been a problem before and it had even been offered to me by other staff. And these woman were being lazy or just didnt want to accommodate me for some reason. Needless to say unfortunately I will not be returning to this location even though im still craving a hot Italian sub. read more

I don't normally review chain locations but my family gets subs from this location frequently, almost to the point it's embarrassing to admit. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The app is so user friendly and the subs are always ready when I arrive. Only one time in the many times we've ordered has a sub been incorrect. We called and they rectified it and were more than willing to credit us for the next visit. The steak and cheese as well as the number 7 mikes way are my personal favorites. Something has recently changed at this location. I have been many times in the past and had great consistent experiences. I ordered online this week and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 mins later I was told it wasn't ready. It took a total of over 40 minutes. The bread was very hard and the fountain drink machine was broken. I had paid for a fountin drink with my online order and was offered a can or bottled water. There were only 2 can options left. The refrigerator was empty. The trash cans were overflowing. This location used to run so smoothly but has clearly seen a change for the worse. read more

Came in on a weekend around 2. Very busy. Very friendly and efficient staff. Fresh cut of meats and veggies. Our Italian was delicious. They would be great for catering a large group. Tables can be limited if it's busy but we offered to share our table with a stranger by pulling the table apart. read more

We ordered our lunch online and the website was so easy to use and gave so many options for each individual sub. When we went to pick up, they were very organized and our order was ready way ahead of the time that we were given. There were many employees getting the job done. The establishment was clean and a nice spacious size. All our subs/wraps were fresh and customized correctly and the dessert options were a nice treat! My fiance and I have been going to jersey mikes for a couple of years now and we we're thrilled to have one open close to home! The first week they opened we went and everything was great! We went today to get two sandwiches and we are very disappointed! The lettuce was so brown that we both said no lettuce. The young gentleman making the sandwiches was putting his mayo covered hands into the pickles to the point that the pickle juice was white. My fiancé is a chef and the cross contamination was quite the turn off for him. When asked if we wanted it "Mikes Way" we were told that we were "lame" when we declined. VERY Disgusted and both subs went in the trash as soon as we left. We we're afraid that this location wouldn't be great. Very unfortunate! read more
