Eleven years ago, one of my co-captains introduced me to Jersey Mike's Subs. (He grew up on the New Jersey shore, just south of the original Jersey Mike's location.) I have not had a Jersey Mike's Sub since last year, stopped for dinner tonight at one near the Boulder-Jefferson County Airport, Colorado. Ordered my favorite sandwich, #56 The Big Kahuna. It was as delicious! There is a reason Jersey Mike's is the best. Fresh ingredients and the best bread. I can only give this location 4 stars because I ordered a giant size and they gave me a regular size sandwich. Probably worked out for the best because a regular size is very filling and I do not want to be sleepy while flying tonight. read more

I enjoy this place for its east coast take on subs. My favorite cold sub is the Italian and hot sub, chicken parm. The service was fairly quick and they got my order right. read more

They are a good place to eat but please keep in mind that there is always a place like subway. Overall they are pretty good, I can definitely say that they sacrifice looks for taste when I first got my sandwich it looked disgusting but tasted delicious. This is a good place to go if you want a sub and don't want to go to subway but overall subway is better. read more

I went into this Jersey Mike's after having a bad experience at your (roughly) Capitol Hill location. Skiddish and expecting the worst, Anna, an employee at this Reed/Church Ranch location entirely turned my experience in and opinion of Jersey Mike's around. She listened to my qualms (obviously with the patience of a saint to deal with me), genuinely cared to make sure my food and experience were up to par, and was fast and efficient. All-in-all, your employee Anna, and the rest of the Westminister Jersey Mike's staff really scrubbed away the bad taste in my mouth I had regarding this chain, and furthermore, left me with quite a pleasant taste this time around! read more

The manager of this location has customer service dialed in! Their employees are always so friendly and engaging from the moment I walk in until I pay and leave. They are constantly cleaning too. Like all JM's, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches are consistent. There is a location closer to my home but I go to this one for the customer service. read more

I really enjoyed my sandwich here, I got the italian "Mike's Way", which is oil, vinegar, and an oregano spice blend. YUM!! I added mayo, so it was nice and drippy, messy, but delicious. Shout out to Tasty Kakes for that butterscotch crimpet....I know Jersey Mike's didn't make it, but good choice. I tore that thing UP. The only thing was that the manager (name unknown) was sitting at a table in the dining room working on his work, and right after I ordered there was a lady still waiting for her sandwich. Apparently there was a mix up, and the sandwich was done, the front people just didn't realize it and hadn't brought it out to her. The manager asked where it was, and where the front people realized their mistake, he speaks loudly "COMMUNICATION" at them....Rather than go up to them and quietly correct them. Now the whole place is aware of their mistake....it seems a bit unprofessional, and makes him seem like a hothead. Secondly, when a couple that had been there before me left, the guy said something to him about sitting at a table and being the manager (I wasn't really listening until the last part, so it probably won't make much sense to you either), and the manager responded, "I don't have to explain it to you." WOOPS, I think ya do. That was pretty rude to say to a paying customer. Don't you remember that the customer is always right? Whatever it was, it couldn't have been a national security secret that you couldn't take a min and explain it to this guy, he was probably already irritated with you for something. The food was good but the employees seemed to lack training. I went on SuperBowl Sunday and the place was empty but it still took longer than expected to place and receive my order. Wow. I haven't felt that "how does this place stay in business?" feeling this strongly in a long time. The answer must be advertising, because it sure ain't the food or prices. If you want a footlong sub, you're going to pay THIRTEEN+ bucks and that is just the sandwich, before combos, drinks, tax, whatever. If they were serving really big, premium subs, that might make some kind of sense, but that's just not the case. They make a big show of slicing the meats and cheeses in front of you, but it is still meager portions of regular deli stuff you would get at any other sub shop. And it's just the basics on the fixings. It's like Subway, but twice the price. You want killer subs, go find a Firehouse or Taste of Philly. read more

This was my first visit to this sub shop. I had the roast beef and provolone sub and it was delicious, fresh and very filling. The selection of subs was a pleasant surprise, I'm looking forward to trying more. The part of this experience, however, that made it a great experience instead of just a good experience, was the customer service I received. The person I was dining with had received a birthday coupon for a free sub and soda, which is why we decided to eat here. In addition to the free sub and drink, the young woman assisting us gave my friend a free cookie for his birthday. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with exceptional service. She took the time to tell us about the rewards program, but did not communicate it in a way that made me feel pressured to sign up. She even took the time to ask how our food was after we had started eating. Her genuine, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude took our dining experience from good to great.
