I ordered a Giant Cali-Club with extra bacon 3/8/2021 at 3:18pm via the Jersey Mike's app and picked up car side. I pulled up (I was early) and within a few minutes a very jovial and friendly employee walked out my sandwich. Upon arriving home and opening a very awesome looking sandwich, it was equally enjoyed as it was very yummy. You can't go wrong with the this sandwich.. I came in on 5/3/24 at 8:30pm there was a blonde & brunette working. I needed 4 sandwiches but the brunette stated she only had enough for 2 sandwiches. So I thought ok no worries they must have been busy. So as the brunette's done with making our sandwiches she begins to ring us up. Then the blonde looks at the brunette & says," ok I'm gonna start making my sandwich. Then the brunette say," yeah ok that's fine". Ok at this point I'm so confused cause I asked twice if there was bread both times it was told no where out, but yet you have some for you guys & I seen there where 2 breads on the counter. I get it they work & need to eat but your paying customers come first. Customers are the ones who keep us in the food industry employed & our doors open. I also work in the food industry if it was our last piece & I hadn't ate yet I would have given it to the customer because they keep me employed. So I didn't say anything i didn't want to come off rude or as a Karen. And as we're leaving another person walks in and says, "are you closed?" They say no, I think wait there's not bread how are you not closed. The blonde pulls out the other bread that was on the counter and say this is my only one. At this point I'm mind is blown I asked 2 times if there was ANY bread the brunette said no all off a sudden there's bread. At this point I'm over it very very poor service and will never be back EVER, there is many food options in our town and a lot of competition if you don't care to take care of your customers your business will suffer. I don't mind the lines every time I am there, but my last visit on 12.15.21 there was a African American associate that claims she was the manager for the evening. Never acknowledge me while waiting in line and then gets into an argument with an upset customer that was in front of me with his daughter because he was calling her out for being rude. Yes associate was patronizing the customer and kept saying you have a good night, once upset customer left this associate decided to talk about it in front of other customers stating that they were closing soon and he should realize that. We tried to contact the franchise multiple times and never got an answer. We escalated our issue to corporate, they notified us they do not deal with these issues and sent the issue to the local franchise. We still have heard nothing back. It is safe to say we will no longer be supporting this franchise at all. I understand mistakes happen, but this was more than a mistake. And on top of that none of our attempts to fix the problem have been answered. read more

I have ordered jersey mikes in Yucaipa a few times. It seems like if I order 1 sandwich it's yummy but anything more than that the quality is poor and the service is slow. I ordered a few sandwiches for a work lunch and the manager Dominic was rude when I went to pick them up and they weren't ready even though I said I was patient and I'd wait. I told him it's ok I'll try again to order for my business and recently ordered more sandwiches and they were made wrong and when I asked Dominic to just fix a few he was argumentative and said no. On June 13th, I placed an online order through the Jersey Mike's app for a #20 Pastrami Reuben and a #13 Original Italian, extra meat & cheese (order #01-000829-99-025985). The order was supposed to be ready at 1:42 p.m. Upon arriving at approximately 2:15 p.m., I was told the shop no longer carried pastrami. Not only was there no Pastrami Reuben, but they did not make the Original Italian. Nor did anyone from the restaurant attempt to contact me to see inform me they no longer carried pastrami or to see if I wanted another sandwich in its place. Since no items had been made, I elected to cancel my entire order and requested a refund. It took several days but the funds were returned to my debit card. However, on the same day I was charged the amount of the unmade and undelivered Italian. Essentially, Jersey Mike's Yucaipa has attempted to rip me off for $12.81. read more

Tried to order food off of their app through this store, and it was the worst experience ever. It also doesn't let me rate my order or experience on that app so, here I am on yelp. The food that did come was made wrong and covered in random chunks of lettuce like someone had sprinkled a handful into the bag. For the food that didn't show up. I was told they weren't able to send me my sandwich even though I paid for delivery, and they were unable to give me a refund for the sandwich I didn't have because they had no manager on duty. My only option was to come into the store and they could give me a sandwich. The entire reason I ordered delivery is because I can't go out right now. If I had known that they had no contingency plans for when they messed up someones delivery order, I wouldn't have ordered from them at all. Because it honestly feels like they took my money and we're like, 'wow that sucks, I'm really sorry we didn't make your sandwich, call back tomorrow to talk to our manager.' Also, the delivery driver tried to do a personal hand off which I didn't want in any way shape or form because I'm not supposed to come into contact any other people. This is the third time this has happened to us from this exact store, so I finally decided to write something about it. We ordered 10 subs at 12 noon to be picked up at 1. I arrived at the store at 1245 knowing I'd be waiting a bit. Our hot subs were already done and in the bag so I figured our cold ones were right behind. Nope. 45 minutes later our cold subs are finally done. Literally not 1 of the 10 subs we ordered were correct. And of course by now the hot subs were just as cold as the cold subs. This is my first time at the store. I ordered the vegetarian. I was horrified with their process. Four different people were cutting meat, frying meat, slapping it down on the counter, running my sandwich through the bacon oil, etc. I was sick. I did ask one lady to please change her gloves. She did. But none of the others did. Had to ask them to cut my sandwich with a clean knife because they were cutting all of the ham and bacon sandwiches with the same knife they were going to use on mine. If your hours say you close at 7 then you should stop making food at 7. It's very unacceptable that I walk in before 7 and I can not be helped. I have visited several Jersey mikes before and usually have exceptional service. But this location needs to be reevaluated. And Covid is not an excuse considering there was 3 employees standing talking and checking out a customer with their food. No reason that you can not help a paying customer. Since the pandemic this place has gone to crap. My last order was too horrible to even finish. The top of the sandwich was literally seeping grease with a flavor that stood out over everything except the black charred meat and veggies and hard crunch of the blackened bread on bottom. Every bite left me wondering if they've cleaned theirs grill at all this year. It was DISGUSTING. This used to be one of my favorite places here and now like many other places it has been destroyed by greedy owners who would rather let good staff & service go, subsequently understaffing stores with under paid, under trained employees before accepting any loss to their own revenue. The sandwich makers are rushed beyond belief when they are making sandwiches I ordered one managers special roast beef provolone. Cheese only on half. . For this Giant sub that costs 14.95 there were 7 pieces of meat from the dry butt end of the roast. Seriously WHERES THE BEEF??? Oh and 5 slices of tomato. This sub is a bread bomb. Can't figure out how this place is so busy?? 1 star because the employees are working hard but I am a franchise owner myself and I tell my employees to never sell anything they wouldn't want to eat. I've always enjoyed this place... but I don't have food allergies so I've never had to pay attention before. My fiancé however does, he noticed that they were using the same knife to cut everything, everything gets cut on the same rotary blade etc... that was concerning but when we got to our car, half way through the sandwich he realized that they had switched our breads and he got the cheese bread and he has a serious lactose allergy... so now he is really sick and I'm not happy about it. read more

Sweet. Glad to see a Jersey Mike's open up here in Yucaipa. There will no longer be a need to drive down to Redlands to get a fix. IMO, Jersey Mike's is in the top tier of quick service sandwich chain restaurants. They do not used processed meats and their ingredients feel to be of a higher quality. It's not a create-your-own type place like Which Wich, but I still think JM overall is a little superior. They offer hot and cold sandwiches, salads, chips, drinks, cookies, etc. which is the norm and sandwich shops. When ordering their cold subs you have the option of going "Mike's Way" which is simply adding the majority of the rabbit filler plus dressing like oil. Subs come in mostly three sizes: Mini (5"), Regular (7"), or Large (14-15"). U can even choose to make any sub into a wrap if u prefer. I have tried both the #9 and #12 and they were very tasty. Bread, meat, and rabbit filler were all good. This location is still new and they do not have signs posted regarding the Managers Special, but if u ask for this deal they will honor it. If u sign up for their email club you'll receive news and offers throughout the year plus a coupon for a free regular sub and drink to use on your birthday. So far great customer service here. I went during the afternoon on their opening day and they were hopping w/ all hands on deck but none of the employees seemed stressed or flustered and everyone had a smile on their face and interacted w/ the guests. If they keep up their great service and quality food this place will give other local sandwich shops a run for their money. read more

I asked the cashier for assistance and he told me to order at the other side of the counter. I stood there another 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, so I left. My first stop at this Jersey Mike's location and the first time ordering a Philly cheesesteak.....The sandwich was just so-so, but had way too many peppers on it that tasted more like pickles than peppers. Also the roll is far inferior to the FAB ones used at Philly's Best. Why can't this chain splurge for the SAME rolls as Philly's Best, as they are by far the best in the industry, with Fireman's subs in second place? Other issues: 1. No cheese whiz for the sub. 2. No ketchup. Girl told me" we don't server burgers here." But what if I wanted a little bit for one of my sandwiches? 3. No choice of breads....at least no one bothered to ask me. 4. Same goes for toppings on my sub.... 5. Despite that fact that there were 3 workers there with only 1 other person inside, I got NO departure greeting. How about "Thank you for coming; please come again." 6. No one bothered to ask me IF I liked my sub. Do they assume it is perfect each time? 7. Girl taking my ordered was just mumbling in a low tone of voice that I could barely hear and seemed really bored with her job. Never come to this location!! Horrible service! The kids that were working today had horrible customer service, they were all talking bad about me right in front of me because they misheard my order. I was treated with such disrespect. There was no manager present and this is CLEARLY not a business run for costumers. I would not recommend this location to anyone it felt as if I was an inconvenience to them as they were treating me like a child. A customer service seminar is much needed. I would weigh every few subs that I sliced. This place I didn't think to ask about you weighing my sub. This specific store is the actual worst one I have ever gone too. And it's such a shame, since we live closer to this one, but I'd rather drive one city over and know that my food will be done correctly and on time. Today, I ordered 4 sandwiches. 3 had only meat and cheese. They always run late, so I came in 10 minutes later than when the food was expected to be finished, and they hadn't even started making the sandwiches. Meanwhile, I've counted 6 people working. They're laughing and carrying on with the other customers, while knowing I'm here and waiting for my $50 order to be even started. They had only two other customers in there. Further, I stated I wanted all sandwiches dry. They put mustard on one of them. No idea why?? However, I'm allergic, and when I mentioned that I didn't want mustard, she merely tried to scrap it off. You can't do that when someone is allergic, guys. There were zero apologies made for my having to wait an extra 20 minutes after the food was promised. Or for the mistakes made to the sandwiches. I have always ordered my subs from Jersey Mike's on Yucaipa boulevard but the last couple of times I've been there I really was disappointed today I got a sandwich it was so Soaked with the juice from the peppetinis I was very disappointed way too much onion the whole sandwich was just not what I normally get and I always order the number 8 it was supposed to have bacon there was only one little piece of bacon on it it was just not a very good sandwich it probably will be a while before I go back to that location And the bottom of my sandwich I was unable to eat because it was soaked in some kind of juice I'm guessing from the peppers read more

I went to the Yucaipa location as it usually is much better than the Beaumont location . One employee was making 4 large subs and there was 2 people in front of me... mid afternoon. The employee was not only making sandwiches he was ringing up and talking to his mom and brother. After a considerable time another 2 employees came out to help. The girl asked my order ...3 times and when I said extra cheese she said it would be extra. No problem ...I always pay for extra cheese. But yep you are right...no extra cheese. Maybe if the music wasn't so loud they wouldn't have to ask so many times how I wanted my sandwich. I told the girl making my sandwich, lettuce, onions and Mayo. Reg vinegar, lite oil. She starts putting oil and after 3 shakes I say that's good and she kept shaking that oil. 8 shakes and me getting very perturbed saying that's enough she finally stopped and then picked up the Italian seasoning... I said no seasonings and she asked me twice whether I wanted seasonings. She was then very rude to me as she went to make another customers sandwich and then stopped in the middle to ring me up??? By the time I got home my sandwich was drenched in oil. The bread was so soggy it made me gag. Maybe you should consider spraying the oil in instead of shaking the bottle. A lot comes out when you shake it and 8 shakes is alot of oil on a single piece of bread. This shouldn't be such a difficult job...especially if people just listen or maybe they should only ask 1or 2 questions at a time if they have a memory problem. Or maybe turn the damn music down so you can hear the customer especially when you have to talk between a glass counter. Every Jersey Mikes is the same. They don't remember what you order and you're right in front of them. Getting to the point it's to much to go to Jersey Mikes and get what you order. But the oil is a deal breaker for me. It makes the sandwich to have both oil and vinegar but please use the proper amount ...not drench the bread to the point you can't even hold the bread it's so soggy, the paper is soaked in it and you can't touch anything because your hands have oil all over them when you try to eat your soggy bread. When someone says light oil please put a little bit and then ask if that's ok. Not drench it with 8 shakes of the bottle!!!! 9/8/21 I visited Jersey Mikes today walking into a building hotter than outside. The employees all looked sick and overwhelmed with orders. I glanced over at the thermostat to see it was at 92 degrees. Can't believe that the owner would allow the businesses to remain open in those conditions. I got the chicken ranch sandwich. The bread was waaaay too soggy because the bread can't handle the moisture of the sandwich. The chicken was grizzly and grey and gross. The cheese was so overwhelming that you could even enjoy the blt ingredients on it. My husband got the big kahuna and it was way too over powered with cheese flavor. I love cheesy sandwiches but that was actually too much for me- which I don't think I've ever said in my life! The bread was soggy on his too, we each could even finish our last few bites because it was so soggy. For over $9 and $15, I expect a much better sandwich. Will not be going back. read more
