We booked Jess for our fall family photos. We booked the mini session. However she went above and beyond to take more photos and needed to include different poses and such. My son was a but shy and she was very calm and sweet. She even had a little prize box for my son to choose from at the end of our session. So amazing in fact we hired her again to do our new born pictures. Jess was such a pleasure to work with!! I booked a mini session for my maternity photos and she went above and beyond. Communication was excellent. She was always quick to respond to my e-mails. On the day of the shoot, I was nervous because of COVID but she arrived early, wore a mask, and took a lot more photos than what was included in my mini session. The photos she took were amazing!! In the end, she delivered more than double the amount of photos we paid for. She even offered to photoshop my tan line due to my apple watch haha Jess is AMAZING and so talented!!! We did a maternity photo shoot with Jess and had the best experience ever. My husband isn't one for photo shoots but she made us feel so comfortable. She has music to make it more relaxing and provides the best direction and feedback. My husband came from golf and didn't have hair gel but she had some in her backpack for backup! Jess is amazing!! It took me a year to write this review and I feel horrible for that but she truly is amazing. Me and my husband are not very comfortable in front of the camera and she made our newborn photos amazing! Did a photo shoot with Jess for my baby's milestone and listing facts. -we felt so rushed as she mentioned that we 'jammed' too much in the session. As a photographer, you advise what is allowed regarding timing right?? -she advised pictures would arrive in 2 weeks but we did not receive them until almost 3 weeks and had to follow up -she showed no preview pictures on camera during shoot so we could see if any quick changes needed to be made. -she then basically asked for a 'please and thank you' after we asked if some editing could be done. Jess was so awesome to work with! Very easy to communicate with and incredibly flexible. It rained the morning of our shoot and she was totally open to rescheduling if we wanted but we decided we'd play it by ear and she was overwhelmingly positive about everything - she even arrived early! We did a family shoot at a beach and I wanted to be sure our dog was included and she was able to work with us to get him in a couple of shots. Jess was so great during our session - she even had the cutest dinosaur for her camera to grab our baby girl's attention! She knows the location well and brought a blanket that complimented us. I can't say enough great things about Jess and the photos she took for my family. From the start she communicated throughly with me and really helped me prepare for the shoot. She has so much information available about each location she offers, outfit ideas, and photo shoot tips.
