What a gem. We found this place on the way out of Orlando and were pleasantly surprised. From the…read moremoment we walked in, to the recommendations on what to order, to chatting about what we'll try next time, the staff was wonderful. We arrived just before noon and were able to grab a table inside, though the patio looked like a fun option as well. I went with the brisket bánh mì, the Mrs. had the papa rellena, and our son chose the traditional eggs and bacon. Each meal was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and portioned just right. This is definitely a stop we'll add to the list the next time we're passing through.

It was a Saturday, and had a brunch menu, but I opted for a regular lunch. Ample seating outside and inside. The service was a bit slow, and food took quite some time, but I feel like thats a hit or miss with all restaurants, and could just be that one time. The menu itself has some really great options so it was hard to choose. I ended up ordering the clam chowder. It had a really nice flavor and really enjoyed it, not too many clams though. For my entree I ordered the bulgogi bahn mi.... And I get it "salted" is part of the name of this restaurant, but it was so so salty, almost inedible salty-. Overall really cute restaurant, vibe and concept, but I'd definitely order something else if I ever went back.

What an absolutely fantastic, surprising find in the heart of downtown old historic Sanford. " Make…read more2nd your 1st choice," is the perfect slogan! In town on a work trip, my husband, and I decided to try this place out! What a wonderful surprise! From the moment you walked in the eclectic, industrial, modernized, warm, cozy feel welcomes you in. Our server was friendly and attentive, and we knew right away that this place was a find! A wonderful happy hour menu, led us to a full menu of what felt like a farm to table experience. I sadly didn't get to snap a photo of the excellent appetizer buratta, but it was a perfect blend of balsamic tomato and creamy cheese! I am a true foodie, and this was hands-down the best burger I've ever eaten. My husband absolutely loved his shrimp and grits, perfectly cooked and well balanced flavor. Well, I know everyone recommends the chocolate cake, I can't rave enough about the crème brûlée. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to enjoy a " private chef experience" meal! You will be glad you did!

My husband had the Bean, kale soup which he said is probably the best soup he's ever eaten! Everything was Amazing 5+ stars on the food. The service was pretty good. The restaurant is nicely decorated but the acoustics were horrible. It WAS SO LOUD that it made the dining experience suffer greatly. We sat upfront to avoid the noise but could barely hear one another across the table. But again the food was wonderful. Not a single dish disappointed. Many, many complements to the chef and his staff.

It was a little pricey for what it was worth at full price. There was plenty of seating and the decor was nice walking in. They had a great selection of beers and drinks and although it was after 6pm, the happy hour menu looked strong! We settled for a glass of wine, old fashioned, and a beer on draft. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks although things didn't seem to have picked up yet. The service was consistently a little slow throughout the night after that, probably due to the crowd. Our server recommended the Philly steak spring rolls. They were crispy but the inside was wet with hot oil and a little bland. I would not recommend this dish. We also ordered the Bavarian pretzel which was a classic soft pretzel, to be expected. The mustard it was served with was delicious. Lastly we also tried the buster burger which was a little soggy but the bacon jam was flavorful, a good addition. We appreciated the friendly service at Busters and hopeful to have a better experience next time we visit!
