You'll put the car in park, insert your credit card, select your wash and wait for the gate to lift so you can pull forward into the wash. Truly a modern marvel of efficiency. Nope. An employee will approach you before the kiosk. Ask what service you'd like and select it for you on his tablet. Then take your credit card. You say to yourself the kiosk must be malfunctioning. Double nope. Now he needs your phone number. At a car wash? Yep. Why? You'll never guess...so they can text you a code that you still have to stop at the kiosk to scan before you can enter the wash. I have the unlimited wash on 2 cars. Which I'm considering canceling for the following reason: pointless express lane!!!! The plate reader only works 50% of the time , when it doesn't work the employee has to come out and manually enter the license plate. I'm sure the ownership is aware of this but the issue hasn't been resolved for over a year... The overall wash is better than most of this type , however be aware your car WILL get scratched (not just swirls) and you'll need to get annual paint corrections at a detail shop if this bothers you. read more

I had a car wash at Jet Brite on February 16. Unfortunately, I found a big damage on my tire and small and large scratches on all my four wheel covers right after the car wash. After contacting their management office, I got no solution or any advice. For my car's safety reasons, I emailed them to cancel my membership in March, but they still charged me membership fee on the next day and they did that again for the following month. So I have to provide all the proofs for the bank to take my money back. This case made me feel unsafe for all the commercial car wash. I'm going to start this review by saying i've attempted several times to get this resolved by Jet Brite and jet brite staff no solution offered other then they will not pay for the damage the wash as caused and its up to me. I've been a member with jet bright for a while now and i've never had a problem until three weeks ago on 8/3/2023 @6pm i go to get a normal car wash and then in the middle of the wash one of the waving brushes nocks my driver side mirror lose i pull out of the wash and go to make a turn and notice its getting ready to fall off. I turn back around into the wash and report it they had me fill out a claim ask me for information make model of car miles copy of licnese and insurance they even take pictures of the damage and then tells me some one will contact me. The staff then says they've had this problem before and some time the person may not get contacted right away. So i waited a week past so i call with no return call then i wait another two weeks and finally to call again and leave and angery voicemail and then finally one of the staff calls me back just to tell me there is likely nothing they can do to fix the mirror and that they will contact there manger a MR Nick Dalesandro . Now mind you on jet brites website they have this statement highlighted: Jet Brite's Repair Policy: Should your vehicle suffer damage directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed, so long as the damage does not involve a prior condition of your vehicle or is caused by another customer's actions; we will provide you a reputable auto body shop to have an estimate prepared and for repair of your damage. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, Jet Brite reserves the right to reimburse you for the reasonable costs of your repairs. Which lets me know they have a process in place to get the damage the wash caused repaired so to me basically it was a manager decision not have my vehicle repaired. I asked him to look at the footage before my car went into the wash and when it came out you can see the damage was done in the wash and yet still he refuses to do the right thing and repair the damage. Now if i was told this right away before i started using the wash that this policy on Jet Brits web sight is at will i may have made a better decision to get my car washed else where. WASHERS be warned they do not stand by the Jet Brite Repair Policy listed on there site and they will not repair your vehicle if the wash damages it!!! Total Scam i only wish they could have done better by a long term customer they will be losing my membership and my families business for life. I had a fantastic experience at Jet Brite! They have $3 car washes that are just hard to beat. I gave this place a try because my suv was needed some serious washing after how the roads have been from the weather. This spot was popular as you could tell with the three lines of cars. Luckily, from about 15 cars away in my line, it only took about 10-15 minutes to get through the line. They even had a staff member handing out complimentary microfiber cloths to people in line for inside our car - how awesome is that?! I selected the classic $3 car wash because let's be real, more snow is probably on its way. They did have some nice upgrade options available and I'll probably get the wax option when the weather is nicer. All of the car lines were well organized and they had three machines that were so easy to use. They even had an associate at the beginning of where you enter for the actual wash helping to guide you on the tracks. Overall, I am really pleased with the experience and I'll definitely be back when I'm in this area again. Two thumbs up! read more

I went to this car wash just after 7 AM today. There was no line which was great. The problem happened at the end of wash when my car came out. I noticed the plastic piece on my driver side mirror was missing. I swing around towards the little office area by the vacuums to let the guy who waved you onto the conveyor to please stop the conveyor to make sure no one's car gets scratched because there's a plastic part from my mirror missing and I didn't want it damaging anyone's car. He hollered at me told me he will not stop the conveyor. If I have a problem go inside. I talk to someone inside they still did not stop the conveyor. Cars were still being pulled through. The guy came out with my plastic cover and just said here you go. When I asked how come you will not stop the conveyor to prevent any cars from getting damaged? He says oh no it won't damage anyone's car it just fall to the ground. He didn't even say he's sorry and will not fill out a damage report. They only care about money and not your car. Once they saw the damage going to the car wash no one came up to me and try to make the report I had to go asked them to make the report. Came here for a quick vacuum and wash. The side panel of my car popped off after my wash which I only noticed once I started driving and could hear it. I was not pleased, as when I went to tell someone about it I couldn't find a manager that worked there. Definitely, however, would recommend the free vacuuming. Whenever I need to clean my car you can't go wrong and there is no line for a spot. The vacuums are strong enough to pick up everything and long enough to get into every cranny. I love this idea. A three dollar car wash is the best deal you can get. I'll wash my car every week for three dollars. This car wash is great in every aspects the location, the price, and the quality. There's usually no long lines, although if it's the firs warm day in a stretch then you might see a line, but they go quick. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes. The best part that I love is the free vacuums. These are actually high power vacuums with long hoses. And you don't run out of time which is awesome. I once upgraded to the 6 dollar wash and it was not much noticeable difference so I will stay with the three dollar. The only thing is that it's tough to enter into the car wash. That being said, from what I've seen there are no services to clean the inside of your car except for using the free vacuums. I've gone here several times since it opened last year and have enjoyed every visit. I see a lot of other reviews on here saying the line is long or the employees are "awful," but I've honestly never experienced either of those things! My first visit here was their opening weekend, where they offered free washes for three days straight, and there was a bit of a line, but including the wait time, I think my experience lasted a whole 10 minutes. The prices are extremely fair, which is why I'm sure during peak hours there are long lines, but my advice if you don't fancy long lines is to visit after 8pm or during the day, if possible. The staff -- who you really don't interact with much, anyway, since it's a car wash -- have been helpful when they've needed to be, from what I can see. For example, today I pulled in and saw there was a little backup because one car didn't pull into the wash, and a staff member came out and just waved the other car around. They've always been kind, even when I forgot to put my car in neutral one of the 5-8 times I've been here. If you want a quick in-and-out experience at a fair price, I'd recommend Jet Brite. It stinks that there are so many negative reviews, but I've honestly never experienced anything less than what I expected, so I don't think it'd hurt to give it a try! read more

The worker guy tells my mom to puts the car in neutral, which my mom does and then my mom turns to her right to talk to my sister and then 10 seconds later the guy pounds on my mom's window and tells her to lower it and yells "Are you trying to kill me". My mom was confused because the car was in neutral and normally the rollers push the car from there. However, the guy then used explicit language towards my mother and my mom rightfully tells him to "shut up". Even if this was my mom's fault, that dude was really rude. My sister called the car wash to speak to a manager or owner to tell them what happened but no one picked up. My family won't be returning here and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Jet Brite gives an amazing exterior wash for only $3, and that is my go-to. I did treat myself to the top-shelf exterior wash once, but in my opinion, it wasn't necessary. I believe that outside of a good undercarriage blast, most options are gratuitous. Try to avoid the rush on sunny days, especially Saturdays. The car wash is decent, the membership price is fair, but the service and license plate reader is an absolute mess. I have a pick up truck with B plates. It always picked up the B, so I went to my online account, added the B, then it would never pick up the B. Having the option to have a windshield mount sticker would be great. Several times I had to wait 5+ minutes for an attendant to come help, and also had to call the office several times because me sitting there and honking my horn trying to get their attention just didnt seem to work.
