Delayed bags: 40 minutes to get your bag.
    Luis R P.

Delayed and cancelled flights. JetBlue is in a state of disarray and cannot guarantee the flight you are purchasing is the flight you will get. They will reschedule you through unreasonably long connections where you will have to deal with (yeah, you guessed it!) more delayed flights. Once I got to my destination, my bag took 50 minutes to come to the carrousel.

Unbelievably racist and discriminate of stuff. They removed me and my brother-in-law from a plane for absolutely no reason other than I was still under the influence of a nighttime medication early in the morning at 8 AM flight. We have boarded the plane I had my EarPods and close my eyes going to sleep the only thing that happened I said hello to the stewardess that was seating us and she didn't " feel comfortable" with me, pronouncing her name or something. The only thing I've done is say thank you to her!!!!! I can't believe that this actually can happen in America. There was a zero reason for them to do such a thing. There was absolutely no issues and they didn't explain what happened. Do you have a guy came up to our rove and told us to wait for the next airplane without any explanation. Sure we didn't start a fired after questioning what and why without an answer with it came off the plane, but instead of waiting, we canceled our flight.. JetBlue-NEVER AG AGAIN!!!

I splurged and flew Mint class today from JFK to SAN and it was awesome!! The flight attendants were so sweet and cheerful . The male flight attendant was wearing too much cologne so that definitely needs to be addressed however the Mint class experience made up for it. The seats are comfy and there is even a massage feature so I was stoked!! The good was pretty decent. I had cod and it was surprisingly good! I will gladly pay extra every time I can from now on!! Great job, JetBlue!

San Diego to Boston direct flight. Ample kiosks and staff to assist. Plane left on time. A little turbulence was like a bump in the road. Just turn up the the volume on the screen. Snacks and drinks were fine. Nice clean plane on the outside. Inside cabin looked liked the million people it's serviced. It did not look like the website with modern trendy hip vibrancy. No, it looked like a well used baseball mit. But whatever got to Boston in time for fireworks. Boston back to San Diego. No entertainment was available. We got extra snacks instead. It's fine. My row bonded like crazy. I think we laughed 4 hours out of the 5 hours it took to get back. That's better than mechanical issue or a delay. Got to San Diego back on time. My experience was ok. Nothing below average and nothing above. Mel M Yelp 17:126

I became a "TrueBlue" member because I love the service of Jetblue going in and out of Boston. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for and internet on the plane? I'm down! Some of the aircraft even has charging for your laptops and phones. There are no "first class" just more legroom, which I think is cool. The regular seat has plenty of space. Oh and they give out snacks with your drinks. Whenever I fly to Boston, I make sure I fly with JetBlue.

In my ten years of very frequent travel, I have NEVER been treated more poorly in my entire life by an airline. I used to love JetBlue and in past, had great experiences. However "times have changed" is what I was told today at the gate. I am getting married next week and have a wedding in Boston this weekend prior to our big day. When I arrived to the airport, I was made aware of the recent "bag policy change" and apparently our ticket includes ZERO carry one and ZERO checked (which I wasn't surprised about check... I had already bought 2 additional bags for $45 knowing, but carry on????? Seriously?). The guy at the counter was completely rude, my fiancé was forced to check his bag with my wedding dress + wedding suit that was his carry on. I was told I would not be allowed to "carry on" my best friends wedding gift (wicker basket picnic set... super cute and obviously very delicate, could not be checked or it'd be ruined) which was originally what I thought would be my "carry on" item, however, I was told unless I paid to upgrade my seat $125 or check for $65. I said no, I am going to talk to the gate agent. BAD CHOICE all together. Wendy and her male counter part at noon, Thursday 9/30, terminal 1, gate 15 were truly awful. Before even explaining the situation, the answer was NO and I was forced to upgrade my ticket for $125, no questions asked, sitting away from my fiancé, in order to place a WEDDING GIFT smaller than any other "carry-on" in the overhead bin space. They're response "policy is policy". WOW!! Coming from someone who works in customer service and flys weekly... I am appalled at the lack of empathy let alone active listening and problem solving your employees exhibited this afternoon. I even waited 20 minutes before writing this to see if I felt any different... To top it off, we board and the flight is EMPTY. Nice work JetBlue... good to know where your priorities land. Hope you are now aware of how your airline is represented here in San Diego. PS. Neither me nor my fiancé's TSA # would populate on our boarding pass. Counter couldn't figure it out. Sincerely, TrueBlue member that has never written one bad review before.

--Everything was on time, easy boarding, easy exit, no frills and no fuss!--…read more This is my third flight on Spirit. I previously flew Southwest, but their prices have been getting more ridiculous so I finally tried out Spirit, in 2025. I am now a fan! I have flown one other budget airline (in Europe) before, which left a super bad taste in my mouth, so I was hesitant to fly another budget airline. Flying from socal to norcal (flight time: 1 hour 6 minutes) for $30, I wasn't really expecting much, just that it got me there on time in one piece. I expected them to nickle and dime me and measure my luggage, but none of that happened! The personal item size allowance in America (18x14x8) is way more generous than in Europe. My giant tote bag easily fit in the designated box. I didn't see them try to give anyone a hard time about luggage size at all. What surprised me the most was the flight itself. Planing and deplaning was easier because most people didn't have carry-ons. There were also no snacks (unless you bought some from them), so there was hardly any trash and the seats were way cleaner. Sure the seats don't recline and aren't as cushiony, but it's totally negligible for my short flights. I'm short so the legroom was plenty for me. Not really sure how they make profit charging $30 a flight (during off peak hours), with $20 of it going to airport/government fees, but nonetheless I enjoyed 3/3 of my flights with Spirit!

The flight was booked, and unfortunately my daughter could not make the trip due to work reasons. So, I had to cancel which was done early on, abiding by American Airlines cancellation policy, but they issued a flight credit instead of a refund . I was on the phone with them going back and forth trying to make them be accountable for their own legal travel guidelines, and I was on the phone with various representatives who loved to tell me they can help and issue the refund, but they never did refund me! I could have complained to my bank, but they took out all the mental energy in my system that I just let it go! I was on the phone with them trying to get the refund about four different occasions (each representative) assuring me they could help, and some could not, that I gave up the fight to preserve my mental health. Why did they not follow their own travel (legal) guidelines)? They can get in trouble if they continue to not abide by their own legal travel guidelines. I was already taking time to prepare for this important trip and did not need added anxiety and stress on my plate. How many times does a customer need to be on the phone to get successful and satisfactory results? It should take one phone call to do that. Due to this inability to refund my money, and not abiding by their legal guidelines, even having their own customer service representatives on the phone telling you don't worry we will get you a refund, and it never happened. That is a real problem! The flight itself was smooth with no complications, but it needed to be effortless with my entire experience! In the future, I might fly Delta. Hopefully, American Airlines will take steps to improve in the areas that need attention to regain the trust of their travelers.

Never doing any business with American Airlines again!…read more I purchased tickets to Japan from AA, with the flight operated by Japan Airlines AA's email states: "If your flight is operated by a partner airline, see the other airline's website for carry-on and checked bag policies." Japan airline states "2 free checked bags" But they charged me extra fees for every checked bag I had, stating it was AA's decision. Both airlines had no idea what the policy was and they had to call each other to figure it out for 30 minutes. If I don't sign for the extra charges, my luggage doesn't go on the flight. The service being sold had very unclear terms and they have denied the dispute, stating I knew what I signed up for initially, and that I had signed for the charges at the airport. Total Catch-22 THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM 0/5 stars. Fool me once shame on me. But I won't let them fool me or anyone else twice. (Prior to purchasing, I even looked up what other customers had to say about baggage policies on codeshare flights, and they all say it follows the operating airline. Which AA is denying)

Despite using the kiosk to print out our tags ourselves, we still had to wait in a long line to have them weigh our luggage and check our IDs, easily remedied by having at least one more staff. The first class staff did call us over once she was through with her line but I really thought a second economy staff was needed, especially since half the passengers were waiting to check in until they reached the front of the line, old school style, so that the guy had to print out their tags for them and their boarding passes... The customer service team assists travelers with managing existing bookings, updating itineraries, exploring alternative travel options, and addressing questions throughout the travel process. As an Emerald member with the one world alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this United Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking United Airlines for a similar trip in the Future.
