5 stars isn't enough. We had a major water softener failure that sent resin throughout our home's plumbing system, and Jet Pipe Plumbing absolutely saved the day. Their team was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and services JetPipe provided. I had a leaky pipe in the crawl space during the raining holiday season . The other plumber came by twice saying there was water accumulated on the ground and he could not approach the leakage. So my house was out of water for four days because I had to shot off the water to prevent flooding. Max, the technician for JetPipe came by the next day upon my request. He checked on the issue and got it fixed all by himself within two hours. He even helped me vacuum the water out. It feels good to have the hot water back on and have my normal life back. Our water heater was out. We called JetPipe Plumbing and they send a technician Stephan coming the next day. I originally thought we had to replace the heater (8+ years old). Stephan was awesome! He was patiently examine the water heater, diagnosed it to be a panel issue, helped us to reset the panel and recommended we don't need a new replacement. It's been already two weeks after the visit and the water heater works great until now. The visit was completely free. I couldn't thank them more for the great service and professionalism. Had JetPipe Plumbing install an Aquasana whole house filter, conditioner, and UV system recently, and Shtetfan and his crew did a great job. They were polite and professional. Everything's been working smoothly since the install a month ago with no issues. They're an up-and-coming business which I love to support and they proved to be super accommodating. They listened to my suggestions and worked with me to make the most efficient use of the space I had available, which I really appreciated. They made a couple trips to get the right fittings and were without much hassle. Pricing was very reasonable and within my expectation -- they were the first one that responded to my request and beat all the other quotes I got. Above and beyond! My old garbage disposal started leaking. Not only JetPipe gave very attractive quotes for the replacement work, they even offered to pick up a new garbage disposal of my choosing at the store. I contacted JetPipe Plumbing to repair a broken outdoor water pipe underground in late afternoon on Dec 30, 2025. The dispatcher Sam was very helpful and was able to set up an appointment for that afternoon. He was very professional and communicative, giving me period report of the technician's arrival time until the technician Aibek arrived. Aibek was very professional too. He explained to me the way JetPipe charges for the job. He went to work immediately under spot lights because it got dark. After he stopped the leak, he cleaned up the area before he left. Sam called me again to ensure that the leak was stopped. I would rely on JetPipe to repair any future water pipe issues in my house. read more

For a few days, I heard water constantly running inside my walls. SJ Water confirmed there was continuous usage for over 48 hours, so I knew there had to be a leak. After reaching out on Yelp, Sam from JetPipe responded immediately and had Max out within three hours. Max quickly found the leak in a pipe running into my concrete slab. Instead of digging through the slab, he was able to cap the leak and reroute the pipe, saving me a lot of time and money. Had an old defective gate valve to the main water line that needed to be replaced. Water pressure had been diminished throughout the house. The response was fast. JetPipe sent out a technician for a free estimate the next day. My assigned technician was Nick; he was very nice, knowledgeable, and fully prepared. He walked me through what needed to be done and offered a fair price, and we agreed to have it completed on the same day and it took no longer than an hour. I was looking for some help to clean the clogged sewer line in late afternoon, and was either rejected or quoted extremely high price citing after hours. Sam in the office was very helpful to check availability of their technicians. Despite initial unavailability, he called back to let me know that a technician became available, provided a quote that was very reasonable, and made it clear that they only charge if the work is successfully completed. The technician Nick was very professional and polite. He calmly assessed the situation, had the sewer line cleaned out smoothly. He cleaned up the site, and let me know that they also have a one month warranty on the job. I was very pleased with the work. Wow! Amazing business and 5 star service. The staff are very patient and kind, and a job done by David, I could not emphasize how well it was completed. They installed a new sink, dishwasher, and all of the plumbing - and they beat 12 other competitors prices, and did not try to upcharge. It was so pleasant and they worked late to get the job done. Very thrilled with their professionalism and David's craftsmanship. The amount of work required, another company was quoting $500 more. 5 stars and I will say it again, 5 stars!!!! Very important that fellow yelpers only hire this company. I had a 60-year-old shower valve that was dripping and sought quotes from four plumbers to either repair or replace it. JetPipe Plumbing's quote was the second lowest and still much lower than the two highest quotes. I chose JetPipe based on their Yelp reviews and my own impression of their professionalism and thoroughness when they came to give the estimate. I also wanted to install grab/safety bars in the bathtub. While the other plumbers suggested I contact a handyman for that, JetPipe installed them for $99. I purchased the safety bars on Amazon for $39. I am extremely satisfied with JetPipe Plumbing, and they will be my first choice the next time I have a plumbing issue. read more

My water heater was 14 years old and barely heating the water--showers would often turn cold after just a few minutes. JetPipe Plumbing gave me the best price to install a new Bradford White water heater and an expansion tank. Since they are a local Sunnyvale company, they easily handled the entire permit application process with the city for me. The installation took less than 5 hours, and JetPipe also helped schedule the city inspection. The whole process was incredibly smooth. The issue fixed for me was an underground pipe leakage in the backyard. Water has been seeping out, so soil appears wet with some amount of water accumulated on walk-pavement. At start, I asked for a free estimate. 2 guys came, checked, and started digging. They dug a huge hole and eventually found the pipe underneath the concrete (not just in soil). I was so moved by their tremendous diagnostic efforts that I agreed with the charge to finish the job. It took them hours to fix the issue (which isn't an easy one), and they did great detailed work. Their boss just followed up to see if everything is okay. I would definitely recommend them to friends/neighborrs. read more

This review is a long time coming. My kitchen sink backed up, so I gave them a call. Nick (i think) showed up on time and started to investigate the issue. He spend a lot of time trying to figure out the issue and narrowed it down to a stoppage in the pipes in the crawl space. I have iron pipes so usually slow drain wasn't a surprise for me but this time something/somewhere got stuck so water won't go away , it was nightmare, couple companies came and weren't able to fix it , then I requested Jetpipe take a look on it , since I don't want break my concrete subfloor and increase the cost, hopefully they were able to clean it without damaging anything. So if I would rate how fast he responded I would give 5 stars, for the job I would say he did quite ok according to the circumstances that he had to deal with, but behavior and communication is a total fail and needs a lot of improvement. I emailed them at 11pm the night of the problem and they…read morefollowed up IMMEDIATELY to say they'd send someone out by 11am the next morning. 5 stars for Mario the excellent gentleman who came in and quickly assessed the situation of the shower cartridge leak and gave a repair solution which was smart and reasonably priced. He DID NOT try to upsell me on anything at all. I instead asked him about what it would take to do a full removal of current outdated hardware and do a more in depth repair. He gave me the estimate on that as well and it we agreed to it. He said they'd come as soon as possible to do that repair hopefully by the next day but if not, 2 days later. It was not a crucial repair so that was OK but there was water dripping to the rate of at least a bucket or more per day so I asked if possible please expedite. They did expedite and came back the next day. 5 stars for Angel who came the next day and did a smash up job. probably took around 5 hours that day. Angel was a gentleman and scholar. He let us peek in at his work all day long with grace and answers for everything we asked and plenty of pictures of work to boot. Angel identified some old piping that was never removed when a previous business installed copper piping. the old piping metal pipe (like galvanized steel) directly touches a new copper pipe in the presence of moisture, galvanic corrosion (electrolysis) occurs. This chemical reaction will corrode the less noble metal (the old iron/steel) and cause the new copper pipe to form pinhole leaks within a few years. He suggested we set up a complimentary review of how much of the old galvanized was left by a crawl under the house. This was performed today and they found the old galvanized leftovers in addition to some leaking galvanized under the tub. Francisco just came out today and looked at the old stuff under the house and gave us some excellent advice on next moves! more reviews to come! Thank you Plumbtree!

My storm drain line with 6 holes have been clogged. After every storm the water flooded out the…read moredrain hole for 10-12 hours. A couple of weeks ago, i called Daniel to come for assessment and quote. He said for $1,100.00 with his commercial water jets and experiences he would confidently unclog all the holes AND do camera inspection to locate all the T sections where he suspected where clogging problem was so the next job would be installing cleanouts to facilitate the unclogging process. During this initial assessment i told him i know where the first two holes connecting to the main storm drain line but glueless where the rest of drain holes are connected to . That was why a camera inspection is needed and Daniel agreed to do it after clearing All the drain holes. The agreement was clear and understood by both of us so i did not bother to ask for written agreement (but did voice recorded). Danirk sent two guys the next day starting around 8:30am and told me by noon the entire job would finish. Two guys were working hard but by 1:00pm no progress made. The first two holes close the main drain line were still not clear! I felt for the guys and bought two big super buritoes and drinks for lunch as courtesy. Daniel them came by to help and was able to clear the clogging for the first two holes by 2-3:00pm. That was good news but the only one unfortunateky. I then encouraged Daniel that if they complete the job by unclogging the rest of drain holes and do camera inspection to locate T sections (dont have to clear it) i would pay him extra as courtesy. They did try hard still 5:00pm but were unable to unclog the rest of drainholes. Daniel did try to run the camera but gave it up around 6:30pm due to water and sud in the pipe. So Daniel told me he nees to stop today but promised to come back and run the camera per agreement and also to find out why water jetting did not work when everything is dry. But he wanted me to pay 1,100.00 now. I completely trust him andp did pay him 1,100.00 in cash. It turned out a big mistake! A week later i texted him to see if he could come back just for camera inspection , and i did not even require him to unclog the rest of holes per original agreement. He declined and said that he spent too much money for guyrs he hired , blamed that the rest of drain holes might not connect to exit drain line at all so i could not do it, and for video inspection would cost extra 300-400.00!!! I tried to remind him about original agreement and his promise that he would come back to finish camera inspection but he doubledowned his lie and trick by blaming me that i lied and tricked him instead. 3 'professional plumber' took 10 hours to unclog only two holes closest to the main drain line!!! then dishonor the agreement and blantantly played like a victim! 1,100.00 is nothing to me but i will pursue legitation against this guy as i do have surprise proof!
