I was looking for some help to clean the clogged sewer line in late afternoon, and was either rejected or quoted extremely high price citing after hours. Sam in the office was very helpful to check availability of their technicians. Despite initial unavailability, he called back to let me know that a technician became available, provided a quote that was very reasonable, and made it clear that they only charge if the work is successfully completed. The technician Nick was very professional and polite. He calmly assessed the situation, had the sewer line cleaned out smoothly. He cleaned up the site, and let me know that they also have a one month warranty on the job. I was very pleased with the work. Wow! Amazing business and 5 star service. The staff are very patient and kind, and a job done by David, I could not emphasize how well it was completed. They installed a new sink, dishwasher, and all of the plumbing - and they beat 12 other competitors prices, and did not try to upcharge. It was so pleasant and they worked late to get the job done. Very thrilled with their professionalism and David's craftsmanship. The amount of work required, another company was quoting $500 more. 5 stars and I will say it again, 5 stars!!!! I had a 60-year-old shower valve that was dripping and sought quotes from four plumbers to either repair or replace it. JetPipe Plumbing's quote was the second lowest and still much lower than the two highest quotes. I chose JetPipe based on their Yelp reviews and my own impression of their professionalism and thoroughness when they came to give the estimate. I also wanted to install grab/safety bars in the bathtub. While the other plumbers suggested I contact a handyman for that, JetPipe installed them for $99. The issue fixed for me was an underground pipe leakage in the backyard. Water has been seeping out, so soil appears wet with some amount of water accumulated on walk-pavement. At start, I asked for a free estimate. 2 guys came, checked, and started digging. They dug a huge hole and eventually found the pipe underneath the concrete (not just in soil). I was so moved by their tremendous diagnostic efforts that I agreed with the charge to finish the job. It took them hours to fix the issue (which isn't an easy one), and they did great detailed work. I have iron pipes so usually slow drain wasn't a surprise for me but this time something/somewhere got stuck so water won't go away , it was nightmare, couple companies came and weren't able to fix it , then I requested Jetpipe take a look on it , since I don't want break my concrete subfloor and increase the cost, hopefully they were able to clean it without damaging anything. They worked fast! They were able to come same day, give me a quote, and complete the work in less than an hour. The 2 gentleman who came were very nice and were honest.
