Can't come back to Michigan without having Detroit-style pizza. I decided to get a pizza from here instead of buddies because I thought it would be a change, and all we needed was four slices. My mom lives less than two miles away , so I ordered on line and only had to wait a few minutes before I left. I only had a short wait once I arrived. I saw several single people come in to order a quick lunch of two slices of pizza and a soda for $6.00. That is a great deal for a quick lunch. I enjoyed the pizza, but I would've preferred it to be fresh mushrooms instead of canned mushrooms. Now that I know this Jet's is close by, I will definitely come back when I am home for Christmas. read more

It's a deep dish pizza that New Yorkers would hesitate to call a pizza, but it's tasty nonetheless. Being a national chain, the ordering experience and pickup process was comparable to any other chain. Plenty of parking, but the dining area feels like walking into a Domino's location. This store is our go-to for Jet's - most recent order was during the COVID-19 pandemic. Placed our order online which was easy and had contactless delivery to our home. Could not be easier. The delivery driver knocked on our door and headed on his way. Got ourselves a large bbq chicken pizza, turbo bread, and a bottle of ranch - because Jet's ranch is about 90% of the reason on why I crave Jet's. The ranch makes the pizza in my book. Everything arrived hot and fresh. The pizza was excellent with the depths of flavors and the crust had a good crunch. Good ratio of toppings. The turbo bread was cheesy goodness. Had a craving for some amazing pizza from Jet's because we haven't had it in a while. The deep dish Detroit-style square pizza is a family favorite, but we wanted to try something different. We had a hand-tossed round pepperoni pizza and some Triple Cheese Turbo Stix delivered. This location did a good job getting our order right and delivering it to our house in a timely manner. Their round pizzas are just as delicious as their squares. Same cheesy, saucy goodness we come to expect from Jet's. I love their sauce- you can actually taste the tomato and Italian seasonings unlike in some other pizzeria chains' sauces and they put lots of it on the pizza which I also love. The Triple Cheese Turbo Stix were bursting with cheesy, buttery, garlicky flavor. They also came with pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Great meal. Great delivery service. Ordered a large BBQ Chicken pizza, chicken parm sandwich and a 2 liter. Picked it up and got home only to realize they put bacon on the pizza when I asked for it without. Called back and without skipping a beat the manager said they'd not only get me a new pizza but deliver it as well. Quality management of a negative experience to turn it into a positive one. Staying down the street at the Extended Stay, so I decided to walk down and back. Pizza was steaming hot as I was walking... however, when I got there the order was not what was expected in taste and flavor. I was better off just walking the extra 3 blocks to go to Buddys Pizza across the way. Requested Detroit thin crust and received a hand-tossed round pizza...? Aside from the garlic crust the flavor of the pizza and wings was pretty ordinary. I will just spend the money for Buddy's Pizza. read more

Fav chain location by far! Customer service is always on point and courthouse. My orders have always been correct and the pick-up times are accurate. Their ranch sauce is to die-for. I always order the Aloha BBQ Ch or the Bold Pepp with Turbo Crust- classic item. The interior is clean which I really appreciate for chain restaurants. Blah.....yet again...JETS dissapoints.... Bland toppings and flavors... tastes..under-cooked....when the delivery gets to me, it looks like I need to pop it in the oven to finish cooking. I just ordered an extra large pizza with three toppings online. I ordered pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. When I got the pizza home the toppings were only on half of the pizza. Not the whole pizza, only half. I called back to complain and the manager said she was just doing what you're supposed to do. Somehow or other my online order stated that I only wanted on half the pizza which is ridiculous because I never selected half. Mgr blew me off without any compensation. I ordered my pizza online for pick-up with a pick up time of 3:45PM (Jet's Pizza MI#032 - Auburn Hills). I was there at approx 3:40PM and waited 20 minutes before I called and asked where was my pizza. I was talked to by someone inside that told me they only were doing curbside. Well how else could I pick this pizza up? Lobby closed (I knew that). The attendant hung up on me an brought my cold pizza out. I told him I was dissatisfied with the service and he immediately got smart with me and talked down to me and said they were only doing curbside and its a pandemic going on as he was yelling going in the door. I saw several employees going in and no one spoke of me waiting outside. Now I have pizza at home and only went there because I wanted to go to what WAS my favorite pizza place to help out. I made a big mistake and will never return to that Jets. This was horrible to go through this and I will make sure others know that this is a possibility at this Jets and NOT TO GO THERE. That goes for my work group at GM also. I am very disappointed in the Management on duty that day. read more

I am relatively new to MI (been here less than 12 months), moved here from NY State, so Jet's Pizza is new to me. I've had their pizza I would estimate about 5 times or so. I've had it ordered for different reasons at work and with my family a couple of other times. I have yet to have a decent slice from any of the locations, but this one was the worst. I ordered for pick up, showed up after 25 minutes when I was told 20 and waited another 15 minutes for the pizza to be done. I ordered their veggie special pizza and the middle of the pizza was raw, the dough uncooked. The outside crust was burned, and the veggies were uncooked and unappetizing. I will NOT be ordering from Jet's again, since Cottage Inn is closer and infinitely better. read more
