I absolutely love Detroit style pizza. I can't wait to order from Jets again. The crust is absolutely amazing.

After looking at the menu and a pop-up said "if you order via text, you get a 20% discount on your order", I placed my order. I ordered the gluten-free small pizza with "HALF CHEDDAR" cheese which means the other half is mozzarella cheese. If a pizza has 8 slices, that means "half of it" would be 4 slices. If a pizza has 6 slices, that means "half of it" would be 3 slices. Now that we got the math down pat, I'm trying to understand the pizza I picked up and why it had two end slices with cheddar cheese and the other four slices had mozzarella. First off, who ever heard of dividing a pizza in half with the END slices and then not topping off the correct amount of slices per proper math division. To top it off, the pizza was burnt, hard burnt crust, oh that was just so yummy, NOT. The icing on the cake was when I went to pick it up and the girl at the register out right LIED to me when I asked if the receipt sticking out of the box was my credit card receipt and she said "YES" and then I checked it as I was getting ready to walk out the door and low and behold it WASN'T. So I go back to the counter and tell her this is not my c/c receipt and that I want one. She attempted to get a receipt through the register, but had no idea what she was doing. She then went and asked the cooks and then went in the back to ask someone and then I had three employees all trying to figure out on the register how to get a receipt while my pizza was getting cold. The girl then tells me I will have a receipt in my email. Well, GUESS WHAT? It is 6 days later and NO C/C receipt ever came to my email or spam or trash. I can't stand LIARS on top of stupidity to not know how to split a pizza in half and PROPERLY top it with what the customer ordered, plus BURNING it to a crisp. Thank you for ruining my dinner. I will not be ordering from here again. read more

I left other reviews before but I feel that is time for a new one. Best pizza in the world but this time I want to talk about the customer service. I call every week for my large deep dish extra cheese green olives. I never need to finish my sentence because they know how I want my pizza. I never had a problem with them. Now the 10 points goes to IRA its a pleasure when he answer the phone he calls me by my name he knows what I want, when I come to pick up the pizza he always talk to me, ask how I'm doing we talk I take my pizza and I live with the perfect pizza. Just keeping it real here. This is a good pizza place, but not a great pizza place. It is similar to Little Caesar's another large Detroit-based pizza chain, but with higher-quality food and higher prices. The food is somewhere between the large chains (Domino's, Papa John's) and good local places like Dominic's and Nino's. From the glowing reviews you might think there pizza is the best thing since sliced bread--it isn't! It is good, but not great. The employees are friendly and the place is clean. I wish I could give them 0 stars. We ordered food and was told 30 mins to deliver. After an hour we call and they tell us "your food has been done, we just can't deliver it so we are going to call Uber to deliver it. It'll be there in 20 mins." 20 mins goes by and we call back. We are informed that our order is still sitting there and should be picked up soon. We told them to cancel the order bc by that time it was too late to keep waiting, and the food was sitting there for over an hour so we didn't even want it anymore. We tried this pizza joint for the first time tonight. First the lady behind the counter was very rude. We were trying to figure out what to order being that this was our first time here. She yelled "we close in 30 minutes". I really felt like walking out right then but the kids really wanted pizza. Secondly our pizza looked like it was places on its side and then handed to us. Man oh man, i was trying to find a good spot for pizza since i recently moved to Boca and I cannot recommend this place enough. I order from there frequently, the drivers are always very pleasant and they take good care of the orders when they are being delivered. The deep dish is amazing!!! Typical and consistent with other locations. Lots to chose from, mainly known for Sicilian style slices but there are tons of other options on the menu. The jetzee style subs are delicious! Quick, made fresh to order, tons of cheese melted to perfection. Spectacular lunch specials that will run you less than $7 and it's HUGE portions. read more

Last time I checked, a pizza joint in the Boca area is not quite a needle in a haystack, especially if you are willing to pay a fare above that of the throwaways from the likes of Domino's and Lil' Caesar's. Therefore, with most other factors being equal among all the worthy purveyors of tasty pies, why would anyone bother with an outlet that does not display a smidgen of appreciation to its customers? I thought so. My (definitely) last visit to Jet's Glades location ended when their super-sized super-surly female employee with a permanent scowl disdainfully brushed me off at the cash register. Nothing like a sunny attitude to go with your order - to show exactly what we think of you (once you paid). Fighting a strong temptation to immediately cancel and ask for your money back, you silently leave instead, vowing never to return. read more

Stopped by recently to pick up their "special" value - two large pies with a single topping. Upon receiving the order, I asked for some condiments to go: Parmesan cheese and red pepper in small paper packets. An obese woman at the counter completely ignored my request; I asked again, she turned around and walked away. I tried to get somebody's attention - to no avail. When finally the woman returned to the front , I repeated my request. Without looking at me, she grudgingly put ONE packet on the counter. I thought it was a joke, but by then I was actually sensing some hostility...Eventually I was awarded three (!) tiny cheese packets - for ordering over twenty dollars' worth of food... I sure hope that generosity will not push the joint into a receivership. Why do I need this aggravation from the disdainful employees whose rent I helped to pay practically every week by buying their product? And where was the indifferent manager/owner? This could not have been an isolated case. The incident totally changed my perception of this place. No reason for me to return - there is plenty of fish (pizza stores) in the ocean. read more

Good pizza, but not blown away by this place. It IS a decent option for carry out pizza in West Boca. Definitely not an eat-in place , as they really only have a few tables and chairs. It reminded me of the other fast-food pizza chains. Staff were very friendly and helpful and prepared our pizza fairly quickly while we waited. They DO have many options regarding the crust and thickness but actually not that many options for toppings, in my opinion. We shared an Italian sausage and mushroom pizza and ordered the parmesan crust. I actually expected it to be more cheesy (the crust that is). It was simply sprinkled with a bit of Parmesan. The rest of the pizza was good, not fantastic. We may give it another try and order something different. read more

I hate to have to write this review. I placed an order using grub hub tonight and after two hours called Jets to find out where my order was only to find out they forgot to put my order in. Instead of apologizing profusely and doing whatever they could to make it right (I even offered to come pick the pizza up) the manager only offered me a $15 store credit (for a $50 pizza order including driver tips and delivery fees) I told him I'd come pick it up and he said he wasn't willing to give me "like $35 dollars worth of free food" Shame on you Jets pizza. I've been ordering from your establishment for years and even have used you for corporate events. I cancelled the order and vow never to give Jets my business again. read more

I'm a Uber eats driver and on my map it said the restaurant was by boca grill (a great grill love there food).. I call Jets pizza because I wasn't able to locate the store and employee Josh answer the phone I asked are you guys facing Glades Road or lyons he told me Lyons then I ask her what's close by he said T-Mobile GameStop and I was like well hold on that's actually facing the Glades Rd he said yes yes we are facing Glades Road I went inside picked up the pizza to deliver it and as I was walking out I heard Josh said that the lady that call for directions like she can't read and all the employees behind a counter are laughing... that's so nasty and disrespectful Josh I'll be canceling any pick up that comes from that restaurant.. n I'm going to 1 star it on google map n maps also... read more

The service is good. the pizza is not good. I won't be back. There was no thought or care into making the pizza for my family. The pizza had way to much cheese and was overloaded with sauce. Which made the pizza soggy and gross. I would not recommend. read more

This pizza is on a whole different level. Almost hard to describe how light, crispy and chewy the crust is. We order the 8 corner and it is consistently perfect. We've also ordered the salads and they are always fresh & crisp. Can recommend without hesitation. read more

Jet's is by far my favorite delivery pizza. They are extremely consistent in quality and delivery time. Not to mention the delicious sauce and variety! Detroit style is definitely my favorite, but NY style and hand tossed are also very good. Wings, salad, never a bad meal. Jets has been a favorite of ours since we discovered they were in South Florida (my wife is from Michigan). Sadly, I was just told this location won't deliver to us. To make things worse, the location in the opposite direction (Atlantic in Pompano), a little closer than this one, decided they would no longer deliver to use. The Pompano location has delivered to us in the past. This renders our area of Deerfield Beach UNACCESSIBLE for Jets... Yet there's an exit off I-95 a half mile away and US 1 is roughly the same distance. Jets is making moves to reduce its delivery mileage to increase profits INSTEAD of delivering to an existing customer base. Unfortunately, you've lost my business and my 6-year strong word-of-mouth. Delivery is pretty fast, and food prices are very reasonable. The only issue we had was with the food temperature, it was just slightly warm and not the right temperature, as example pizza was almost room temperature which is not as great. read more

The day before their doors opened for business Jet's Pizza had a ribbon cutting celebration. Since we were in the neighborhood my husband and I stopped by to try their pizza. When we saw the balloons outside we knew we were at the right place. it wasn't crowded, but a steady stream of people walked up to the desk to get a free slice of their plain or pepperoni signature deep dish pizza and a small bottle of water. Clyde and I each got a slice of the pepperoni. We don't usually get deep dish pizza, but this was delicious. The ladies at the desk who were giving out the pizza were super friendly and enthusiastic. You could tell they were happy to be there. This is not an eat in restaurant. It's for carry out. There's a bench where you can sit while you wait for your order. You can call in your order or order online. Their menu says they have hot slices available all day. Their menu is quite extensive with salads, sandwiches, deli boats, and pizzas. The menu lists so many different kinds of pizzas that it will be hard to choose which kind to order. They have thick crust, thin crust, NY style, and hand tossed. You can flavorize the crust for free with a choice of nine different flavors including Cajun, poppy, sesame, parm, butter, garlic, Romano and turbo. Clyde and I loved the pizza. I was pleasantly surprised with Jets. First time for me this weekend and definitely won't be the last. It is without a doubt Pizza Hut but much, much better. I respect myself and pizza too much, which is why I can't compare it to traditional NYC style pizza joints. It's without a doubt the best "chain" pizza place to order from. It's not nearly as greasy as PH. Their sauce is tastier and the cheese is higher quality. I really, really enjoyed this pie and it's totally the go-to pie after an evening of drinking. But, I'm not going to get carried away and label it the best pizza. That's just silly. It's like saying Wendy's has the best burgers. When you want a break from your Stellas, Ninos, BK Boys, Anthony's, Pizza Time, Manhattan or even Tucci's, then this the call. Enjoy it for what it is, because it's very good. read more

Moved to Florida (from Michigan) back in '03. Sure I missed my friends, but what I really missed was my Jet's Pizza! Skip a bit more than a decade and Jet's FINALLY followed me down here. South Florida blows, but now I have Jet's Pizza to make it more tolerable. We order from their website and it always says the delivery time is ~40 minutes to 1 hour but they usually show up in a 1/2 hour tops! Their 8-corner pizza w/ cajun crust and jalepeño peppers is the greatest flavor on the planet. It's just science, don't argue. Their chicken is good. Their subs are great. Their bread (triple cheese) is great. They have this one delivery boy that always seems incredibly stoned and never has a pen on him (and then looks confused when you ask him for the pen to sign the credit card slip from the online payment) but my pizza is hot and I have a pen handy enough that I let it slide.
