Been craving a deep dish pizza and this place satisfied that craving by far my favorite dish is the bbq chicken !!

I looooove jets . Not many locations in the Tampa or brandon area but so worth the drive! I called in to order over the phone and picked up my pizza with ease upon arrival. This is a newer location with a standard franchise layout. The pizzeria is open, clean and bright and offers some of the best pizzas on the planet. Being a Floridian I'm not a deep dish kinda girl but am now totally hooked on the jets deep dish pepperoni pizza. It's oddly moist, chewy, buttery and spunky all in a single bite. Each delectable layer of flavor packs the perfect blend of cheese and ingredients to sauce ratio. The texture is kinda doughy like a soft brownie and packed with the freshest flavors. I was initially introduced to the brand by my best friend whom suggested we stop in for lunch. It's been a hit in my house ever since! I've ordered several Jets pizzas and one thing is for sure.... This place gave me the most excellent customer service. Ordered a large hand tossed pizza, and waited for more than 30 minutes until they realized that the order paper never printed so first the manager gave us free drinks for the wait, and then they unintentionally cooked the wrong type of pizza, and still let us have it PLUS the pizza we actually ordered. And on top of it everyone was just so nice and I feel like this is how every fast food chain should be. 10/10. read more

This is some of the best pizza in the Tampa area. I had the pleasure of driving an hour round trip to enjoy this pizza, and I dont regret it at all! Delicious, fresh, fast, and friendly service at this Jet's Pizza! Ive been ordering from here for about the past 2 years now. At first they use to forget our ranch that we would order to the point where they had to put in capital letters DO NOT FORGET THE RANCH!!!!! On our receipts and profile. However even after this they still would forget it. Do to this the manager gave us a free pizza an it hasn't happened since. This is why I am still rating them 5 stars. I will continue ordering from this Jet's Pizza and recommend trying their 8 corner deep dish pizza with a side of ranch cups. Do not forget their amazing crust flavors also. If you want something spicy I recommend getting the cajun crust. It has helped me move my way up into eating more spicy foods over time and I love it! read more

I must say, this is very very good pizza. My husband and I are new to the Tampa/Brandon area so we were looking for a go-to pizza spot. As soon as my hubby took his first bite, he said, "I think we found our pizza place!" We ordered the 8 corner pizza, half pepperoni and half mushrooms, onions, and peppers with a butter crust. Note: don't forget to flavor your crust! They have butter, parmesan, etc. I will say though that this pizza reminds me of Pizza Hut pizza, even though I haven't ordered there in years, except for the personal pan pizza I may pick up every blue moon from my local Target. So if you're not a fan of their flavor, you may not like it. But still give it a shot! read more

Background: Admittedly, I am NOT a pizza lover and really could do without it (yes, I am American-I get that a lot). Pizza connoisseurs please bypass my review as I am a mere amateur. A coworker referred Jet's to me and it came to mind on this night as I was home stranded with a flat tire. Review: Enjoyed the pizza, reasonable delivery time, and wings were not good at all. I ordered a medium square pizza, half BBQ chicken and half All Meats. Loved, loved, loved the BBQ chicken and can't wait to have it again. The All Meats was very good also. Along with the pizza I had medium wings...these were very bad. Hated them. They reminded me of frozen processed chicken that simply needed to be microwaved. Never ever having their wings again but I'd definitely try other speciality pizzas. My coworker suggested having different crusts, specifically the garlic butter. Forgot to add this to my order but I can't wait to try it. read more

I called to order and got an inexperienced person to take my order and then she hanged up on me. I called again an talked to the so called manager and they told me that since they had a new person answering the phone I would get a free soda.. NOT!! My very first experience here was rather frustrating. I placed an online order for a pick up time of 10pm. When I arrived at the store at 9:57pm, 3 minutes prior to the closing time, the door was locked. I advised the employee that I was picking up my order. She opened the door and advised me that they do not have a pick up order. I showed her the receipt for my online order confirmation for a pick up time of 10pm. She then said "oh yeah, I do remember seeing an online order but we threw it out". I am not sure if she threw the ticket out or threw the food out. She further indicated that she did not see a pick up time. Despite the fact that there was no pick up time, I still paid for it and the online oder has my phone number. Nobody called to see if and when I was picking up my paid order. My order was not going to be re-made at 9:57pm, 3 minutes prior to closing time, she indicated she will place an account credit so we can re-order another time. It's good that I at least get the food I paid for already on a different day. However, we get off of work late hence the pick up time of 10pm. Not only I made a trip there for nothing but also I had to go get food elsewhere. Now after a LONG day of work and at this time of the day, we had to go hunt for food; mostly fast food this time of the day. Not impressed at all with the service. read more

Have been a fan and frequently order from Jets. They texted out a coupon that all text orders were 20% off always. 5 days later, I texted an order. The discount did not apply. Went to pick up the order, showed them the text coupon. They refused to honor it. Stated they knew the coupon was sent out but they weren't honoring it. Not even a one-time adjustment. Today is Valentine's day qnd i came in to make a pre order for my boyfriend as a suprise to have it delivered to him at work!!! I also got a gift that they were willing to bring with it also!! Which is so awesome and i asked a special request for it to say i love you! The manager Blake and owner we so pleasant helping and full of energy! Definitely can tell they are passionate when it comes to dealing with people and making their customers happy!! They even threw in a free cheesy bread and cinnamon sticks!! I love their pizza! It's so different than the other pizza places out there. The square pizza makes every bite exactly what you are looking for! It's a bit greasy for my taste but so worth it. My work ordered this for events all the time and I look forward to it. I love ordering online because I know I will get exactly what I want and won't have to talk to anyone on the phone. The first time I ordered here someone called me the next day to see how I liked it and if I was satisfied. That level of customer service is what keeps me coming back time after time and ordering jets! At valentines day they had heart shaped pizza last year! Who doesn't love that! Like the crunch of the deep dish pizza but it can be greasy. I recommend extra sauce as well. Tried the boneless wings and sorry to say they were disgusting. Tasted freezer burnt and the breading was almost powdery. Idk. But gross. Even adding extra wing sauce and ranch didn't help. It was still warm upon delivery and didn't take too long. read more

So disappointing because good, crunchy pizza delivery is hard to come by in this area and my anticipation was that this place was going to be my new delivery spot! Jets oh Jets.....Jets pizza tastes very good I will admit, but you will also receive a POUND of grease with their pizza. It's a little much. As I mentioned it tastes good, but you may have a heart attack when you leave. Their pizza is typically served as a deep dish and it has a good amount of cheese and sauce. read more

Pizza is decent when compared to other franchise pizzerias like Hungry Howies. On par with Pizza Hut.

We placed an order for the entire staff at our Homewood Suites Tampa/Brandon hotel and had the best experience from beginning to end. Blake took our order over the phone and was so helpful picking out the best menu for our staff appreciation event! He has the best personality, so congratulations on a great hire! Amazing salads and their pizza is to die for! This place is a bit pricy in my opinion, but I understand why. You're paying for better quality ingredients and larger portions. I don't have much to say in regards to the service because I've never seen the same employee twice. This place is not very eat-in friendly as they only have 3 booths and no trash can. For a pizza place in Florida, it's a great option to all the other big chain companies. They have so many options from round, thin crust, or Sicilian style. Toppings were great and the pizza was cooked to perfection. You are even able to change the crust to have it dipped in a seasoning or have sesame seeds on it. This is my hands down favorite pizza joint. I always buy their square deep dish pizza.If you like the way pizza hut pan pizza tastes ( or at least how it use to be because pizza hut sucks now a days) you would love it. Now I will warn you it is greasy, so if you're one of those health nuts this isn't the place for you. Well they do offer salads, but who goes to a pizza place for salad!
