They're using a New York-built wood-fired oven with a rotating turntable, so the pizza is constantly moving while it cooks, and you can taste the difference. The cheese melts evenly, the edges get that beautiful fire-kissed char, and the whole pie has that true fire-roasted flavor. The experience inside was just as good as the food. The restaurant is extremely clean, there's a ton of space (great for families or groups), and the staff was super friendly. They took time to talk with me and shared the Brandon location opened in 2018, and that they had to complete special training/certifications to even qualify to buy and operate that oven. You can tell it's a family-run business with real pride and passion behind what they're doing. Even the pizza box is a cool touch--nice branding and attention to detail. Only small critique: I just wish The Butcher's Pizza had a little more topping coverage. Flavor was great just could've used a bit more "loaded" factor for a butcher-style pie. Overall: solid pizza, amazing crust, great people, and a clean, welcoming spot. I'll definitely be back.

I do think since it had extra cheese and was so thick, it could have baked a couple more minutes to completely melt down but it was still pretty good. While the pepperoni and ham didn't shine at all, overall the pizza was elevated and had a 'real' pizza presence. So many times we've gotten pizza at different places only for it to flop or lack. This one didn't, pretty good presence. It was oily, but that's always the case with any meat pizza that have oily meats... goes with the territory and gets the napkin dab like any other meaty pizza. We are giving this a 4.6 stars, and wish we could have given it a full 5 stars but 2 of the toppings were so plain it hardly came through. So to answer the magic question, yes we'll be coming back to try another pizza variation... and maybe a couple of their other Italian menu offerings. Wondering if they use that same delicious sauce ;)

We asked to see the manager and we were told that managers don't work on Fridays!!! What??? A manager finally came in after several complaints from several customers. He did stop by our table but offered nothing for our inconvenience. When we got our bill, we asked for a copy of the receipt. Guess what? The printer was broken too! After 3 hours and 15 minutes our dining experience was (finally) over! Needless to day, we will not be returning anytime soon. We did tip our waitress although her service (setting aside the kitchen issues) was less than good.

I ordered my pizza with marinara and pesto sauce, vegan cheese, a variety of vegetables, and the vegan meat option which I was told was made out of mushroom and tofu. I've never had a beginning me option that tasted like this, but I enjoyed it! The vegan cheese was not my favorite, so next time I'll probably just get sauce.

I've had their deep dish pizza several times and it is delicious. The service here is another issue. Less than a week ago, I had the pizza delivered to my home in Ybor. I called and made certain that they delivered to my home. They looked up my address and confirmed that they could deliver. And I had my pizza delivered and it was great. So, just last night, I decided to have another pizza delivered for dinner. I called and my number popped up and so did my address. I said I wanted it delivered again and the guy told me, they don't deliver to Ybor. I told him that I just had a pizza delivered less than a week ago and to check my order history and he could see it. Also, that is why my address popped up as well. He told me their database is nationwide, so they couldn't see my order history. What pizza place does not have access to your order history? And even if it is nationwide, last I checked, Ybor is a part of this nation, and my order history should have still appeared. He then proceeds to tell me that I was mistaken and I ordered from Carrollwood. I used to live in Carrollwood and know that that location is farther away. I told him I had the flyer that they included with my last pizza that had their address and I could send them a pic. He said, we never delivered there and aren't delivering there tonight. So I said I would have someone pick it up. My boyfriend went in to get it and asked who was the person who took my order and what was the problem. The guy then acts like he doesn't remember the conversation and can't tell him anything. We believe that they were about to close and couldn't persuade one of their drivers to make the delivery. Either way, horrible customer service. So I will be going on every platform out there giving this location the worst review ever, including my AMEX app, until someone rectifies this situation. Great pizza, horrible customer service. If you choose to still order from here, just know, you've been warned. read more

I wouldn't say this is the best pizza place, but that's just my own opinion. My friend however, loves it. I can see why he does. When I order from Jet's I usually get the large square pizza. It's large enough for 3 people, maybe some leftovers if you don't have an appetite. I've never tried the round or thin crusted ones because I imagine them being the same as other pizza places like pizza hut or domino's. The pizza itself is really good. I always order online because I won't feel pressured to have to order really fast. Plus I get to "build my own pizza". They also have a wide range of toppings. I love the bacon and Italian sausages. Also don't forget to choose a crust flavor cause that's free. When you eat the pizza take your time because the crust is really crunchy (also what I love about this pizza). The first time I got Jet's I was really hungry so I chewed really fast. I think the crunchy crust rubbed against my "mouth wall" too hard so I got "mouth blisters" (if that makes any sense) but they cleared up pretty fast. These pizza's are pretty oily, maybe that's what makes it so crunchy? But make sure that you have some paper towels to soak the oil up. Overall I do recommend Jet's pizza and I will be back soon. read more

I order a pizza for pick up and was shocked when I walked into the store and not one of their workers were wearing a mask. There must have been 7-10 employees behind the counter, to include at least one delivery person. It seems this store does not care about the safety of their employees or customers and I highly recommend you find another pizza place for delivery or pick up. The only think that really brings me back to this place is their delicious ranch dressing. If you order a salad make sure to request light onions unless you LOVE onions.
