It was fairly busy when we went on a Saturday mid afternoon. We were seated quickly. The atmosphere and decor reminds me quite a bit of Cheddars. When we sat down, there was some kind of an annoying and audible hum coming from the ceiling. It would randomly go on and off. Our server told us that it had to do with their sound/speaker system. The place had a fairly high noise level anyway, along with the music that they were playing. Our server was very friendly and helpful in navigating the menu and answering questions. She went above and beyond being highly attentive in keeping up with all of her tables. The food was above par and very good, quality and quantity wise. We tried a few chicken entrees and they were great. The fried mushrooms were super good. I noticed somebody in the Yelp reviews compared them to Chili's. My opinion is that there is no comparison. I went to Chili's recently and I think ACG is far better. Our experience was very pleasant, and I would definitely go again.

This was more than disappointing as it was still Lent and meat was not on our menu. We had to settle for salads instead. Dinner was an improvement, but nothing special. The crispy salmon was a good sized filet, glazed with a sesame sauce. It was firm and flakey, but could have used more flavor. A mango salsa would have been a good compliment. With my salmon, the baked potato was not fully done, and my asperagus was barely cooked. To top it off, our dinner rolls were hard and cold. We had come here on the suggestion of family who were impressed enough to recommend it, but our experience was dismal. Were it not for good company, and a friendly server, we may have asked for a manager, or even some comps. Two stars may be generous and I can say that I will not be back.

When we eat at the restaurant, the pizza is excellent -- generous cheese, plenty of toppings, and exactly what keeps us coming back. However, our takeout experiences have not been the same. Our most recent pizza looked like they ran short on cheese compared with what we normally receive when dining in. The takeout service experience has also felt different. During our recent pickup, the interaction felt less welcoming, including when we asked for parmesan cheese to go with our order. Overall, Brozinni makes great pizza, but we hope the takeout quality and experience become as consistent as dining in.
