I had an 8 inch thin crust Hawaiian pizza that cost me $18 and the crust wass 1/8 inch thick, super dry and tasteless, and next to NO toppings or sauce. Good Pizza, but dismissive staff with lack of knowledge of online promotions. They were running a promotion where a 1 topping 8 corner came with a 12OZ bottle of ranch for $23.99. When my wife showed up to pick up the order, they acted as if she was dumb for asking for the promotion that was promised. Mind you, they promote their ranch like it is the second coming. They went and got the manager who refused to agree they had such a promotion and acted like they were doing us a favor by reluctantly giving us a couple dipping cups. Jets used to be five stars. I love it was my guilty pleasure I've ordered less than less over the last six months. There is no consistency and no quality. It is terrible. I ordered tonight for the first time in like three months or two months hoping it would be great hoping it would be like it used to be. It was terrible . The cheese was congealed while warm. The dough was small hard and awful. I ordered the same thing every time so for the little ass hat to tell me that they proof the dough today and that there's nothing wrong with it. I say bullshit. I've ordered this pizza literally 100 times in the past year today was the worst by far his attitude was even worse so my cheat day on my diet worth nothing and I threw $30 in the garbage. Basically I will be going to talk to the GM tomorrow and disputing the charges, especially considering the little jerks response to me on the phone. You know if you want customer loyalty to the brand try consistency just saying they used to be great all the time never a problem and then the last few months just went downhill fast, which is why I stopped ordering from them. They were my favorite pizza of all times besides Nimarcos in Flagstaff, Arizona, which is a Mom and Pop and better than any pizza you'll ever have anywhere anyway this shit sucks now and their customer service is even worse. As far as I'm concerned they can suck it save your money order from Marcos Pizza they'll treat you better and pizza will taste better. The 8 corner Barbecue Chicken Pizza is hands down my favorite in Jax! My husband and I love it. And if you're a big ranch lover like we are, you're able to buy a bottle of their ranch here. My only con is it's pricey for carry out pizza compared to others. read more

Jet's Pizza has my absolute favorite Detroit style pizza! There aren't many pizza places that offer Detroit Style pizza but they do and have a variety of flavors and toppings to chose from. We always get their promotional item called the "Deep Dish Duo" which has 6 slices of pizza and 8 slices of cheese sticks all for under $20. Jet's pizza is very filling and worth every penny. Jets has quickly become one of my favorite pizza places in the Jacksonville area this past year. I was introduced to its amazing goodness through a coworker who ordered it for our whole department, and since then I was hooked. There are both deep dish and thin crust options. Both are equally amazing in their own way! The thin crust is perfectly crunchy, just like you want in a perfect thin pizza. The deep dish is like a soft cloud covered in fresh toppings and sauce. My personal favorite is anything deep dish but I'm always up to try something new! The bbq chicken, vegetable and BLT are all top notch. We recently ordered the BLT pizza on a whim and I'm glad we did! The sauce was mayonnaise and was topped with bacon, lettuce and tomato (of course!) This is where to go when you're in the mood for Detroit style pizza. Highly recommend the 8 corner pizza with Turbo Crust which is a garlicky cheese butter flavor, YUM! This pizza crust is thick and crispy on the outside yet airy on the inside. So good but definitely not healthy! The 8 corner is a bit larger than the large pizza, I believe it's like 2 smalls together. Jets is a franchise with locations in multiple states but I haven't found a local pizza joint with such delicious Detroit deep dish. We've gotten delivery a couple times and the delivery person is always so nice and so grateful when receiving a tip. Definitely worth a try! read more

I bragged to hubby about how good the deep dish edges were. He ran by to grab a 4 piece pizza to go. He was convinced he needed 8 slices, but I wanted as many corners as possible and I new I would barely eat one piece, leaving 3 thick slices of corners for him. I was right and that was the perfect amount for the 2 of us. We both agree that an 8 slice should be 2 four-slice pizzas to get the maximum edges! lol- I went simple- pepperoni. Yum we haven't had Jet's pizza since we were in Orlando and last time we tried to go there we found it had closed. How does a Jet's pizza close?? The pizza is so yummy!!! The pizza has a nice thick crust which I got buttered flavored. I ordered pizza with bacon and pepperoni which had plentiful of both. I also ordered 8 honey barbecue wings. I think they gave me an extra wing, again full of flavor. The wings were less crispy, more on the soft side but delicious.
